  1. As the logo is so small, if there's text in the logo, the text is often almost impossible to see. Also, it may help if there were a separate logo field to upload the logo image for the direct booking site on the direct booking website tab, instead of pulling it from the agency settings. That way, we could select a logo maybe without text .

  5. When adding a new lead, the default is set to On Hold. This is a really item to miss. It would be better to NOT have a default here, and do not allow a lead to be saved until one of the options is selected. This will force people to make sure they are choosing the correct setting for each new lead.

  6. If you click on the gear icon and delete a parent property, it will delete all the children. A warning pop up box may help people avoid this mistake. And include a note to unlink the children first, unless they do want to delete the parent and all the children.

  8. Modify the default area code in the Client Information (Lead Detail) to match our location instead of the US code, as not all of our users are based in the US and the majority of our bookings come from within our country.

  10. Yes i saw it just desapointed as I need this just for a certain amount of client not all of them. So now I will need to change the system for only one transaction here in there not very fonctional

  13. Currently optional fees under Fees and Policies tab are not showing up on direct booking site and I want to them to work for this channel. Currently, the workaround is to create them as services and upsell during the checkout flow.

  14. When a guest submits an inquiry/request, they select the add-ons from the payment flow and those appear in the Lead modal as a Service, which is not editable. However, sometimes we need to adjust that amount or remove it, but we're not able to do that.

    I understand we can use "Add line item" with a negative amount to adjust it, but it's not a good route. So if we're about to modify the Service from the Lead modal, it would be much more helpful.

  19. We are finding that some guests will upload a selfie or a piece of ID without a photo (even after explaining this in the message.)
    Currently, we have to contact Hostfully to reset the pre arrival form as we cannot reset it or request that the guest complete it again.

  20. 1/ Transaction Status or Error Notes or Payment Details
    To distinguish a successful transaction from a failed transaction.

    2/ Adding Transaction time would provide the customers the real time when the transactions made, it could be helpful for their reference

    3/ Adding option to filter by channel

    4/ Finally, including the variables (related to a transaction details) in Financial Reports (Enhanced Report) would help save effort for customers switching back and forth checking on the booking details and the transaction details
