Add a dedicated Vrbo Property Name / Listing Title field
Currently, Hostfully uses the Short Description field as the listing title sent to Vrbo.
It would be helpful to have a dedicated Vrbo Property Name or Vrbo Listing Title field in the Vrbo Settings section instead.
Having a dedicated field would make the mapping clearer and allow to manage their Vrbo listing title independently without having to use the Short Description field for this purpose.

Improve Direct Booking Site
Currently, there are 2 issues I have observed on the Direct Booking site: No Occupancy limits for Infants & Pets to show for the guest when they make a booking, and infants not being added to the booking after being booked.
It would be great if we could enhance these features for the Direct Booking Site.

Display Airbnb Special Offers in the Leads price breakdown
To have the special offer fee to be broken out in a separate line item on Hostfully's leads. It needs to show up in each individual reservation and on the reports.

Notify PMs When Airbnb Messages Are Delayed
When Hostfully detects that Airbnb messages are not being imported within the expected timeframe, notify affected customers proactively.

Taxes sent to Booking.com is set to "included" instead of "not included"
When adding taxes to Booking.com, there is an option to set "included" or "not included" in the rent amount. However, this option is not available in Hostfully. The taxes are sent to Booking.com and set to be not included by default.
We need it to be included in the Rent amount instead of being added on top of the rent.

Ability to not include automated messages in the inbox.
There should be an option to exclude automated messages showing in the inbox as I struggle to keep on top of the messages that need answers to them, these don't as they are automated. You don't need to keep on top of them as they are automated to go - you do however need to answer guest messages.

Be able to set tax rates to start on specific dates
I just received a notice from my municipality that they are increasing the tax rates:
If you are a transient lodging provider or intermediary, you must collect the Transient Lodging Tax at the new rate for all stays ending on or after January 1, 2027. Transient lodging tax is based on the date occupancy ends. For stays that begin in 2026 and end on or after January 1, 2027, the increased rate must be applied to the retail price of the entire stay, not just the portion that occurs in 2027.
I cannot make that update to my tax rates…

Create an option to delete stored government ID information collected through the pre-arrival form after say, 6 months.Some guests are expressing unease about uploading government ID. I don't want to abandon that requirement but give them assurance that it isn't stored for ever

Remove visibility of direct booking property from website
I have some properties that owners don't want to have online so people can search for them, but we want to retain the capacity to send quotes to prior guests and friends and family when they ask. I'd like to be able to keep these properties active in Hostfully for direct booking quotes, but I don't want them to appear in my search results on the website that Hostfully creates.

Ability to set check-in and check-out times to the exact minute
Currently, the Check-in/out time field in the property's Booking Settings only accepts whole hours (for example, 09:00 or 10:00). Times with half-hour intervals, such as 9:30, cannot be entered in the property settings.
It would be great to be able to set up half-hour times.

There's no such data at the moment exposed via API and the only reference is via webhooks.

Highlight the day on the Web Calendar
The app calendar now shows the previous days bookings in a lighter shade - that is so helpful. If you could do that to the web calendar that would be amazing - and if you could make it possible to click on a date and have the entire column highlight that would be even better! Thank you

Allow Channel-Specific Property Settings, Rules, Lead Times, and Listing Content
I have been requesting some version of this functionality for several years: Hostfully needs the ability to push different property settings and listing content to different booking channels.
Today, many settings effectively have to be the same across Airbnb, Vrbo, and other connected channels, even when the operational requirements and policies of those channels are very different.

Security deposit for Booking.com
In Hostfully Agency Setting, Security deposit is set to be collected at booking time. However, it appears on Booking.com as ONARRIVAL because Booking.com does not have the "WHENGUESTBOOKS" value. I have tried to set the security deposit to be collected 7 days before arrival on Extranet, but it will shortly revert back to "ONARRIVAL".
It should support other values like 7 days or 14 days before arrival if the WHENGUESTBOOKS value is not available.

Connect Stripe from Owner Portal
Have the ability to connect a Stripe account form the Owner Portal so the owner does not have to share credentials to the PM to connect their Stripe account.
