  1. Integration with Tidy App - even at their beginning stages they have been more involved and helpful than any other cleaning service I have tried. They flew in a trainer to train my team and have customized my entire experience. The only thing missing is an integration with Hostfully.

  2. Add a tool to view the "private feedback' guests leave with their public review. This is where important property info is often left, and is very valuable info to pass along to supply stockers and maintenance.

  3. Autohost screens guests, and if a guest fails the verification and/or is high-risk, that information should be available in Hostfully. Then, that information could be used as a condition in message triggers, e.g. do not send messages if guest is unverified by AutoHost. I would also want to see that data available in the API so other integration partners (e.g. Akia) could use it as well.

If under property settings 100% of the payment is not collected at the time of reservation (i.e. certain percentage will be due x days prior to checkin), then pipeline won't show the option to "send balance payment request" until the payment due date which is x days prior to checkin date. manager should be able to send the balance payment request ahead of the due date and not wait for the payment due date to send the payment request.

  6. It would be great to have "Activity" or "History" data on individual reservations to see when a reservation was updated & who updated it.

    (i.e. a guest requests to extend their reservation for 2 weeks. We go into Hostfully & change the check out date.)

    Currently, there is no history or activity showing when changes were made to that reservation. With multiple people working in reservations, it would be great to have that data for our billing department to follow up and ensure the billing is updated, etc.

  7. When creating a template that includes live links to the marketplace items (Early Check-In/Late Check-Out) the link seems to die once it hits Airbnb messenger. How do we ensure that the links will work as intended on all platforms? The links go directly to the item, such as early check-in, not just to the general marketplace page.

  9. For now, on the rental agreement, the name of the property is the internal name. That can make guests confused since they only know the public name or short description of the property. Guests can also say that the name of the property they signed is not correct to what they booked and that would be a challenge for the property manager to show evidence that guests agreed with conditions in the contract.

  10. Currently, users must navigate to individual property calendars and apply individual Check-in and Check-in restrictions for each year.

    However, check-in and check-out restrictions are often applied to holidays, so the need to restrict check-out on 12/25 occurs each year. Hostfully should have the ability to select specific dates (absent year) where check-in and check-out is not feasible. Moreover, specific days of a week/month would address holidays such as Thanksgiving.

  12. I noticed that the zapier Updated Booking and Canceled Booking triggers work for owner block changes, but the New Booking doesn't trigger when a new owner block is created.

    Can you update the zapier integration to include owner blocks in the New Booking trigger?

  20. In extra conditions when creating trigger you should be able to tell the system to NOT send trigger IF for example rental agreement has already been signed. NOT send trigger IF for example pre-arrival has already been filled out.

    It makes no sense and it quite annoying for guests to continue to get requests for something that they have already completed, but in order to automate the only way to ensure these important forms are completed is to keep sending reminders regardless if they have already completed the request.
