  1. I'd like to send a mass message to all guests who are currently in-house. I live in a place where earthquakes are something usual, and I'd like to send a message to every guest who is in-house whenever an earthquake happens

  2. At the moment, for special offers that came from a pre-approval lead, the management fees and pet fee was included directly to rent total.

    Now, when pulling the report, we couldn't pull the breakdown of Management fee and pet fee for this booking. I'm thinking of the Fees/order adjustments but I can't come up with an idea to make the rent total to be reflecting the correct amount.

  4. I'd like a report to be able to download guests' contact information (phone #, email address etc) as well as what they include in the pre-arrival form. I need to supply a guest registry to the city as per our STR license requirements and currently doing it MANUALLY! Please help :)

  9. I would love for the calendar widget that integrates with direct booking website to include the pricing on the available days, so if a potential guest is looking, they don't have to click on reserve to see the pricing for those dates.

  12. At the moment, if property type is "boutique hotel", the available listing types are "private room" and "shared room". I want to choose listing type "entire home", so that it's displayed as an entire place, rather than a room on Airbnb. We don't want guests to think it's only a room. It's the entire hotel.

  16. PM would like the ability to add a long stay exemption to channels other than Airbnb.

  17. Apologize for my frustration, but owners need some kind of notification if messages don’t go out. The message wouldn’t be sent if it wasn’t important, so please let owners know your system is not working so they can resend. Thank you

  18. It would be great to have variables collecting information from the splash screen feature. This way introduction messages can be personalized for all guests based on the information they provide, this would make the guidebook personalized for everybody and not only for guests with secure links (ie. instead of the introduction saying "Hey there" could say "Hey Marcos" based on the first name they provide on the splash screen)
