  1. When a guest purchases an item via Guidebook Marketplace, we receive an email notification with the guest's name, guest's email, and transaction ID.

    However, when we go to Stripe and look for the transaction, there is no email or guest name linked to the transaction. It's hard to tell which payment is from which guest. Therefore, adding the customer's email and name to the Stripe payment would be great.

  4. I think it would be a great feature where we can remove the pricing rule (decrease the X% when stay more than Y nights) for certain months of the year.

    Here's why: We live in a very touristy area of Costa Rica. With that being said, we do have slow times, i.e. during the months of May to September. We discount our nightly rates, but we do not give weekly or monthly discounts due to the huge savings in these months.

  5. Would be cool if we could have more editing possibility over this pre-arrival form. If we could add some text, for instance if I could add a text-box above the esimated arrival time:
    "Please note that arrival time is possible from 3pm" or if a message could show saying "only from 3pm" for isntance.

    Instead of custom field, if we could chose the way we want to organize info on this pre-arrival form with "drag and drop" of elements.

  6. bring the real information, not the total order amount. If the guest already paid something to be discount. I wish it could be automatic. Show a real statement, without have to include an extra line. What I understand is that, each time I need to send a statement to a Guest, I should include an extra line.

  7. At the moment, Vrbo and Booking reservations with failed payment will still come into Hostfully as confirmed unpaid bookings. If guests have already stayed or left, I want to have a recourse or protection in case they damage the property or don't pay.

  9. When sending a custom template from the inbox, show the subject line of the custom template. Currently, when you send a custom template from the inbox, the received email subject line says, "You have a new message from (Agency Name)". It would be useful to maintain the actual subject line of the custom template.

  12. Currently, I only can choose daily/ weekly/ monthly in Frequency field.
    I want to choose a specific date instead.
    For example, I need it to say it will send Monthly for the upcoming month on the 25th. The report is being sent to a team that needs to schedule their tasks for the upcoming month so getting the report on the 1st is not helpful.

  14. At the moment, for Vrbo bookings, when changing the email address, it generates a brand new thread without any past conversations, making it hard to track past information. We'd like to keep the old Vrbo thread on Hostfully inbox, even when the guest email was changed

  16. Just wondering if I can add a button to the booking info area that asked them where they found out about us? Google, press, social media etc. I need to know what marketing is working and what isn't - Yes of course. So on the box on the right where you book your stay and it asks for your info. Could I add a line that asks where they found us?

    The drop down has Google? word of mouth? press article? Instagram?

  17. There needs to be a way to view the calendar on the app without seeing the prices. For example if I'm showing a family member or business contractor my calendar I don't want them seeing what my nightly prices are. On the desktop version it's called "Booking View."

This is the best i have been able to do regarding iCal sync to google calendar, but I would really love if I could tell which property this guest is arriving to on google calendar because the name alone does not help me in preparation for the guests arrival (would be so much better if it provided the property that the guest was checking into.

    If it would allow me to change the url to the name of the property and show that instead of platform.hostfully that would certainly be ideal.
