Add “Send Rental Agreement” Option in Pipeline
There is no option to prompt guests to sign the rental agreement directly from the pipeline. Yesterday, I had a guest who hadn’t received check-in details because they hadn’t signed the rental agreement. Since there’s no drop-down option in the pipeline to send them the rental agreement, I had to handle this manually.

Maximun stay for customizable period
Right now, we can edit the Minimun stay for a specific date range in the calendar. Would be usefull to add the Maximun stay as well.

Option to add Tax Amount for Owner Adjustments besides Tax Rate (%)
On Owner's tab, when creating an Owner Adjustment, currently it only allows to add a Tax Rate (%). It will be helpful to have the ability to add a Tax Amount as well.

Add an option in iCal export to include checkout day for cleaning schedules
When Hostfully’s iCal feed is imported to Google Calendar, the event appears to end the night before checkout. This causes confusion for property managers and cleaners who rely on Google Calendar to see when a property is still occupied or needs cleaning.
Hostfully exports the data correctly (from check-in to check-out), but Google interprets the event as ending on the previous night. It would be very helpful to have an optional setting in the iCal export that adds one extra day to the event duration.

Making an exportable calendar link that simply adds the 1 day (departure day) to the data, so that it could be imported to google, so that the cleaners know when people are checking in, how long they are staying to leave appropriate supplies, etc.

Request for distinct post-payment confirmation page for accurate conversion tracking
Distinct confirmation page for tracking conversions, such as those from META ads, that appears immediately after payment is completed.
Currently, users are redirected to a pre-arrival form after payment, but there’s no separate confirmation page that can serve as a reliable conversion endpoint for analytics or ad tracking.
Additional context:
The Meta HTML is already implemented through Google Tag Manager, so adding it under Agency Settings > White Labelling wouldn’t address the issue. Add a configuration option allowing PMs to choose whether the Security Deposit should always be collected 100% at booking, regardless of the % due at reservation.
Example:

Preserve Original Capitalization in City
Currently, the system automatically adjusts capitalization in property and city names, which can result in incorrect formatting. For example, “KLCC” is being displayed as “Klcc”.
This affects proper nouns, abbreviations, and branded names that rely on specific capitalization for accuracy and professionalism.
