  1. It's confusing when it comes to the payment by Booking.com option as it's unclear about the requirement and timeline.

    Therefore, it would be helpful if Hostfully makes a Deal with booking that all their customers are offered the payments by booking option. As they say now I must wait for an invite. But it doesn't say when the invite will come

  3. When you are in the calendar you could cancel a booking rather than having to leave the calendar and go find the listing in the pipeline- which is an unnecessary extra step; this would streamline workflow.

    And it would be so much faster and easier, less opportunities for mistakes.

  7. Only suggestion I would make is to make the "View Order" button a bit more obvious, maybe make it available within the pipeline as one of the options that pops up when you click/hover over the circle. We don't have to click "Edit" to see that button.

  11. I have one master and 2 sub units.

    For the majority of the booking window, I only want the master to be bookable while keeping the two subs totally blocked. If the master hasn't been booked and we're under 2 weeks from the stay date, that is when I'll unblock the two subs and have those be bookable.

    Currently this needs to be done manually.

  12. Stripe applies the 3.9% payment processing fee to the entire booking - rent + fees + taxes and the rate multiplier only applies 3.9% to the rent. Therefore I'm incurring a loss and I'd like the percentage to be applied to the entire booking for the guests to incur that fee rather than myself the property manager and the owner.

  15. Add "Custom" cancellation policy as an option for VRBO. Custom cancellation policy would allow us to withhold payment processing fees for cancellations. Without this, we don't have a way to withhold payment processing fees and must refund them.

  16. Loading time is slow. This is specially noticeable with the images, that don’t seem to show until the rest of the site resources are loaded (we already optimized the size of the images, that doesn’t seem to be the reason). When looking at the loading times in the web browser inspector I see that around 2 full seconds of the loading time is loading many javascript files. The images are loaded at the very end of that process, after around 3 seconds of loading time, and until then all you see are gray rectangles.

  18. Because some property managers are not the OWNERS of the listing, it is misleading when we are working on managing and respond to guests but it’s the owner name that shows up and not the person managing or handling the account.

    Every message we send without Hostfully shows the owners name as though the message is coming from them - but it is NOT.
    The owners have asked why we aren’t getting the credit or using our name when responding to my guests and I told them your program doesn’t have that option.

  20. When a client lead is in the system for dates that get booked by a different lead the original lead is not able to be edited at all. The system will not allow it to be saved since the dates have been booked. Regardless if lead is closed or open. this lead can not be edited / saved.
    Users should have the ability to change some information such as notes, name, change lead assignment etc and SAVE a lead regardless if the dates are reserved.
    This is a serious limitation in your platform and causing us a lot of issues…
