  1. When I uploaded the photos in the unsupported format (HEICs), the system didn't reject it but still allow to upload the photos but it can not be pushed to channels.
    => I have to remove the photos and re-upload again.

    => the system should really reject the images if they are not able to push to the platforms so it would help us to avoid the double work in such cases.

  5. Ical works in UTC (Z at the end), so the TZ of the customer does not matter.

    Google calendar's UTC time is what we take into consideration for ical.

    9 PM in Mexico is already past midnight in UTC, so it takes the next day.

    is it possible to consider the property timezone for this?

  6. Having several different people “trying” to help within a short period of time can lead to different and sometimes contradictory information, as has already happened.

    Even though Hostfully has several support agents available who can review the case and assist, it often means having to explain the problem all over again, repeat the entire process for a new person, and sometimes receive replies that have nothing to do with the original issue.

    As a solution, you could reduce the number of different agents handling the same ticket or issue for a single person. Obviously, this might mean waiting longer for…

  8. In airbnb I can set minimal night stays by season, not for the entire open calnedar only. I want to be able to do this for our properties so that "peak weeks" must be a 7 night stay, but other low season weeks are 4 night stay.

    At the moment I have to leave it as 4 night stay, otherwise I will not get inquires on the low season. But guests are annoyed when they try to book a 4 night stay on a peak week and I have to explain each time why they have to book 7 nights!

  15. We would like to request a new feature that allows the calendar widget to be dynamically configured based on the property ID.

    Currently, we are unable to implement this behavior because the necessary ID is not returned in any API response or available anywhere else in the system. As a result, we cannot generate the widget dynamically and must manually retrieve and use the widget for each individual property.

    To enable dynamic usage, we would need one of the following:

    Include the required widget ID in the API responses, or

  18. Just like we have automated reviews for Airbnb and VRBO, I would like to have automated review responses that get posted in reply to reviews we receive. I think it would be helpful to have a condition where we set the number of stars a reviews has that qualifies it for a response, for example, I could set a response trigger that only replies to 5-star reviews, since I probably want to manually review and respond to any review that may have something negative in it.
