  1. Currently, we can enter a specific date range, or expiration date. It would be nice to be able to have a discount code that is set to be valid a certain number of months from the previous check out date. E.g. After guest stay, the discount is sent and is valid one or two years from the date that it is sent.

  5. We offer a lower commission rate on stays that acquired by our home owners. Since these are all entered in manually it would be great to have the option to change the commission rate when creating a booking so that the calculations will shake out in the reports rather than us having to track these stays and break it down after we run reports.

  6. Guest portal should show 'Statement' information even for Vacation Rent Payment users. This feature is currently not working for those who use VRP - maybe just pull order_statement merge field to fill that information. I have many guests who ask for this info and who attempt to use guest portal but it doesn't populate.

  13. There is no return within the Leadsql CLOSED / CANCELLED leads.
    This means we can't work fully with the Lead
    sql to our back-end connection.
    All other statuses are present but these are not. This means more API calls and with the limitation within the amount of API calls per hour this will be a problem.

  14. A category for hostfully guidebooks' marketplace needs to be added.

    Marketplace payment transactions would best be integrated individually with selected stripe accounts (rather than defaulting to the two scenarios below ) , because upsell services may be related to service providers or simply not associated with the property's financial accounting.

    Also reporting should include a feature for marketplace transactions.

    Does anyone have any best practices and tips on how to best price and collect payments for upsell services in the marketplace? How to track and reconcile these purchases across all booking platforms and multiple stripe accounts?

  15. It's not supported yet to show the daily total for rent, fees, and taxes if there is no booking associated.
    It'd be great if we can view the total of rent, taxes, fees by running a report.

  18. In Pipeline, I can click on "See All Customers." Except I can't "see all customers." I then have to do a search or run a report. Instead of this, can you let me actually "See All Customers"? Thanks for your consideration and for all you do for us hosts.

  20. As a PM, I would like to have Booking.com reservations that failed during a database update / outage on PMP to be imported to the system. As of now, it just failed, which resulted in no lead created, and resulted in doubled booking. I have to contact Hostfully support so that they manually import these failed bookings.
