Allow to have custom fees over blocks
it would be very helpful because owners that live on site or who have stays for friends and family without charging them still need to pay for cleaning that is required by for the next check-in. Without a custom fee that can be automatically added, I have to go back and manually review the calendar for all of those owner blocks and manually add owner adjustments every time this happens.

Airbnb alteration issue
Unable to alter Airbnb booking. Here is the situation
We have a long-term booking on property A that we need to move it to property B (31 nights)
At the time we move the booking, property B has availability but there is a past booking that blocks a few days on property B.
That makes the whole long-term booking cannot be moved to property B while it has the availability at the time we alter it.
This could possibly cause incorrect accounting report and confusing for our team while guest actually stays on property B but on calendar, their booking…

Ability to add a custom name to reports file
Currently you can give custom title to reports, but when you send the PDF to the owners the file is downloaded with an alphanumeric values for file title. Title looks restricted to the report header and doesn't affect file name.

pet fee
The way pet fees are currently set up needs to change. Having “Pets” listed as an optional add-on before payment is misleading. It comes across as if the fee is a donation rather than a requirement, which gives guests the impression they can simply choose not to add it.
This is not how a required fee should function. The system should prompt guests to indicate upfront whether they are bringing pets when selecting guest count. If they are, the pet fee should automatically apply as part of the booking.

Search available properties in multiple locations
It would be great if you could search for available properties in multiple towns/cities instead of being limited to just one location. If you open the calendar and go to location, having the ability to just check off the locations you want to search for would be incredibly beneficial. Let me know if there's already a way to do this!

Easily switch to the next and previous photo when click on a specific photo in Photos tab
It would be very very better if there's an arrow on both sides of the picture. So we don't need to close the tab and click the next photo.
It would be better to just click forward or click backward.

Ability to arrange fields in Description tab to push to channels like Vrbo
I’ve noticed that on VRBO, non-essential sections like Notes and Neighbourhood are showing at the very top of property descriptions. This pushes down the main details and makes the listing look misaligned.
I understand your setup is designed around Airbnb, but VRBO works differently.
I had to include the neighbourhood description in other fields to ensure the important information appears at the top.
We want the ability to arrange fields in Description tab to push to Vrbo channel

Improve Balance Due Dates for Last-Minute Bookings
If a booking is created after the configured balance due date, the system should automatically set the balance due date to the booking date (or the nearest future date before check-in). This change would make payment due dates clearer, reduce confusion, and improve the booking and payment experience for both property managers and guests.

Currently, Hostfully only allows one global payment rule per property (deposit % at booking and balance collection date).
Allow deposit % and balance collection rules to be set by season or by date range, similar to how pricing and minimum stays can be adjusted on the calendar.

Apply the Promo Code when creating a quote/lead via API
With the new Promo Codes endpoint, we now have the capability to retrieve/manage promo codes. However, we are currently unable to apply a promo code when generating a quote or lead.
The PM requires the functionality to pass a promo code when retrieving a quote, in order to accurately display the price breakdown to the customer and initiate the checkout process.

Ability to log and report Agency-level adjustments
Currently, Hostfully only supports adjustments tied to owners and properties. However, many agencies also need to track and reconcile agency-wide expenses that are not connected to a specific property or owner.
Examples include:
Hostfully subscription fees
Inventory purchases used across multiple properties
Invoices paid directly by the agency (e.g., software, utilities, maintenance contracts)
Having a way to enter, categorize, and report these agency-level adjustments would provide a more complete financial picture for monthly reconciliation.
