Add Promo Code field to Lead Details when creating a new lead from the calendar
Members of our team assisting renters with booking reservations need the ability to add Promo Codes when creating leads from the calendar - so they can offer company-approved discounts without needing admin access to pricing software. We see this as a critical feature, please upvote!

Separate Inbox thread per booking for Booking.com and Vrbo guests with multiple bookings
At the moment, Hostfully Inbox separates the guest's messaging thread per booking for Airbnb and Hostfully channels only. We would like this feature to work with other channels like Booking.com or Vrbo as well, so that it won't cause confusion.
3 votesGreat news! Hostfully now separates the Inbox message thread per booking for Vrbo. This means, when a Vrbo guest re-books your listing, a new message thread will be created so that the guest or you won't be confused with old messages from the past booking.

I have a template to email myself info whenever a new booking comes in. It would be useful if there was a variable that was a link that would take me to this new guest/booking in my inbox.

White label hostfully logo in SMS and whatsapp messaging
When we send text messages to potential clients with links to our listings, the Hostfully logo appears instead of our company’s logo.
It would be really helpful if we could update this so that the agency logo logo appears in these communications.
This would enhance branding and make presentations to clients more professional.

Less Support Turnover, Enhanced Team Support
Having several different people “trying” to help within a short period of time can lead to different and sometimes contradictory information, as has already happened.
Even though Hostfully has several support agents available who can review the case and assist, it often means having to explain the problem all over again, repeat the entire process for a new person, and sometimes receive replies that have nothing to do with the original issue.
As a solution, you could reduce the number of different agents handling the same ticket or issue for a single person. Obviously, this might mean waiting longer for…

Currently, when selecting “Owner can view booking details” (without selecting “Owner can view booking value”) for Owner Permission, it is mandatory to also select an Owner Payout formula. Is there a way to allow selecting “Owner can view booking details” without requiring a payout formula?

Improve booking updated trigger condition
While you can support sending notifications once a booking is updated, you are currently sending notifications to cleaners, guests, and owners for all changes made to the booking, including when payments are received which is not necessary. We need to notify the guests, owner, and cleaners when the booking has been modified such as when extending the booking or increasing the number of guests, but not when adding notes, or simply receiving payments.

Then we'll also have the breakdown of "Booking updated | check-in date" and "Booking updated | checkout date" to dissociate between a change on check-in date vs checkout date.

Ability to Dynamically Configure Calendar Widget Using Property ID
We would like to request a new feature that allows the calendar widget to be dynamically configured based on the property ID.
Currently, we are unable to implement this behavior because the necessary ID is not returned in any API response or available anywhere else in the system. As a result, we cannot generate the widget dynamically and must manually retrieve and use the widget for each individual property.
To enable dynamic usage, we would need one of the following:
Include the required widget ID in the API responses, or
Allow the calendar widget to be generated directly using the…

We would like the ability to select and assign multiple photos at once when mapping them to Airbnb rooms, instead of having to do it 1 by 1
We manage 17 houses, each with around 80 photos — mapping them individually is extremely time-consuming. Allowing bulk selection and assignment would significantly improve efficiency and user experience.

Support VCC and Booking.com’s Payments Clarity Package
I manage a vacation rental in Australia using Hostfully with Stripe as our payment processor. We’ve opted in to Payments by Booking.com, so Booking.com collects guest payments and pays us via a virtual credit card. I recently learned about Booking.com’s Payments Clarity Package, which, according to Booking.com, makes details like the virtual credit card’s activation date, current balance and expiration date visible in a connected PMSpartner.booking.com.
However, VCC is not available on HFL.

Automatic Review Response
Just like we have automated reviews for Airbnb and VRBO, I would like to have automated review responses that get posted in reply to reviews we receive. I think it would be helpful to have a condition where we set the number of stars a reviews has that qualifies it for a response, for example, I could set a response trigger that only replies to 5-star reviews, since I probably want to manually review and respond to any review that may have something negative in it.
