When creating a trigger, please keep the channel is condition dropdown open until finished selecting. It used to do that. Now, we have to check one, click on the dropdown check the next one, click on the dropdown, check the next one, etc.

Allow multiple logins on mobile app
Some Hostfully users manage multiple Hostfully accounts. It would be helpful for them to be able to use the mobile device for the different accounts they manage. Would it be possible to switch users/logins on the mobile app for easier access and notifications for the multiple account users?

Zoho Books <> Hostfully Integration
I use Zoho Books to invoice owners of the properties we mange. It would be great to automatically create invoices from the financial reporting made in Hostfully on a booking (line-by-line) basis.
Now I use the reporting as base and copy/pase the net income in my accounting tool to create the invoice (net income x commission + VAT = commission over a booking. I add all the bookings per months and create the invoice. Next to this I need to make an Excel file showing income per booking - commission (VAT included per booking) = payout to owner.

Request for Custom Email Option in Trigger Actions
Currently, the trigger system in the PMS (Project Management System) only allows sending emails to predefined groups such as team members, owners, or clients registered within the system. However, there is no option to send an email to a custom, non-registered email address. This limitation makes it difficult to notify external stakeholders or third-party individuals who are not part of the system.

Add returning report without requiring the guest tag,
I don't have the guest tag to use trick number 8 in report to extract guest data for returning guest.
It would be more easier if we have the template report to extract returning guest data without this step.

We will check if HVMI provides an API for this. In the meantime, you can probably do iCal imports to block your calendar.

Showing Agency details on all report types
Recently, there's only generated Owner reports having Agency logo along with other agency details (see attachment). It would be nice if those information is showing on other reports.
These report types don't have the Agency details on the generated ones:
- Financial reports
- Logistics and Job reports (in Logistics reports type)

I want to have the option to add rental conditions in different language.

Indicate new check-in time requested from Airbnb guest in Hostfully system
At the moment, reservation booked within 48 hours, and guest can choose the check-in time
https://help.hostfully.com/en/articles/3811657-partially-allow-booking-requests-on-airbnbThe check-in time should be visible in the booking request that Airbnb sent, not in Hostfully system. Airbnb does not send anything explicitly to the host stating that the check-in time has changed; however, the reservation request Airbnb sent to the guest does include the check-in time.
We need Hostfully to request this information thru the API and indicate it somewhere in Hostfully system so we can know before accept or decline the booking request as it's very important information to look at

Update the property name on pipeline when modifying BDC reservation
Current behavior:
when a booking.com reservation's property is changed,
=> the roomId is changed on Pipeline.=> The property name need to change manually in Hostfully.
Request:
When one reservation modification has been made, the change should be applied for both roomID on Data tab and the property/unit name on Lead Details page. Otherwise, it can confuse users.

Triggers related to jobs starting time
Be able to create triggers (notifications) around timing of Jobs. For example, be able to send a reminder to a service provider X number of hours before a job.
(when the job is not tied to each guest or specifically to a check-in or check-out, we need the notification tied to the job specifically)
