  1. I use [$LEADDEPARTURETIME$] in multiple automated triggers to remind guest of their upcoming check out time.
    Normal time is 11:00am but we do allow for later at times.
    When I use the variable, it just says "11:00" in military time and "13:00" for 1pm.
    The issue is since most are 11:00am.. and it just shows 11:00, guest could push it and you said 11:00, we assumed 11:00pm!
    I could hardcode "AM" in the text, but then when we allow for a late checkout in the afternoon, it would say ex: "13:00AM"... kinda odd.

  2. Inbox Replies from Guests should ONLY include their reply, and not have the entire message I sent them tacked onto it. I already know what I sent them, as it's right below their reply. Don't need to have what I sent them included in their reply. It is redundant and messy.

  3. As a PM, I would need to update Post Booking Details for guest to have the updated information after making a reservation, but it is not available in PMP now. And I do not want the information displayed in the public section where people can view it freely.

  4. The exported calendars links should show the unit name and not just "Booked > The Guest Name"

    When you have multiple exported calendars it's very confusing because you can't see which listing is which.

  6. Currently you cannot send Airbnb messages via the Send Check-in Instructions, or Send Pre-Arrival Form; you will need to do it from the Inbox 2.0. In addition for Triggers you have to setup two triggers for every event you need. One trigger for Airbnb and one Trigger for all other channels. Ideally it would automatically recognize the channel as Airbnb and send an Airbnb Message or an email absed on the channel. This would cut triggers down by half and make it a bit simpler to manage.

  7. Please add a Weekend Rate Adjustment option to the Pricing Periods feature. It would be great if it could be a dollar value as well as a percentage increase. It is very time consuming to go through each pricing period adjusting the weekends. This would make using the pricing periods much more better. Thank you!

  9. Add the "Properties" button to the main menu buttons, it is being used constantly and should have direct access rather than through a drop-down menu, ideally to have a drop-down menu where you can just pick your property instead of scrolling them down.

  10. From the various lead views, we can view the message thread, but there is no way to open this in a new window.

    the standard convention is "control-click" on a button will open in a new window but this doesn't work witht he UI widgets employed.

    It's very annoying to have to go to the inbox view then click the browser back button to get back to the calendar or dashboard or pipeline view and then wait for those screens to refresh again.

  11. I want to add a pincode manually to the reservation under Stay Details tab. If the guest email field is blank (Airbnb doesn't send guest emails to Hostfully due to their policies), I'll need to enter my own email every time in order to to able to save the lead.

    In order to assign an existing owner to a property I can enter his/her email address to connect the property to this owner. However, I always have to know what the email address of the owner is.

  19. There are many scenarios in which a host might extend a complimentary night to a guest, to address an issue, as a gift, or for employees/friend's.

    It would great if there was a way within the Hostfully to comp a night, or a block of nights, while having the booing otherwise behave as a regular booking.

    I'm aware that a discount code, or a negative line item could be sud for this purpose, but this is a messy, manual process, and does not create any kind of trackable record that could be used for accounting purposes.

  20. Right now prospective guests are REALLY struggling to understand how much our properties cost. It's the number one question we get from people who are searching on our direct booking site.

    The problem is that there is no way to compare prices across properties other than drilling down into several property pages open in several tabs and entering dates and guest count info in each one.

    It would be much easier to enter the dates and guest count once in the main search and see the total displayed under each property's tile. It's nice that there's already the ability to…
