  2. The calendar on our booking site shows certain dates in a darker blue color, indicating that check-in is not allowed for specific listings. However, this may not be clear to our guests and could discourage them from booking a longer stay. It would be helpful to display a message informing them that these dates are still available for booking, which may encourage them to consider a longer stay instead of giving up on those dates.

  6. I have some owners who would like access to view the inbox from multiple channels on one platform. Can there be a user permission added for them to View messages as well as an option for them to send messages that way they could only be given permission to send messages if allowed

  7. When I use the codes "Your reservation begins on [$LEADCHECKIN$] for [$LEADNIGHTS$] with [$LEAD_GUESTS$]."

    What populates in the message is "Your reservation begins on Wed, Sep 11 2024 for 4 with 6. "

    If you could make it say "4 Nights with 6 Guests" that would be significantly better.

  11. I don't want any triggers to fire when I manually add bookings to the system, because sometimes I need to edit the pricing, reservation before the triggers go out. I want to have a button so I can check to temporarily stop all triggers from firing for specific guests.

  15. It would be beneficial to introduce the option for certain listings to offer hourly pricing. While it's understood that not all channels may support this feature, it would be valuable for direct bookings. This would enable us to rent office spaces, boat rentals, and other offerings on an hourly basis instead of nightly, providing more flexibility to our users.

  17. There should be a report that collects all Due Owner (Net) amounts after adjustments from all owners. This way, the finance team can process payments to owners in bulk.

    This approach will be more convenient for accounts with many properties and owners.
