  1. If I try to delete the security deposit. When I click on "update property" the security deposit is "filled" again. when I delete the security deposit and left it blank, it returns to the last amount after update it.
    So, when I put "0" (zero) it changed. I believe that the system should understand when it is blank, it is zero.

    If it is blank, it is zero or "not applied" for the property. It is not necessary an additional step to set the option to zero. If we left blank, system should understand that I don't want this option…

  2. I can edit the Taxes field, but I can't edit the "Cleaning fee taxes" field. It would be useful to have cleaning fee taxes editable for custom quote too, like taxes field

  3. HomeToGo, when it comes to creating bookings, HomeToGo creates leads using POST v1/leads.

    You can see all three fees in the quote as they are all mandatory (Optional: No).

    The logic of creating orders is that we take all mandatory fees and apply them to HomeToGo order.

    Adding a "Fee: Apply to HomeToGo" option in the Fees setting is needed so other channels' fees would not be added to HomeToGo.

  6. System template “Rental Agreement Notification” was sent automatically from email platform.hostfully but did not record in Inbox. Then guest replied to that message and it did not go to Inbox neither.

    We are depending more and more on communicating via the Hostfully Inbox. But if automated send templates are not in there it’s hard to keep track in the communication thread.

  7. At the moment, we don't have any condition to filter out booking inquiry with unavailable dates so we can automate the booking inquiry sending process for those type of guests.

    I can figure out the template side, but not the trigger side.

    I get a lot of inquiries from non-Airbnb guests for dates that aren’t available at the specific property, but are available at similar properties. I don’t always manually reply until hours later, when it’s too late.

  8. I currently have a report called master owner report. I use vacation rent payment which takes a range of 3.5 - 3.99% for processing and I need that subtracted from the total payment before it is divided by 80% and 20% for owner and manager.
    the processing fee is not always 3.99%. it is 3.99% for American Express cards but 3.5% for all other cards.

    It would be great to have processing fee variable supports for payment processor VRP

  9. Currently, the Financial Reports shows the Agency percentage as % of gross revenue, but our arrangement is based on the nightly rental only. This requires more manual work to produce reports for the owners.

    It would be great to pre-determine which parts of the revenue is split on a percentage basis (nightly rent) and which go in full to the Agency (say a management fee) or to the Owner (say cleaning fee, if the owner pays that).

  13. Although VRBO already allows for security deposit collection, having something as well for Airbnb guests would be ideal! Automating a message 1-2 weeks prior to check-in, with a link to an invoice with deposit amount would be sufficient.

    It would be up to hosts to communicate properly with guests to set expectations that this invoice will be coming prior to their arrival.

    Refunds do show in your reports for bookings that have been made via your default payment service provider. But indeed, they don't show for Airbnb bookings for instance.

    We are soon offering a new feature: Order Adjustments and manual transactions.

    This will allow you to manually add a refund that happened in an Airbnb booking for instance.

  16. Better report generations. I like to be able to pull reports and categorize and edit how I see them to help me monitor guests better.

  18. Would it be possible to submit a feature request to add a “default block” to a calendar where you just selectively unblock dates similar to the feature that airbnb has? It really is very helpful for properties in which the host lives most of the time but just wants to unblock for certain dates. I would love to see this feature in Hostfully.

  19. Support Airbnb booking creation date instead of the date they were imported into Hostfully.

    The imported reservations from Airbnb are showing the lead creation date as the day these reservations were added to Hostfully, not the actual booked-on date. This skews the reports.

  20. We have a minimum age of 25, so if the lead guest age is not displayed, or their date of birth is not shown, then we have no way to check whether they are over 25 years old. We have 2 guests checking in today that we have had to speak with and one we had to cancel as she was only 19 (even though she ticked the box to say she was over 25). This would be very helpful as a quick glance to see how old the lead guest is and to see if they are eligible or…
