We need the ability to filter more than one property on the analytics page
Currently on the analytics page, we can see an overview of all properties or just one property. Sometimes it is helpful to pull out one or two....or, conversely, look at all but one or two....would be nice to be able to choose multiple properties on this page. Also, need to be able to type in dates as well.

Use the full spelling of the month and day of the week on templates.
The month and day of the week are abbreviated on templates. Messages will appear less informal with the full spelling.

Ability to customize the login page
This feature would be incredibly useful for our team because it makes it sound more inviting for the owner. It creates a nice Welcome gesture instead of Please Sign In.

Add a report that counts inquiries and guest communications
I would love to give owners an opportunity to see the work that goes into the communication side of this business and share with them the conversion rate of inquiries vs bookings, and the amount of times I have responded to guest communications.

link owners to their properties
In the owners section in the main dropdown menu, the owners are displayed but, (we have over 100 properties listed), we need the properties linked to the owner so we do not have to search through all properties to find them.

Add checkin instruction tab in property settings page for multi-unit
When sending checkin instruction from Pipeline, the information is defaulted to Checkin instruction in Property Settings page. However, this tab does not appear in Multi-unit settings page.
It would be helpful if we can add the checkin instruction at property settings page or unit settings page so we don't have to create several custom templates for it and we can quickly send from Pipeline.

Customise mobile app logo w/ each rental company brand (guest oriented)
If you're a non-hostfully user (aka don't know what Hostfully is), many times communication (texts or emails) or any other online presence look like scams or phishing, and therefore, are simply ignored if it's not branded like the rental company name. The more things are streamlined like favicons (on all browsers), logos on correspondence, guidebooks, the booking platform, etc. the more credibility it lends to the short term rental company and makes the user/guest have an easier, more understandable experience. City/Tourist Taxes per Night and Person
Many cities have city/tourist taxes. It should not only be possible to deposit a city tax per booking or a %-tax, but also one per day and person.
