On doing a Refund that has more than one transaction, i.e. when a guest cancels after making their deposit and final payment, it would be a lot simpler if the Refund being processed could all be done in one Refund, instead of a refund for each individual payment made.

Just take the limit off of the amount being refunded, or don't link it to any specific payment that has been made.
