  1. Currently, photos and beds assigned to the Common Space room type are not displaying correctly on Airbnb. This is due to Airbnb’s decision to sunset support for the common_space designation by July 2025.

    Please help update the common space mapping to align with Airbnb's update.

  3. The triggers should fire in the same order in which they are usually sent, even for a last-minute booking (instead of all firing at once). This is because when you create the triggers, you define a specific time to send each message

  7. Reservations from Rental United appear in Pipeline as "booked on Booking.com via Rental United" or "Booked on Expedia via Rental United". However, these information is not showing in report, they only appear as Rental United under Channel name or Affiliate name fields.

    Those information will be helpful for us to analysis the booking data and conversion from each channel.

  8. At the moment, Hostfully only has Number, Percent and Currency as formatter.

    We’d like to have ability to insert a formula within the report feature that:

    Enters “RACK” if no promo code was used and the booking was made directly.

    Enters “OTA” if the booking came through any of the OTAs (like Airbnb, Expedia, VRBO, etc.).

  9. Right now you can only create a text trigger using a text template. However, you can manually send a text message using an email template. If you could use an email template with a text trigger it would cut down on the number of templates you need to create. Thank you.

  10. Currently in Spain we are having to register every guest over a certain age. The pre arrival form is the only way we can capture this without spending a lot of manhours chasing guests for information.
    What I propose is that each section of the form has the ability to add extra boxes of information.
    We need the name, I.D. type, I.D. number, expiry date, home address and the list goes on for each guest. So when they select the number of guests, you get multiple input boxes. Currently we get basic information for multiple guests and we need more.…

  13. Starting July 1, 2025, California AB2202 requires short-term rental operators to disclose cleaning and checkout tasks before a guest confirms a booking.

    Currently, Vrbo provides a way to add this information directly in their dashboard. However, there is no way to set or display these tasks on the Hostfully platform, including for the Direct Booking Site or through channel integrations.

    Please add functionality that allows property managers to create a list of cleaning/checkout tasks associated with each property

  15. Our team is trying to see when we receive the most messages to put together a schedule for our employees that makes sense. Knowing how many messages we receive in a week or weekend will allow us to know how many team members should be on at once to assist guests.

  17. With the integration with HelloSign, we would love to see the option to have a lease send automatically to the guest upon their reservation (if a direct booking/desired). From a template lease for that property, we would love for HelloSign to be able to pull in the necessary information from Hostfully (check-in/out date/times, address, guest name(s), etc.). I am NOT referring to Hostfully's rental agreement - as that is not legally binding, as a lease signed on HelloSign is. (This is targeted for 30+day stays, the mid-term rentals).
