  4. Importing description from listings with locale "es"

    Currently I can't import property description from Airbnb to Hostfully due to unsupported locale "es". Hostfully map descriptions based on the languages Hostfully supports, but ‘supporting’ limits to the language, whereas Airbnb works with full locales like es_ES. In the meantime, I have to manually add description to Hostfully.

  5. Cancellations sometimes refund taxes

    For canceled stays. Some jurisdictions require remittance of tot even on cancelled stays the hike others don't .

    We need to be able to specify if a tax or fee is refundable on cancellation.

    For example. If a cleaning fee is refunded then so is the tax but if there's a 50% rent retained on cancellation in some places we still have to collect and remit tax on the cancellation while some places only require occupancy tax if there's an actual occupancy…

  8. Allow PDF in Pre-arrival Form > Government ID file

    I want to allow uploads of government ID files in PDF form in our Pre-arrival Form. It'd be great to display supported file types next to the upload field so that guests are aware of what can be uploaded. Currently, PDF files are not supported.

  11. Adding "Date Type" & Date range section in Fees/Taxes creation

    Date Type as:
    - Check-in Date
    - Check-out Date
    - Reservation Date
    - Lead Creation Date
    - Occupancy Date

    Some people would need to set up Fees/Taxes for specific date range, this filter would be much helpful. Otherwise, they have to issue the refunds for those inapplicable reservations which is not really an ideal choice

  14. Ability to adjust property description for Direct booking site only

    Ability to adjust property description for Direct booking site only such as input the information that Airbnb Superhost and VRBO Premier Host.

    It would be great to have some way to make the hostfully page have a different description. I'm sure many of your owners/hosts have this distinction of super host, etc. Would be great to be able to advertise that on our direct booking site.

    This way when people find our website either through previous guests and/or social media campaigns, they know that we are a trusted host based on our experience with Airbnb and VRBO, but they don't…

    When we send a quote, it is important to see in that quote the discount applied. For instance, I set 10% for more than a week. Instead to change automatically the daily rate, it should show the discount applied as a single line. I believe that Guests would be more inclined to book with a discount.

  16. Edit font/ color of Owner report

    The font color and size of the Owner Report is too small and light, making it difficult to read, also no color to differentiate booking's source.

  20. Master-sub relationship enhancement

    I have one master and 2 sub units.

    For the majority of the booking window, I only want the master to be bookable while keeping the two subs totally blocked. If the master hasn't been booked and we're under 2 weeks from the stay date, that is when I'll unblock the two subs and have those be bookable.

    Currently this needs to be done manually.
