  2. in the situation when payment is handled by booking.com, booking.com charge 2.5 % fee in addition to their commission, this amount is not shown in Hostfully and is not deducted from the reservation amount. This amount should be shown in the reservation breakdown on Hostfully and automatically deducted from the revenue.

  3. When I change the guest email on pipeline > click on the send message button. I want the original thread (with the initial email) combined with the new thread (with the updated email). It should not open a new thread with no message inside. Thank you.

  8. Currently, discount codes are not editable, which means you would have to delete one and recreate it - but if you try to use the same code, it won't allow it.

    It would also be extremely beneficial if you could make discount codes for a long period of time but with exclusions, for example:

  12. I would like to have an option that someone can add an early check in or late check out in a template email that can be set up as a trigger. It would be most helpful if the trigger went out for those who did not have a same day check in and out for the property.
    I would like this to be something they can add on the night before check in and night before check out. The current feature seems to be more for during bookings.

  13. I have one master and 2 sub units.

    For the majority of the booking window, I only want the master to be bookable while keeping the two subs totally blocked. If the master hasn't been booked and we're under 2 weeks from the stay date, that is when I'll unblock the two subs and have those be bookable.

    Currently this needs to be done manually.

  15. For Airbnb reservations from 28 nights, Airbnb will split the payment into 2 transactions but in Hostfully there's 1 transaction and it shows as fully paid at the beginning while it is not.

  16. At the moment, I couldn't create an automated message that goes out to guests between the hours of 10pm - 8 am.

    The idea being that I'd like to have some "off hours" in my business..
    So if a guest messages us during "off hours" then an automated message goes out to them and says something like "thank you for checking in with us. We are away from our desk right now. If you have any issues we will answer them promptly at 7am. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call _____"

    At the moment, on Order details page, it shows the detailed breakdown of each tax, and tax on a tax is on a separate line.

    It's your current design and it's not possible to change on UI for now.

    However, we'd like to show tax on a tax on the same line with tax it self, basically, the total of each tax, instead of having 2 lines for 1 tax.

    it's more the details for customer invoicing that we are interested in.
