Automatically adjust the guest's language in Hostfully based on the preferred language in Booking.com
My guests on Booking.com can leave their preferred language when making reservations (e.g. German). However, when the reservation comes to Hostfully, the language is still English. I'd like this field to be automatically updated to the preferred language from Booking.com so that Hostfully can automatically send messages to guests in the preferred language. Right now I need to manually update the guest's language in Hostfully.

Allow triggers options to choose one specific booking by choosing the guest's name or [$LEAD_UID$]
For Example, Bob Smith is bringing 3 children and an infant. I would like to set a trigger to send him a message 4 days before he checks in to see if he needs a highchair.
This message is just for Bob, not everyone who books a particular house, or channel, etc.If there is a way to do this please provide instructions. According to Flash there is not a way to do this already.

Allow to have custom fees over blocks
it would be very helpful because owners that live on site or who have stays for friends and family without charging them still need to pay for cleaning that is required by for the next check-in. Without a custom fee that can be automatically added, I have to go back and manually review the calendar for all of those owner blocks and manually add owner adjustments every time this happens.

Enhanced report handles group booking
The report currently pulls all leads and doesn’t have a mechanism to handle group bookings yet. All main booking and sub bookings appear in the report causing incorrect financial statement.
So only main booking should appear in the report, not sub bookings.

Increase character limits on departure items in guidebook
For some reason, there is now a character limit on departure checklist items for the guidebook. The character limit is extremely small to allow for elaboration on certain check out for departure related items. Most check out items need further explanation and this is very prohibitive for streamline checkouts. The guest is not able to view further elaboration and can just you a cut off message instead.

Smartlock Check in notification upon check in
It would be useful to get notified when a guest first uses their code to check in. This is a basic functionality that other PMSs have with their device integrations.

Create Gift certificate, it is not like promo code!
Allow people to purchase gift certificates with a code that can be applied directly to the booking. When they buy a gift certificate, we ask a few questions: the amount, the recipient's information, and a gift certificate is emailed with a unique code that is used directly when booking. The certificate is tax-free at the time of purchase but taxable at the time of booking. You'd be surprised how many sales you lose annually with these certificates. We circumvent the payment system in other ways, but it's not useful.

Service provider name direct on calendar, just have to put arrow on bleu bubbles
When we create a task for a chalet, we see a blue bubble. It would be great if, when we hover the arrow over the bubble, a pop-up bubble appeared with the name of the person who will be performing the service, just like with reservations. When we hover the arrow over the reservation, the name appears quickly. I often need to know who is responsible for chalet maintenance, and I always have to go through a long process to find out. This would be much simpler.

Support charging pet fees on Booking.com using their “value add” rates
Booking.com now supports automatically adding a nightly additional amount for guests with pets. They do this using “value add” rates. I’d like to be able to create this pet rate, but my connection to Hostfully is preventing me from doing so. Please fix this issue so that I can seamlessly charge Booking.com guests extra for their pets.

Property setting fees report
We want a report to show all current fees applied to a property in Property reports. Basically, if we have 200 properties, I want a report to show which fees (e.g Linen fee) is applied to each property and the fee amount.
If running a Fee report or Financial report, it only shows the fees applied to a specific booking, while I want it to show at property level, not a booking level.1 vote -

Notes in Inbox View
Best thing would be that when we add things to notes like: guest paid early check-in, i need that to show up on the inbox in the sections shown in the picture below for example. That way these notes will impact the conversation and will be seen everytime we speak with the guests instead of having to go into the reservation details and accessing that info.
