Set up an integration with Rental Guardian (for insurance)
Can you PLEASE set up an integration with Rental Guardian? They provide great insurance for short-term rental hosts and guests. They will also provide insurance for properties in Canada now too. Everything you currently have is for US only (I have called them). As a Canadian Host, I would really like to have a seamless way to have extra coverage for my direct bookings.

Be able to create pricing rules based for different length of stay and to apply on certain days
We currently use the generalized setting where any booking for two days gets 20% off and any booking for 3 days or more gets 30% off. Is there anty way we can get hostfully to create a setting for us to discount the multinight stays during weekdays only and avoid giving adiscount for Friday, and Saturdays?
This setting is a multinight discount, for any day. We do not want a multinight discount for anyday, we would like a multinight discount for certain days such as Mon, Tues, wed, ad Thursday

Display a more detailed error message instead of just showing Internal server error
When sending texts along with a pic to an Airbnb guest, it shows an error "Internal server error". We'd have to contact support to find out it's not possible to send pics along with texts. It'd be easier for us to troubleshoot when there's a more detailed error messaging showing, as "Internal server error" might be confusing and cause some misunderstanding.

Submit and withdraw Airbnb trip change requests in Hostfully/ Change requests auto expire after a certain time
When a guest or Property Manager (PM) submits a request to change their reservation, a temporary block will be placed in Hostfully PMP. If the PM or guest does not respond to the request, the temporary block will remain in PMP. I want to be able to submit, manage and withdraw Airbnb trip change requests in Hostfully; or make trip change requests auto expire after 24 hours, for example, so I don't have to withdraw the request from Airbnb to remove the block.

A change log history for which shows which agent:
- accepted the booking
- communicated when
- changed booking details
- adjusted dates
- changed price
- cancelled a booking
- changed property data
- deactivated properties, channels, integrationsBasically a history log for all bookings.

Owner Statement Updates
If we change the parameters of the Owners Statement we then lose all ability to send/upload as an integration. If we use the default with limited information we can push to their portal.
This needs to be changed so that a revised Statement can be made 'default' within the system. Way toooooo much Admin each month for a basic feature/need

Integration with AirDNA
AirDNA is creating a full suite of tools for investors and hosts. Their dynamic pricing tool is more affordable than other options and includes the performance data and analytics for investors within the price. It would be great to add them as an integration option for dynamic pricing.

Change the wording on the payment link page. "You are about to secure booking" is misleading, it sounds like the guest isn't really booked.
Change the wording on the payment link page from "You are about to secure your booking" to something else. The wording makes it sound like they aren't fully booked (even though they paid money at the time of booking), and could encourage cancellations.

Do not require to toggle off and then back on to Apartment in the Room Type field.
Currently, the Room Type field defaults to Apartment, because it is the first in the list. However, to select an apartment type for the Booking.com Room Name field, you must toggle OFF the Room Type: Apartment, then toggle back to it, in order for the booking.com Room Name dropdown to populate with Apartment options.
Can Room Type Apartment just have the Apartment options without toggling off?
OR, leave that field blank and force one to select so it will populate that applicable Booking.com Room Names as applicable?1 vote -
If you delete a parent property from the properties page, have a pop up that warns that all linked units will also be deleted.
If you click on the gear icon and delete a parent property, it will delete all the children. A warning pop up box may help people avoid this mistake. And include a note to unlink the children first, unless they do want to delete the parent and all the children.
