  1. I have a lot of Rules I add one at a time in the Rules section (bottom) of the Fees & Policies on each property.
    Sometimes I want to change the order they show up or just edit one...
    There is no way to do this.
    I have to delete them all and add them all back.
    Feature request is:
    1) Edit existing Rules
    2) Rearrange the order or Rules

  2. Every time that I send out a message template and I don't have the custom variable filled out in the area, it will populate with this: [$INSTAGRAM$].
    I want if there wasn't a variable inserted, you could default it to nothing. This is a feature request that I have, please

  3. We'd love to have to create a template and then a trigger for that template using if / then condition.

    Example - IF a guest books during a certain period of time, such as April 2 through April 13th, THEN that guest is sent a template letting them know there will be certain activities not available to them during their stay

  5. The ability to add multiple Stripe accounts without having a main account. Properties are managed in Costa Rica and does not have a main Stripe account and cannot get one. Owners do have their Stripe accounts

  8. It's not supported yet to show the daily total for rent, fees, and taxes if there is no booking associated.
    It'd be great if we can view the total of rent, taxes, fees by running a report.

  10. We recently found out from our VRBO rep that the notes we enter into our amenities in Hostfully do not transfer over to VRBO. Also if we manually update our Amenities in VRBO to cover the ones Hostfully doesn't push through it is wiped next time the push is done.

  12. I use MailChimp and Hubspot. Hubspot is much more capable in my opinion, with better support, growing faster, more features and innovating much faster than MailChimp. Can you add Hubspot as an integration partner to save me the cost and trouble of having to Zap the interface between them?   13. In Pipeline, I can click on "See All Customers." Except I can't "see all customers." I then have to do a search or run a report. Instead of this, can you let me actually "See All Customers"? Thanks for your consideration and for all you do for us hosts.

  14. We users give the Hostfully team feedback that helps you improve your platform. This helps you further crush your competition and ultimately make more $$$. As a user, I'd be more inclined to provide feedback if I benefitted monetarily in some way, like a couple months' fees waived. Thanks for all you do for us hosts and for your consideration.

  15. Currently when payment fails for insufficient funds the booking goes into our calendar and blocks the dates preventing anyone else from booking. In VRBO it looks like a valid reservation. It isn't obvious to the guests or to us that there is a problem with payment so the conversation with the guest continues as usual and check in details are provided. Until I see a vague email from Hostfully saying that a payment failed. It doesn't identify the reservation. Just that a payment failed. If I hadn't been checking my email I wouldn't know. Quite often the email gets lost…

  16. Allow re-assigning a reservation to a different unit in Hostfully to reflect on the Operto Dashboard.

    Currently the reservation will remain on the unit initially booked and a new reservation won't be created on the new unit. So we have to "revoke access" for the reservation on Operto and create a manual reservation on the new unit to ensure the guest's code will be installed on that lock. We also have to communicate the new access code (created on the new unit) to your guest.

    Other PMS like Hostaway are able to push the reassignment to a new property to…

  18. I need to collect IDs for all drivers, as this must be sent to the front gate to let each car in. So, to automate this properly, I need to be able to add custom image fields, and text fields associated with each image field (i.e. first and last name).

  19. For now, our trigger hasn't supported the condition of "Pre-arrival form not submitted" yet. Hence if we want to follow up with the guests, you can only monitor from Pipeline to see if it's submitted or not. We'd love to have such condition in triggers to automate the process.
