  3. For example, in 2023, my agency's commission rate is 20%, but it changes to 25% in 2024. However, if I run the report for 2023, the commission rate will be 25% instead of the old one.

    It would be much more flexible and helpful to keep the correct date if we can maintain the old commission rate for old reports and just apply the new one from the date we change it.

  4. A guest booked, left early and vacated the house for 2 weeks. The reservation was confirmed and paid. As a PM, I want to open the rest of the dates (2 weeks) without having to cancel or modify the booking.

  6. No matter if it is a brand new code or a code that is not expired, as the guest is entering the code it says invalid until the whole code is entered. This makes a lot of guests stop before it is completed and calls that say the code does not work.

Please create the option book within a specific period of time, from when the code was sent. i.e. when a guest checks out, they can receive the greatest discount to book with 72 hours of their stay. This would stimulate return bookings. I have seen these offers work at the end of a conference or the like. The best time to book your next trip is while you are enjoying your current one.

  9. This feature would allow a host to keep track of how many guests were confirmed to have arrived, given early access, etc. With multiple people managing an inbox, or even one that is busy, it is hard to mentally recall if everyone has what they need to check in.

  16. To prevent incurring non-refundable fees from Stripe, we've set 'Percentage at Reservation' to '0%' and 'Collect balance at' to 30 days. Our refund policy states that no refunds will be issued within 30 days of the scheduled arrival. When a customer makes a reservation through our website more than 30 days in advance, no credit card information is captured initially. To enhance the process, we propose making a $1 authorization to verify and capture the card, ensuring a smoother transaction when processing the charge 30 days prior to arrival.

  17. For example: IF the guest is not reachable by phone or if they missed the channel messages, we can ask the guest to submit their passport copies via whatsapp

    And we have a follow up message to ask if everything is fine after they check in so maybe guest can share some photos or videos if they have any problems
