Preview listing before publishing.
Would be great to preview your listing prior to publishing. Currently this is my very first listing, first time with a STR so figuring out How the listing will look prior to publishing is important. Currently I am stuck publishing then checking the listing to see what it will look like, then I need to adjust the listing if something is wrong.

Ability to send more messages per event (inquiry, cancellations, etc) - current limit is one message per event
Have the ability to send more messages per event (inquiry, cancellations, etc) as currently it limits you to only send one message per event and any future scheduled event messages will be cancelled out. This way we can follow up on inquiries as many times as we want

Balance due should not appear in View Order page for cancelled bookings
We have canceled the booking and issued a partial refund via Stripe. A record of this refund transaction has been added to Hostfully.
However, the View Order page currently displays a confusing calculation of the total amount, amount paid, and balance due. Since the booking is canceled, the "Balance Due" field should no longer be visible.

Guests can modify direct bookings
I was trying to create a custom template that would be sent to a guest during their stay which would give them the option to add an additional night if the calendar allowed. This template would have a link that would take the guest directly to their reservation page where they could add the night and make payment all in one. I'm being told that's not an option and they would have to respond to me with a yes/no and then I would have to make the change in the system and send a payment request. This seems really clumsy.…

Edit the name of the generated report
When generating a report, I need to be able to change the name for instance, the property, the season/period, etc...
Also, in the owner report list, the date when the report was generated should be displayed. Currently, owners see a long list of all generated reports with all the same name. It's difficult to find information.1 vote -
Handle replys to owner portal emails in some way
Problem: One of the tabs on the owners portal is "Inbox", where owners can send messages to us. When we respond to a message via email – so the owner gets a notification of the new response – the owner has no ability to respond from the email and has to be trained that replys to the email are ignored by hostfully and go nowhere. No error message, no warning, just looks like we're ignoring them.
My idea is to do one of the following:

Support updating the rental conditions per property via the API
It is noted in the v1.5->3 upgrade guide that v3's agencies endpoint supports a "rentalConditions" field, but no other APIs seem to exist for updating the per-property rental conditions. It would be great to automate these to ensure they are accurate and make changing all properties a lot easier

Respect "Show property exact location" on direct booking site
I would like to avoid showing the location of certain properties with too much accuracy until the booking is confirmed. Until the /search page was added there was no way to see exactly where the property was, but now you can zoom in very close on the search page and see exactly where the properties are, even sometimes which part of a multi-unit building the unit is.
The map on the property details doesn't seem to have ever shown the exact location of the property, which seems like the right design if you're not going to make it configurable.

Enable Manual Adjustment of Commission Rates by Reservation Source
When managing reservations, it would be helpful to manually adjust the commission rates for each booking based on the source. For example, when a guest books through Booking.com, the commission rate differs from a direct booking rate. Currently, I'm unable to reflect the specific rates, like the 9% commission for agency bookings versus the 15% for direct reservations. Having a feature to set these rates accurately per reservation would streamline accounting and provide a clearer view of the actual revenue from each booking source.

Remove Owner Adjustments from Owner Report
PMs who do not use Hostfully to record expenses would like the ability to completely remove the Owner Adjustment report from the Owner Report, instead of seeing the report with no data.

Owner CRM
I want to track rentals based on owners, also a property CRM could work. Where I can see rows of each rental and have constant contact with the owners. If a property has not had a rent in over 3 months, send an automated mail to maintain our contact going. Also track other things, like a column of last price update to have in mind what is missing for each owner and maintain that.
