  1. Guest pre-arrival form that collects phone numbers instead of email addresses in case guests have to be evacuated from a wildfire.

    If a neighborhood rips through a neighborhood, making contact with a guest via email isn't an effective way to contact all guests to evacuate.

  3. After create local recommendations under "properties", there is no possibility to edit the recommendation. If we need to delete a specific recommendation, we need to reach out support and ask them to remove, which doesn't make sense that we can add, but we cannot delete.

  5. For Airbnb reservations from 28 nights, Airbnb will split the payment into 2 transactions but in Hostfully there's 1 transaction and it shows as fully paid at the beginning while it is not.

    Payment of Long-term Airbnb reservations (from 28 nights) needs updating correctly in Hostfully.

  6. Hi team,

    At the moment, on Order details page, it shows the detailed breakdown of each tax, and tax on a tax is on a separate line.

    It's your current design and it's not possible to change on UI for now.

    However, we'd like to show tax on a tax on the same line with tax it self, basically, the total of each tax, instead of having 2 lines for 1 tax.

    it's more the details for customer invoicing that we are interested in.

When I want to schedule an enhanced report to be sent for instance to our concierge so she can handle the check-in, the range options are fixed like : last week, last month, last quarter, last year and this week, this month, this quarter, this year... however, if it's end of July and I set for this month, she won't see arrivals of the next week. It would be more relevant to have ranges in the future like: next week, next 30 days, next 90 days.

  10. it would be really convinient if instead of having to create a trigger for a message to go out, that maybe certain trigger words that guests send would be able to trigger a response. For example, if a guest forgets the door code and the send a message asking "What is the door code again?" instead of me having to manually respond, maybe that question itself could trigger a response that would auto send the door code.

  11. Once a guest places a booking, there's a message popping up: "Now, you can check your booking details and prepare your trip, start your free Hostfully account"

    That’s strange wording, even for users using the out-of-the-box website (e.g Boostly).

    the guest doesn't really know or care about "Hostfully" and that Hostfully goal is to support PM customers in enhancing the brand, not trying to compete with PMs to "own" the guest Please remove that language.

  14. Security deposit is collected automatically for BDC reservations processed by Hostfully's payment processors (for example: Stripe). I don't want to collect security deposit and would like a hold on the card instead (auth & capture process).

    At the moment, additional charge option is only applicable for direct channel. I want this to work for other channels such as Booking.com.

  15. We often get real-time requests from owners about their current balance. And also we always want to make sure their balance is positive and at a minimum like 500$ or 1000$.

    By being able to see the owner's balance in an easy way we can manage their portfolio better.

  17. it'd a crutial feature for us. To export the transactions to an accounting software, I need to be able to build enhanced report templates that contain a column with the real transaction date for all types of payment methods. The fact that we cannot specify the exact date of a payment that has arrived on our bank account by other means than credit card is really problematic.

  20. Currently, the Financial Reports shows the Agency percentage as % of gross revenue, but our arrangement is based on the nightly rental only. This requires more manual work to produce reports for the owners.

    It would be great to pre-determine which parts of the revenue is split on a percentage basis (nightly rent) and which go in full to the Agency (say a management fee) or to the Owner (say cleaning fee, if the owner pays that).
