Different balance due status for Booking.com reservations
As standard we take the security deposit/ balance from guests at 60 days before arrival. However, on booking.com their terms are different and the deposits aren't taken until 14 days before arrival.
We would like a way to stop their balance showing as outstanding and 'red ring' on our pipeline until their payment is actually due

Add more discounts/promotions for Vrbo
At the moment, Hostfully only supports LOS discount for Vrbo while on Vrbo it has Seasonal or Early booking discounts as well. It's not possible to apply those discounts on Vrbo as the calendar is blocked due to integration with HF

Discounts should appear under Rent instead of Fees in booking breakdown
Vrbo new listing discount or any discount should appear under Rent section instead of Fees section because it's deducted from Rent amount actually

Analytics- reporting needs to be improved to run reports based upon comparative years, months, user defined periods like quickbooks
Improve the user interface and information display as well as ability to print of all analytics data. Allow the user to choose the periods with calendar dropdown. you should be able to see year over multiple year changes.

Be able to manually add a lead and create an overlapping if needed
So i have someone blocking my calendar that has not paid and is not responding and I have someone whos willing to pay and wants to book but i cant book him because i cant cancel the reservation. Why can i not override and make my calendar available? Like a double booking?

Adjusting Unbooked Nights Formula for Accurate Master-Sub Occupancy Rate
The Dashboard and Analytics formulas miscalculate unbooked nights for parent/child listings. If a parent/child property has one unbooked night, it's counted twice, causing occupancy rates, ADR, and other metrics to drop inaccurately.

Update Hostfully Devices when Check in/Check out Times are Updated in Stay Details
Currently, if the check in or check out times in a reservation are updated within the stay details in Hostfully, those don't update the check in and check out times on devices such as locks, thermostats, etc. This functionality is essential when offering early/late check ins and check outs.

Discount codes - use once per user
Create a discount code that can be used once by any guest who receives it - for example, a ComeBack code that incentivizes a return, without it being available for every time that guest books in the future, and that I can offer to every guest (without having to create a million codes!)
