  1. For now it will show expired if the discount code is not input or not fully input. It would be nice if there is a message to show them the reason

    I want the error message to appear only after checkin/check-out is filled.

  3. is there a way we can add colours in the booking on the days we want cleaned for example, so the cleaners can just look at the calendar and see what days they need cleaned?

  5. When updating Description tab, it gives error "The limit for number of characters for summary field is 500 inclusive". It appears there's no Summary field. The error is referring to Long description field.

    It'd be more user friendly if you can specify which field needs to be updated, Here in this case: Long description field.

  7. I think most Hostfully property managers have guests from other countries come to the USA to visit their properties. When they book through Airbnb or VRBO, or other channels currency is converted for a smooth transaction. Using a direct booking site also must convert currency as we will have potential guests from other countries outside of the USA wanting to come visit our properties in the USA.

  8. Here are my payment setting under property main settings: 0% at reservation, collect balance at 30 days. Currently, the system template Balance Due is sent to guests on the due date.

    I want guests to leave their CC details at the time of booking to create confirmed reservations, then the system will automatically charge the balance on the due date.

  9. On Booking.com Extranet => Property => Facilities & Services, we can upload photos for the facilities we have in-house, which helps increase our listing score and get more bookings.

    However, this feature is not supported within Hostfully and can also be overridden by Hostfully. Every time we refresh the sync from Hostfully, all setups in the Extranet for Facilities and Services are wiped out.

    This is a critical issue, so supporting this feature would mean a lot. Thank you.

  11. Please consider offering a different booking window for direct website + hostfully booking widget vs other booking channels. For example in high season OTAs could have 2 week window and own website longer window to promote direct bookings.

    Alternatively, this could be achieved by creating blocks that do not apply to direct website.

  12. On new DBS, it spells Neighbourhood. While I understand that in the United States, there is a preference for "neighborhood" over "neighbourhood", "neighbourhood" is not a spelling mistake, but it might give a confusion and misunderstanding that it's spelled wrongly.

    It'd be nice if we can adjust Neighborhood

  14. At the moment, Hostfully Inbox doesn't separate the guest thread per booking: it remains a continuous history of messages between guest and agency no matter how many bookings the guest has with your properties.

    I want only corresponding messages associated with a booking to show up when selecting a booking on the right "booking selector" of Inbox.

  17. When updating pricing manually it would be nice to have notes that remind me when school holidays are as well as events and bank holidays etc. Otherwise, I find myself reducing/adjusting pricing that shouldn't be changed.

  18. The idea is for our owners to see the entire amount the guest pays, including the cost of cleaning.

    We, as an agency, pay local taxes on the entire amount paid by the guest, i.e. the amount of stay and cleaning combined. If the owner sees a different amount, our settlements with him cannot be consistent and correct in any way. We would like him to see the total amount paid by the guest - for the stay and cleaning together

  19. Turnover rule for not allowing same-day check-ins/ checkouts because I don't want a check-out and check-in on the same day.

    Additionally, guests often request a late checkout and an early check in. Having the separation allows me to grant the request and still give my cleaners enough time to service the house.
