Making links mobile friendly for Booking.com guests
We currently have to resend links to most BDC guests as the current links to the pre arrival form and damage deposit don't work-especially when try from a mobile as the links are broken.

The ability to resend/reset the Pre Arrival form if guest uploads wrong ID
We are finding that some guests will upload a selfie or a piece of ID without a photo (even after explaining this in the message.)
Currently, we have to contact Hostfully to reset the pre arrival form as we cannot reset it or request that the guest complete it again.1 vote -
Improve Transaction Report
1/ Transaction Status or Error Notes or Payment Details
To distinguish a successful transaction from a failed transaction.2/ Adding Transaction time would provide the customers the real time when the transactions made, it could be helpful for their reference
3/ Adding option to filter by channel
4/ Finally, including the variables (related to a transaction details) in Financial Reports (Enhanced Report) would help save effort for customers switching back and forth checking on the booking details and the transaction details

Ability to flexibly remove turnover day for some specific dates
At the moment, it's not possible to open up a date which is turnover day, even when we uncheck the box "Prevent check-in on that day".
The only way is to change Turnover day to 0 temporary if there's any specific guest wanting to book that date, then quickly change it back to 1.

If I have
- tag A for property 1
- tag B for property 2
=> When searching on calendar filter for tag A and B on the dropdown list.

Categorize owner adjustments
I have many types of owner adjustments and I want to be able to categorize them: Utilities such as WIFI/Electric, etc. Maintenance Charges. Housekeeping Fees, etc. I don't want to use Owner Adjustment Notes.

Show Arrival/departure time (Stay details) in the lead information in inbox page
Since the Inbox is the place I spend most of my time, it would be very helpful if the reservation details in this panel were accurate.
It currently shows the standard checkin time of the property, which might not be accurate. I'd like to see the arrival/departure time in Stay details tab in the Inbox page.

Being able to create a pet fee per night with a max $
We want to make sure we cover our bases if something were to occur with a visiting pet, but we don't want an overkill. For example, a week long stay will now be $275 pet fee (with $25/nt). If someone stays a month, $25/nt seems excessive.

Identify impacted availability due to gap nights affected by minimum night rule and make these dates automatically available

pricing strategy
It would save a lot of time if there is some sort of pricing strategy for periods of the year where all listings are adjusted for seasonal reasons e.g. Christmas, bank holidays etc.
A listing could be added to a strategy for the set dates, and the rate changes ( add/ reduce by percentage or set amount) according to base rate.
So when the base rate is changed, the pricing strategy amount auto adjusts with it.
At the moment we have to use 'pricing period' and manually input amounts, and when the base rate is changed then we then have…0 votes -
Have ability to set "meal plan" under rate plan within Booking.com integration
In Booking.com, I can set up whether there are breakfast/lunch/meal included in the rate.
I would like to be able to set it on Hostfully or manage it directly in Booking.com

Ability to label blocks in the calendar
Could the notes from "Blocked By Agency" be used to put a label on that calendar bar?
It would be useful for me to see at a glance why I blocked particular dates, as in this screenshot: I can tell without clicking on the green bar why it is blocked.
