More details on message sender via API
Neither threads or messages have detailed info about the sender.
In threads it simply shows the “participantUid”: “agencyUid” in the participants when the “participantType”: “AGENCY”. It does not show the actual sender whether the employeeUid of the agency, or it was a system response.
In the messages response it simply shows “senderType”: “AGENCY” or “senderType”: “GUEST” but it does not show actual sender either.
Please see the below examples. How will we deal with such missing links?

See cancellation date and time on the lead modal
How am I supposed to know to refund the guest or not based on my cancellation policy if I don't know the cancellation date?
For example Ruben Aguilar cancelled and I don't know if he cancelled w/in 24 hours of booking or not.

Adding option to limit Estimated Departure time in Pre-arrival form
A PM would like to suggest a modification to the Pre-arrival Form. Currently, guests are able to enter any time for their Estimated Departure Time for the Pre-Arrival form, which may lead to confusion as they may think they can stay at the property until the time they input (even if it is past the designated check out time, such as 8PM). We need the ability to filter more than one property on the analytics page
Currently on the analytics page, we can see an overview of all properties or just one property. Sometimes it is helpful to pull out one or two....or, conversely, look at all but one or two....would be nice to be able to choose multiple properties on this page. Also, need to be able to type in dates as well.

Display rate multiplier in order details
Rate multiplier amount should appear in Lead modal to avoid confusion. I have cases where total rent is less than Rent amount because of rate multiplier of -25%

The submitted pre-arrival form (via Email and Pipeline Stay details) should be in the correct order (as in the form)
In PreArrival Form Settings: they seem in perfect order on the form. However, the completed form is mumbo-jumbo. The info on the form is in one order while while the resulting completion is out of order in both email and Stay details tab's lead modal. It's difficult to interpret

Airbnb alteration issue
Unable to alter Airbnb booking. Here is the situation
We have a long-term booking on property A that we need to move it to property B (31 nights)
At the time we move the booking, property B has availability but there is a past booking that blocks a few days on property B.
That makes the whole long-term booking cannot be moved to property B while it has the availability at the time we alter it.
This could possibly cause incorrect accounting report and confusing for our team while guest actually stays on property B but on calendar, their booking…

Ability to add a custom name to reports file
Currently you can give custom title to reports, but when you send the PDF to the owners the file is downloaded with an alphanumeric values for file title. Title looks restricted to the report header and doesn't affect file name.

Easily switch to the next and previous photo when click on a specific photo in Photos tab
It would be very very better if there's an arrow on both sides of the picture. So we don't need to close the tab and click the next photo.
It would be better to just click forward or click backward.

Ability to arrange fields in Description tab to push to channels like Vrbo
I’ve noticed that on VRBO, non-essential sections like Notes and Neighbourhood are showing at the very top of property descriptions. This pushes down the main details and makes the listing look misaligned.
I understand your setup is designed around Airbnb, but VRBO works differently.
I had to include the neighbourhood description in other fields to ensure the important information appears at the top.
We want the ability to arrange fields in Description tab to push to Vrbo channel

Monthly breakdown in a yearly property report
I want a property report for January 2024, February 2024, March 2024, etc. But I would like to see all the results in one report rather than having 12 separate reports.
