  1. The client needs to hide automated messages from their main inbox.
    The problem is twofold: 1) these messages clutter the view and make it difficult to find messages from actual guests, and 2) the "Unread Only" filter doesn't work across teams, because if one agent sees a message, it's marked as read for everyone, negating the filter's effectiveness.

    Please provide an option to archive/separate these automated messages or to have the "read" status be individual for each agent.

  2. We are using the hold function for 24 hours and then use the autosend follow up to nudge the client that the hold is due to expire. This is very effective! However, is there any way the booking hold request quote flip into a new lead that can still remain accessible to book if it the hold has expired? This way if a client is late to make the payment, they can still book without intervention from us but it also releases the date on the calender to allow another reservation to happen if they are too slow.

  4. It would be very helpful to support basic text formatting options in descriptions, for example bold text or simple rich text controls. This would significantly improve readability and guest experience on the Direct Booking Site, while giving PMs more control over how their content is presented.

  6. Sometimes we need to re-arrange the Booking.com reservations in Hostfully calendar but the booking breakdown is changed based on new property while it remains unchanged in BDC. This causes discrepancy, confusion and incorrect report. So it's better if the breakdown can be freeze when we changing the property or modify a booking as we don't want to change the quote for existing booking.

  10. Currently, when a property is updated, the webhook event UPDATEDPROPERTY is triggered, but the payload only contains the propertyUid and the eventtype. This makes it difficult for integrators to know what changed and which endpoint should be called next.

    I would like the payload to include more granular details about the type of update, for example:

    • Pricing update

    • Photo update

    • Amenities update

    • General property details update

    • Pricing rule update, etc.

    This would allow API users to call only the relevant endpoints instead of fetching all related resources. It improves efficiency, reduces API calls, and provides clarity for event-driven…

  15. For mid-term rentals, it would be helpful if the system could manage monthly billing automatically without requiring staff to create a new booking each month.   16. For mid-term rentals, it would be helpful if the pre-arrival form and rental conditions carried over from the initial booking rather than resetting each month. Currently, the system shows these items as incomplete in later months even though the guest completed them at the beginning of their stay.

  19. Scenario: PM wants to map their photo with Veranda. However, “Veranda” is not an available space type in Hostfully at the moment, so it cannot be mapped directly.
    We only have porch.

    From my research:
    - A porch is typically a smaller, covered entryway at the front door for shelter.
    - A veranda is a larger, often wraparound covered extension along one or more sides of a house, functioning as an outdoor living or entertaining space.
