Import a refund amount from the Marriott bookings to Hostfully automatically
Currently, if there is a refund on Marriott, it is not reflected on Hostfully booking, causing a discrepancy in the booking value between both platforms. It would be great if the refund amount were automatically reflected in the Hostfully booking whenever a refund transaction occurs on Marriott.

Integration with Revolut Payment Links (Revolut Business)
I would like Hostfully to integrate with Revolut Business payment links.
Stripe and PayPal fees are significantly reducing margins, especially for high-volume property managers. With Revolut Business, we can receive up to 250 payments per month for around €10/month, which is far more cost-efficient.
This is especially important for selling add-ons, experiences, packages, and direct bookings. With Stripe fees, the profit on these services becomes very low and sometimes not worth the effort.
A Revolut integration would:
Reduce unnecessary transaction costs
Increase profitability

Option to archieve reports / Owner reports that no longer in use instead of deleting it. This helps track purpose in case we need to re-check the historical data.

Send button available after guest book
Inbox Send Button:
- Current behavior: For Airbnb guest, the send button is only available once a message is received from the guest or if the host sends a direct message from Airbnb to the guest.=> I want this button should always available after guest booked, no matter if the guest or I sent anything yet. So when a guest on Airbnb does an instant book, I don't have to leave Hostfully to reply.

garage door vendor
After reviewing it we advised PM that > Upon checking, it turns out that currently, there is no such device currently that has official API support from a garage door vendor. Thanks for your understanding.

Allow to override the initial down payment on a per reservation basis.
When manually creating a reservation, add ability to specify a different down payment then the default. The use case is to use when making a longer than usual reservation and offering the repeat guest a lower initial down payment....such as offering 20% and the rest 80% 50 days before check-in.

Ability to add promo codes to existing bookings
Right now, many users add the discounts from the promo codes to existing bookings by adding a negative line item to the lead.

Display BDC lead’s rate plan name via API
My company manages the breakfast logistics for PM's guests. Currently, we are working with their team to fully automate the order flow from Booking.com to our delivery system, removing the need for manual data entry by the property managers.
We have identified that the "Rate Plan Name" (specifically determining if a reservation is "Breakfast Included") is visible in the Reservation Details as well as the Hostfully Enhanced Reports.
To complete the automation integration, we need to access this specific data point via API.

Lead Notes Visibility for Service Providers
It would be nice if the service provider could open a booking, review the notes under the Lead Details section, and configure the beds accordingly based on the information provided there.
Currently, this workflow no longer functions as it did before, and it has impacted operational efficiency. It would be great to have the ability for service providers to easily view booking notes and configure the beds based on the details included in the Lead Details notes field.

accommodation revenue earned by stay date
We need a reporting variable that returns accommodation revenue earned by stay date within the reporting period (sum of nightly rates for those dates) instead of ADR-prorated totals. Without this, cross-month extensions retroactively change closed accounting periods and owner statements.
Because revenue is currently prorated using blended ADR, any cross-month reservation that is later modified retroactively changes revenue in already-closed accounting periods; we need a reporting field that recognizes accommodation revenue by stay date (sum of nightly charges in the period) so closed months remain financially stable.

Make service provider calendar visibility optional
Some property managers would like the ability to restrict what service providers can see in the calendar. Currently, when a service provider has calendar visibility, they can see broader booking and occupancy information for the property. In many cases, this is not necessary for their role.
From a security perspective, exposing full calendar availability can create risk, as it may reveal when a property is unoccupied. Service providers only need to see the jobs assigned to them, not the full occupancy schedule.

I believe Hostfully should implement a toggle for owner payouts. Default is payout on beginning of stay. WE need it to be after stay ends!!!
Currently Hostfully has owner payout default reports set to when booking is booked. I believe it should be due changed or at least have a toggle switch to enable payouts to be calculated at check out date. Currently I have a booking on the last day of the month and lasts 10 days. Hostfully has me paying my owner on "Check in Date" and not at "Check out Date" I believe this should be changed.

Vrbo calendar should be open to book for tonight
When connected to Hostfully, Vrbo does not do same-day bookings.
But we noticed we can book properties for tonight in Vrbo, so this looks more like a limitation when channels are mapped.1 vote -
Detail tax in metadata sent to Stripe
Looking for a way you can include the tax collected when the payment is sent to Stripe? There is not a good way to track tax collected in the reports section there.
Stripe support suggestion is to add fields like:
taxamount: Total tax collected
taxrate: Tax rate percentage
tax_jurisdiction: State/region where tax applies
