  1. When I change the rent manually on Pipeline, I want the rent I input manually to remain the same when I change the number of guest, as long as it's not exceeding the base guest.

    For example. my base guest is 10, I changed the rent to $100 manually on Pipeline. When I edit the lead once more with number of guests = 2 (which is <10), I expect the rate $100 to be kept, instead of the (dynamic) rate on pricing tab.

  3. At the end of the month I complete a spreadsheet capturing the final revenue and occupancy data for each property. Right now I have to download as csv and filter one property at a time. I would just like to see a summmary of all properties for a given time frame.

    Note: we can almost do this with the “property report”
    But it shows “estimated revenue” which isn’t accurate.

    Additionally: on the above “property report”
    Is a custom equation called “time period” or something like that that updates the number of days to a particular month. This equation should be…

  4. I would like to be able to adjust the pricing on a booking channel for each property. So, on Airbnb, property A gets -10% property B gets 0%
    And on hostfully, property A gets 0% and property B gets +10%

    Right now, the rate multiplier is only available at the channel level.

  7. Sometimes some messages failed to be sent due to server errors (Call failed 500, 429, 404). I had to go to Message Log > manually re-fired it. However, it will be better if the system automatically retries the failed messages for these types of errors.

  10. On the property search widget, if a guest enters dates in the widget, it takes you to the page with the properties available for those dates. If you click on a property, then it takes you to the property page, but the booking widget does not auto fill the dates that the guest already selected. It would be helpful to have the dates auto fill that they already entered in the property search widget.

  11. I have a lot of groups for my properties, and sometimes I can't remember which guest is in which apartment on the property. So If I could search by Tag, Group, or multiple properties, that would help
    At the moment, on Inbox or Pipeline, you can only filter All or a single property:

  14. Currently new Airbnb Guest reviews show at the end of the list, this requires an extra click or more to get to reviews for current guests. If they were sorted so the newest Guest reviews showed at the top of page 1, old reviews can continue to be pushed back to pages 2 and beyond since it is rare to have a need to review them.

  16. When the Airbnb tax type is set to % per stay in the property Fees and Policies tab, the property manager must be able to determine how many Airbnb fees should be taxed.

    At the moment, when an occupancy tax (% per stay) is set up, the default taxable bases are the cleaning fee, management charge, community fee, resort fee, and linen fee, which may or may not be relevant to how the tax should be calculated.

Simply to have a trigger for a failed payment due to insufficient funds that would send a message for the guest to know their payment didn’t go through with a new secure payment link and possibly a reminder that their reservation will only be held for a period of time (maybe a week depending on how far out the booking is) unless payment is successfully processed.

    I may just create my own template to use manually.
