Possibility of Viewing Past Pricing When Reservations Exist
To set pricing for the upcoming year, I usually reference the previous year’s pricing view as a baseline. However, with the new calendar view, it’s difficult to see the prices for dates that already have reservations.

Add updatedSince query to /threads endpoint.
The /threads endpoint also does not have an "updateSince" filter and a way to mark the thread as closed.
When we fetch threads, we end up fetching all threads from the beginning of time and then check if there are any new messages under each of the threads. This is not efficient and not helping with the API limit of 10,000 calls per hour.
Use Case 1. Daily reporting for customer service workload, agent performance, first time to response, enquiry-to-conversion ratio, etc

Option to see which team member sent a inbox message
I need to know if there is an option to show the names of whoever answered in the inbox internally so that we can keep track of things. this is really needed as we have a lot of team meberes

Add Promo Code field to Lead Details when creating a new lead from the calendar
Members of our team assisting renters with booking reservations need the ability to add Promo Codes when creating leads from the calendar - so they can offer company-approved discounts without needing admin access to pricing software. We see this as a critical feature, please upvote!

Separate Inbox thread per booking for Booking.com and Vrbo guests with multiple bookings
At the moment, Hostfully Inbox separates the guest's messaging thread per booking for Airbnb and Hostfully channels only. We would like this feature to work with other channels like Booking.com or Vrbo as well, so that it won't cause confusion.
2 votesGreat news! Hostfully now separates the Inbox message thread per booking for Vrbo. This means, when a Vrbo guest re-books your listing, a new message thread will be created so that the guest or you won't be confused with old messages from the past booking.

More flexibility in defining Pre-Arrival Forms
Currently in Spain we are having to register every guest over a certain age. The pre arrival form is the only way we can capture this without spending a lot of manhours chasing guests for information.
What I propose is that each section of the form has the ability to add extra boxes of information.
We need the name, I.D. type, I.D. number, expiry date, home address and the list goes on for each guest. So when they select the number of guests, you get multiple input boxes. Currently we get basic information for multiple guests and we need more.…3 votes -

We would like the ability to select and assign multiple photos at once when mapping them to Airbnb rooms, instead of having to do it 1 by 1
We manage 17 houses, each with around 80 photos — mapping them individually is extremely time-consuming. Allowing bulk selection and assignment would significantly improve efficiency and user experience.

TravelStaytion's logo to be shown in the lead modal
I want the TravelStaytion's logo to be shown in the lead modal. Right now, reservations from Hostfully, Vrbo, Airbnb show logo in the lead modal but not for TravelStaytion.
