Synchronize Airbnb's single host or shared service fees in Hostfully
Airbnb has the option to choose to share the Service Fee between the host 3% and the guest 12% OR have the host pay the full-service fee 15%
I don't see any place to manage that option on Hostfully.

Create reviews by month and year
When creating reviews from Hostfully, it requires an exact date. I want to list reviews using a month and year without an exact date, like other OTAs.

Customize the percent % at reservation
Be able to customize the percent taken at reservation, or allow percentages in increments of 5s instead of only 10s. Some clients like to take 25% at booking.

Optimize Inbox View
At the moment, I have to go through my inbox list on the left then scroll back up to see the message! It's annoying scrolling down then up. I just wish that it freezes the left side and the top and have the ability to scroll only within the message.

Allow discount codes to be editable and be able to create excluded dates within them.
Currently, discount codes are not editable, which means you would have to delete one and recreate it - but if you try to use the same code, it won't allow it.
It would also be extremely beneficial if you could make discount codes for a long period of time but with exclusions, for example:
If I created an off peak promotion and I wanted it to be valid between October 1st - April 1st but I did not want it valid for peak holidays like Christmas/New Year (16th Dec - 2nd Jan), February half term or Halloween. It would be…22 votes -

Edit font/ color of Owner report
The font color and size of the Owner Report is too small and light, making it difficult to read, also no color to differentiate booking's source.
If we're able to edit the font/color of the report, it would be much more helpful.
