  1. I would like to request a new feature in PMP to help differentiate between Vrbo online and offline bookings.

    Current Situation:

    Online Booking: These bookings appear on the Vrbo Dashboard and include all guest information, making messaging integration work smoothly.

    Offline Booking: These bookings do not appear on the Vrbo Dashboard and lack related threads. This leads to confusion among guests, who often ask why their reservation is not visible on Vrbo. We also struggle to provide them with a satisfactory answer.

  2. We have customers that send inquiries and then don't come back to book. I'd like to send an automated email to follow up with them. This email should go out to customers that sent an inquiry but did not book. It should go out 3 days after their inquiry was made. So, if a customer made an inquiry and was sent a quote but 3 days later he still did not book, the email should be sent to that customer automatically (unless the lead was closed).

  4. We have a booking page, generated by HF, on our website, currently the flow is
    - Guest enter the date > click on "see all properties"
    - Then the properties that match with the search date will be able to shown.
    - Guest can pick a suitable option from here to book with you.

    Is there a way to skip' the display of the first page and have visitors land directly on the second one without having to click the 'see all properties' button first?

    Hello. This is really the reason we provide the Pipeline, which can show status for all bookings and will highlight those with incomplete payments.

  8. Can you discuss if maybe possible to mark a message as pending and then can filter on them. In that we we can follow up on questions or pending things if needed.

  9. I have auto responses set for bookings, booking inquiries, and requests to book so that my response rates stays at 100%. However, my triggers happen automatically. I would prefer they take place 30 minutes-1 hour after the question so that I have the opportunity to address the concern.

    Could you please provide more information, and maybe screenshots? We do not understand this request. In the Inbox, all the messages related to a particular booking/guest already appear in the same thread. Thank you.

  13. The photos from Hostfully can be mapped to Airbnb even though it's not a sleep area so the work "Where you'll sleep" could be a bit confused, I think it would be better if we can change it to something like "Map to Airbnb" only or remove the "sleep portion".

  14. After you click on one of agency pricing periods on the property, it opens a pop up box with the ability to edit the pricing, minimum night stay, and restricting check-in/out. I’d like to be able to see the name of the season I’m editing not just the dates. Also if I have previously input a price and minimum night stay, I’d like those to remain, or have a “previously set” display so I can know if these have already been edited.

  15. have been having lots of owners with concerns about the owners portal as it is very basic and not showing much to them. On our other plattform Lodgify, they could see much more like fees breakdown, messages from clients, the jobs created etc.
    Is there a way where owners can see Jobs and more info other than what they see?
    I have set them up in full permissions and it is still very empty which is causing owners to not like the way we are managing it etc. Transparency is very important to us.

  17. On the first page for creating a reservation, the breakdown of the reservation total should appear. Having the total without the breakdown makes it look like the nightly rate is VERY high. On the next page guests can then see the breakdown but that is often too late. The button should also say “continue” not “book now”. Please make the breakdown appear on page 1!

On the set agency pricing periods pop up it would be great if it could show what prices and minimum night stays have already been set, rather than having to look at those dates on the calendar to check them, particularly since on save, the calendar moves back to today, rather than remaining on the 2025 screen.
