  5. As busy hosts, any additional nudge is helpful. It would be nice to have a trigger that can email us notifying us that a reservation hold is about to expire if we don't accept it.

    So Booking request with time-based condition trigger would be much helpful.

  8. For example, we have a parking custom data field so we can have the parking answer for all properties built in. I know we can add this variable to our message templates, but if a guest were to reach out and ask us for parking options, it would be nice to be able to insert either directly from the custom data field or as a variable.

  11. Hello! I suggest adding the option to enable/disable triggers. Currently, it's quite inconvenient as you can only adjust or delete them. But having the ability to turn them on or off would be helpful. Sometimes, it's necessary to temporarily disable a trigger.

  12. I received multiple emails when my account failed to renew the 1st time.
    As a former Customer Service manager, It's also unnecessary to mention closing the account if not paid in the initial email. It's insulting to your customers. It's a once a year payment, so it's likely that a card used last year is no longer valid.

  13. It would be great when someone clicks to “see more photos” that it displays a tile gallery of ALL the photos that then the user can select which photo enlarges on their screen. Currently, I have to click at rapid speed to find a photo of a specific room I may be interested in. It’s rather difficult.

    Better flow… photos display as is on booking site with an option to see more photos—> when clicked all photos display in a tile gallery—> the customer can select a specific photo that then enlarges on their screen.

    *Even better would be if…

  15. Once I click on sending the owner invite, it disappears and the invite can't be resent. If owners can't find the invite email, they can't log in to Owner Portal. It'd be great to add a tooltip icon saying that the invite can be sent only once. Once the invite link disappears, I want to show the reset password link under that section so I know what to do to regain access for owners and don't need to reach out to support to ask.

  17. The calendar on the owner portal should look similar to the PM calendar does. I would like them to be able to see the bookings exact dates, not necessarily names of the person, but the blocks. Their calendar view is very basic and only shows availability instead of full individual blocked dates.

  19. I always need to click on the reports under Recent reports to know the date range I've run, which is time consuming. I want the report to show which date range I've chosen under Recent report, so I don't have to click on each of them to know the date range I ran.

    I also need the ability to adjust the name of the recent reports I've run so I can easily trace back in the future (like I can do in my offline folders)

  20. the Statement Variable is not fit for purpose for Owners as it contains Guest data that generates numbers that do not add up intuitively unless you can see the Guest payment, not HOST payout
    // My proposal, rmove the GST (5%) (Alberta, Canada) line item as it is being calculated on the GUEST SERVICE FEE which is NOT shown on the statement and NOT relevant to the HOST payout details. Its relevant for the GUEST PAYOUT details.
