  2. Can I suggest having the design team make it so that if negative notes are left in the Notes tab on Hostfully under a guest's booking that it automatically disable the positive guest review and flag a reminder to leave a negative review

  4. I request that the PMS be aware that Airbnb automatically collects and remits total occupancy taxes (TOT) in most jurisdictions, such as San Francisco. Due to limitations in the Airbnb API, it is not possible to mark these reservations as exempt or manually adjust these taxes in the system.
    It would be helpful if the PMS automatically identified these reservations and blocked manual tax adjustments, or at least clearly indicated this in the accounting reports.

  5. When we make a new booking, scrolling for the start date is perfectly fine, but then we need to scroll again for the end date by scrolling from today's date instead of a date after check-in. Can the date box be set that it starts automatically on +1 day? Currently, we need to scroll from TODAY for the check-out as well, which is a waste of time if the check-in date is already established as a future date.

  12. Currently, if a guest needs to be moved from one property to another, the only way is to cancel the original booking and create a new manual booking in the correct property. This process is time-consuming and can create confusion for both guests and property managers.

    It would be extremely helpful to have a feature that allows property managers to transfer an existing booking from one property to another directly in the system.

  13. Most properties prefer me to block dates for them, so we as property managers in the main (or principal) user, should be able to block dates and pick the option of owner block so we get the same purple color as when they block.

  19. For instance, let's say for most of the year you have a moderate cancellation policy, but for special events it could be stricter. Last year for Coachella people booked a year before, then at the last minute found a cheaper place because people start lowering their prices when they don't book. So they would cancel before the deadline and you would have to drastically lower your prices to rebook after you held the dates for them for a year.
