  2. Under Set permission in Properties page, when bulk save, the setting and member assigned there to is applied to all other properties.

    It would be easier if we can select their name and click to assign listing to them. It would be very helpful to a growing company

Add the option to automatically send a message to guests near their check-out date, offering them to extend their stay for one more night at a discounted rate if the following night is available. I think it would be powerful for the system to automate this process based on an opt-in by the operator by property for a specific time period or seasons, with selectable discounts, and the system looks up the availability and triggers accordingly.

  6. A user would like to set the booking window to exactly 60 days, but the current dropdown only allows preset options (1, 3, 6 months, etc.)

    Request: To allow custom booking windows (exact number of days) in addition to the preset options. This will give property managers more flexibility in controlling booking availability according to their operational needs

  7. Currently, the inbox search on Hostfully only allows searching by guest name or email. It would be incredibly helpful if users could also search by keywords within the conversation history.

    There are many situations where we may not remember a guest’s exact name or email, but we can recall specific words, details, or phrases from the conversation. Being able to search by any keyword written in a message would:

    Greatly improve efficiency in finding past communications
    Save time when retrieving important details

  9. Currently, sub-properties in Hostfully inherit the payment processor settings from their master property, meaning all payments are routed through the master’s Stripe account.

    For property managers who operate multi-unit listings, it would be extremely helpful to allow connecting different Stripe accounts directly to sub-properties without unlinking them from the master.

  12. For example, a PM configured a custom fee named "Tourism Fee" in the Fees, Taxes, and Policies tab from Hostfully and mapped it to channels (Airbnb/ BDC, Vrbo, etc.). It would be more clear and synchronise if on channels, the fee also reflects as "Tourism Fee" and not as its mapping type.

  16. Would be great to see the tags in the view on reviews here, if you want to tell dev team for feature requests.

    if you have automated rating of guests set up, and guest is unhappy, we can add the tag so that we see in the review screen and cancel the auatomed rating and request for them to review us. The goals is we don't offer unhappy guests more reminders to review US and hopeully not get a negative review.
