  5. It would save a lot of time if there is some sort of pricing strategy for periods of the year where all listings are adjusted for seasonal reasons e.g. Christmas, bank holidays etc.
    A listing could be added to a strategy for the set dates, and the rate changes ( add/ reduce by percentage or set amount) according to base rate.
    So when the base rate is changed, the pricing strategy amount auto adjusts with it.

  8. Could the notes from "Blocked By Agency" be used to put a label on that calendar bar?

    It would be useful for me to see at a glance why I blocked particular dates, as in this screenshot: I can tell without clicking on the green bar why it is blocked.

  9. Incorrect deposit percentage and balance due date on payment link when it's extended checkout date

    Step to reproduce

    • Booking is fully paid
    • Extend checkout date
    • Send payment link again
    • Check the payment information on the Payment link and ensure that the deposit percentage is set to 50%, as indicated on the Property Settings page. This should reflect the actual deposit amount, after any changes have been made. Additionally, please note that the Due Date should still correspond to the original booking date.

  12. I have payment settings, 10% collected at the time of bookings, and the remaining 90% to be collected 90 days before arrival.

    I would like to state the amount of 10% the guest paid in the template (for example: if the total booking is $100, guest paid $10 at the booking, I want to show $10) after the booking is confirmed.

  13. We use Stripe. Booking.com (BDC) payment timeline depends on the cancellation policy. I want to add "Custom" cancellation policy as an option for BDC to allow us to withhold payment processing fees for cancellations. Without this, we don't have a way to withhold payment processing fees and must refund them.

  17. Sometimes we need to claim money from a guest who does not follow the house rules. For example, we may need to claim extra cleaning fees for a pet and show that pets were not allowed on the furniture.

    Although the house rules are included in the pre-arrival form for guests to check and agree with, there is no way for us to obtain a PDF of it like the rental agreement. This makes it difficult to provide evidence that the guest agreed to our house rules in order to claim the money.

  18. PM is listed as the primary host on an account, should their name appear in messages to guests? Bayside Hospitality Solutions is primary host/co-host on several listings. The messages she sends via HF appear to be coming from the owners, but when she sends messages via Airbnb, her name appears.

  20. When I add the cleaning fee as a management fee- the guest does not see this fee in the booking quote when searching for a stay. The management fee is evenly spread across the nightly fee to give a total. This makes it more appealing for bookings. The reason I want the management fee to be taken out of the nightly rate for the owner's report is because that is how my cleaning fee is taken out of the nightly rate in the formula for my property owner statement
