Complete fields in a Pre-Arrival form should be down loadable by the host at anytime
Pre-Arrival form captures guests and sub guest information. I would like to have access to my guest as well as the people that came with them and their emails if that was filled in.
I had to contact Hostfully to provide that information to me. The sub info was left out and needed to be requested each time I wanted the report.9 votes -
multiple guidebook categories for one location
I have several restaurants in my guidebook that have a full bar as well as a restaurant. Currently it is necessary to list the restaurant twice separately as a restaurant and as a bar. It would be more convenient to just select the restaurant once and then be given the option to add multiple categories related to the restaurant.

iCal blocks for Airbnb should not showed in Logistic Reporting or Quickbooks.
I have connected a couple of properties to the Airbnb calendar of the owner via iCal, which is causing the owner's bookings from Airbnb to appear in check-in report, even in Quickbooks.
It would be great if these bookings should not appear there as the owner takes care of them.

Leave prevent Check-in/Out boxes unchecked when you update the price for the range beyond the booking window
When you update the price for the range beyond the booking window, the 2 boxes to prevent check-in & checkout are ticked. But when the date opens up, or when you extend the booking window, the dates stay prevented for check-in & checkout.
What this does is cause us to not be able to adjust dates ahead of the booking window. We have to wait for the booking window to open and then adjust dates at that time

add ical import/exports to the property management page
Currently we can only manage calendar import/export from the specific calendar management page. This is a bit cumbersome, especially if you have to add/manage multiple feeds to the same listing (from different external sources)
the page always refreshes and you have to choose the listing every time. it's very annoying. Also, we can't access these feeds from the property management page which is a more useful place to have this information.
Propose adding a calendar tab to the property edit view:

Make message threads with owner searchable in Inbox
As a VRM I would like to search for threads between the agency and the owner so that I can respond to the thread.
Right now, I can’t find the Inbox thread with my owners in PMP, even though the thread is visible from the owner portal.

Show nightly rate in message to guests showing booking options
When you do a query for certain dates and click on "email property list" I do not like how it gives a total. I want it to show the nightly rate in the email instead.

Support a Service Provider having more than one Agency relationship
My cleaner is working with 2 Agencies and whenever she logs in to the Service Provider Portal, she encounters an error. It turns out that Hostfully hasn't supported a Service Provider having more than one Agency relationship.

Option to switch between Gmail and other type of email in Email settings
For now, when selecting to use Gmail in Email Settings, I'm not able to switch it back to the other types of email.

"View order" button
Only suggestion I would make is to make the "View Order" button a bit more obvious, maybe make it available within the pipeline as one of the options that pops up when you click/hover over the circle. We don't have to click "Edit" to see that button.

Inbox default to show all messages, not just relevant ones
I think either changing the default of the inbox view to "all" under that status, or giving the user the option to create their own default view would be helpful not to miss past guests or other messages because the system deems what is "relevant" and to change it is a manual process each time.

Shared owner reports would be able to work with both login by domain platform.hostfully.com or PM's custom domain
At the moment, when PM customize a custom domain, the shared reports for owner would not accessible if owner login with Hostfully domain. I would like to have this worked both on my custom domain or Hostfully domain.

Ability to set up custom minimum stays depending on booking dates
I want to set up a minimum day stay over time.
For example:
- 70days before stay > minimum 3 nights.
- 50 days before stay > minimum 2 nights.
- 30 days before stay > minimum 1 night.The closer the booking time is, the lower the minimum stay guests can get.
I'm thinking of this approach made me realise they are delaying potential 1 night stays to far in advance. to maximise the pricing of those dates. (just in case demand picks up closer to date due to any particular activity)

Right now guests can only input the total number, not the breakdown of adults vs children
