Change Airbnb listing location from General to Specific directly from PMP
As a PM, I need to disconnect the property from Hostfully to change the Airbnb listing’s address as Specific or General. The option to change it is in Airbnb is greyed out when connected to a property management software. We should be able to choose this in Hostfully.

Let hosts subscribe to Hostfully updates
The product release notes are already published on Hostfully's website, so it seems like it should be easy to set up a subscription button that pushes update notifications out as soon as they're posted.

Adding a complex condition to the triggers for last minute bookings. So, Booking confirmed-> when booking starts within _____ days/hours.
For last minute bookings, we send out additional documentation to verify the guest. I would like to have this sent automatically upon booking by adding complex trigger to say Booking confirmed-> when booking starts within _____ days/hours.

Real Time Notes Section in Owner's Portal
Adding a notes section for reservations in the Owner Portal so owner's can see in real time notes from PM whether it's changed 5 minutes before the reservation or 1 day before, etc.

Color code for a transferred guest on calendar
It would be so helpful if we could create a new color code for the calendar so we can know when we transfer somebody over that block has a specific color so we know that it’s not a block that is a transfer from another property

Ability to record real date for manually introduced transactions or ability to modify the date
it'd a crutial feature for us. To export the transactions to an accounting software, I need to be able to build enhanced report templates that contain a column with the real transaction date for all types of payment methods. The fact that we cannot specify the exact date of a payment that has arrived on our bank account by other means than credit card is really problematic.

Improve checkout page or allow users to modify checkout page.
I would like to adjust those following:
On the page where guest enters their credit card information, it says at the bottom: "To cancel your reservation please email {email} or call {phone number}. Can we please remove this? Don't think it's necessary to talk about cancellations before they even book.
- On the page where guest enters their credit card information, the CTA is "place your order". Can we please change this copy to reflect STR e-commerce best practices? "Place your order" is more appropriate when the customer is buying a physical product to be sent to their home...doesn't fit for…

Possibility to generate a report for each property separately in one click
It would be awesome to have that feature rather than creating a report for each property one by one. We have over 100 properties and it's very time-consuming.

include SD in total showing at the booking page
For now, we're advised by Cedric that the Security deposit is not included in the total amount on the order page but when guests click Book now button > lead to process the payment > they will need to pay the correct amount with SD included. The reason why we don't include the SD is to avoid having a large total, but guests still need to pay for it.
That is not an acceptable reason as it's still misleading to the guests. Why include the SD in the breakdown if you're not going to include it in the total. We…

Re-add scheduled emails which have previously been deleted
It would certainly be a handy feature if you could re-add scheduled emails. For example for us, I believe a reason one of the team may have deleted them previously is we were mid-transition into using Hostfully and we didn't want messages going out twice. I'm sure it would useful as well as circumstances can change in which information a guest needs and so it would be helpful to be able to re-add auto messages/emails.

If I leave the security deposit in blank I would like to the changes get saved as there's no despoit
If I try to delete the security deposit. When I click on "update property" the security deposit is "filled" again. when I delete the security deposit and left it blank, it returns to the last amount after update it.
So, when I put "0" (zero) it changed. I believe that the system should understand when it is blank, it is zero.If it is blank, it is zero or "not applied" for the property. It is not necessary an additional step to set the option to zero. If we left blank, system should understand that I don't want this option…

Add Pets as a Complex Condition in Messaging Triggers
You are currently able to log the number of pets and infants on a property in the reservation process.
It would be really nice to be able to trigger automated pet-policy emails only to guests who's reservation has a pet associate with it.

Suggestion - Mobile View Searches
When you are searching properties on the mobile view, the (next) page buttons 1, 2, 3 are ONLY at the top - they should also be at the bottom. Reason
1) It is more convenient than scrolling all the way back to the top and
2) When guests get to the bottom they think that is itAlso, in the search bar, you should include a search perimeter for Complex or property descriptions. So if someone is looking specifically for a rental in "Sunrise" condo, they don't have to go thru 10 pages to find it.

After adding the lead details, dates and fees, client information, dates, amenities, and payment conditions.
