  5. Jobs linked to a booking should be cancelled automatically if that booking is cancelled. This is very helpful as PM may forget to cancel jobs manually.

  6. At the moment, a confirmed booking from Vrbo with success transaction is imported into Hostfully as NEWINQUIRY . Then the start of processBookingRequest method, we set the status as QUOTESENT. After the payment has been processed successfully, we change the status of the lead to BOOKEDBYCUSTOMER and then we thrown the NEW_BOOKING event.

    This causes both triggers for 'booking inquiry' and 'booking confirmed' fired for Vrbo confirmed reservation which confuses our guests and miscommunication. Some guests may not be happy because they're asked to pay while they have done it already.

  8. Ability to remove 'Guest filter' in Search widget and adjust the Max guests display on direct booking site to base guest number instead.

    We have multiple units on one property. When guests stay with us we can accommodate up to 81 guests. but if they place that in the guest search it won't populate with anything because each unit can only host about 2-5 guests. This also goes along with being able to rent out multiple listings on the same order.

  10. As a property manager, once I successfully connect to a channel or integration in Hostfully, I’m redirected to a general page listing all available channels and integrations. From there, I have to manually click “Settings” or “Manage this Channel” to reach the property activation page.

    It would be a much smoother experience if Hostfully could automatically redirect me to the property activation page right after the connection is completed. This would reduce the number of clicks and help ensure I don’t forget to activate properties, saving time and avoiding missed setup steps.

We’d love to see a feature added to the new Service Provider Hub that allows service providers (like cleaners, handymen, etc.) to view a read-only booking calendar showing check-in/check-out dates and guest count, without revealing guest names, contact info, or pricing. With the new app they are only able to view dots for assigned jobs and can no longer see all bookings. ( I put new view and old view screenshots below)

  17. I don't want to use Discounts code as I want the discounts to be applied automatically to Rent.

    Setting discounts in Pricing tab will be automatically applied but pushed to Vrbo channel as well and I only want it to apply to DBS, no other channels.

  19. I would like to set up ne email triggers ot send messages 90 days or less to guests for a listing. However, I am noticing that if I set this new trigger up, it is sending the messages to existing reservations. I only want to them to send to new reservations as the message will impact the guests expectations and experience. How is this not a feature to control???

When a shorter reservation is assigned to a unit that later needs to accommodate a longer reservation, the system should automatically reallocate the shorter stay to another available so the longer one can be fulfilled in full and not halfway. This would optimize occupancy and help ensure that longer, potentially higher-value reservations are not blocked. Without this logic, overlapping reservations might lead to cancellations and penalties for hosts. Adding this feature would improve efficiency and prevent unnecessary conflicts.
