  1. At the moment, it's not possible to open up a date which is turnover day, even when we uncheck the box "Prevent check-in on that day".

    The only way is to change Turnover day to 0 temporary if there's any specific guest wanting to book that date, then quickly change it back to 1.

    We want the Ability to flexibly remove turnover day for some specific dates

  2. If I have
    - tag A for property 1
    - tag B for property 2
    => When searching on calendar filter for tag A and B on the dropdown list.
    => Property 1, 2 should be presented on the result.

    Right now, only properties that have both tags will show. It currently uses AND functionality.

  5. I have many types of owner adjustments and I want to be able to categorize them: Utilities such as WIFI/Electric, etc. Maintenance Charges. Housekeeping Fees, etc. I don't want to use Owner Adjustment Notes.

  6. Since the Inbox is the place I spend most of my time, it would be very helpful if the reservation details in this panel were accurate.

    It currently shows the standard checkin time of the property, which might not be accurate. I'd like to see the arrival/departure time in Stay details tab in the Inbox page.

  8. It would save a lot of time if there is some sort of pricing strategy for periods of the year where all listings are adjusted for seasonal reasons e.g. Christmas, bank holidays etc.
    A listing could be added to a strategy for the set dates, and the rate changes ( add/ reduce by percentage or set amount) according to base rate.
    So when the base rate is changed, the pricing strategy amount auto adjusts with it.

  10. Incorrect deposit percentage and balance due date on payment link when it's extended checkout date

    Step to reproduce

    • Booking is fully paid
    • Extend checkout date
    • Send payment link again
    • Check the payment information on the Payment link and ensure that the deposit percentage is set to 50%, as indicated on the Property Settings page. This should reflect the actual deposit amount, after any changes have been made. Additionally, please note that the Due Date should still correspond to the original booking date.

  13. I have payment settings, 10% collected at the time of bookings, and the remaining 90% to be collected 90 days before arrival.

    I would like to state the amount of 10% the guest paid in the template (for example: if the total booking is $100, guest paid $10 at the booking, I want to show $10) after the booking is confirmed.

  14. We use Stripe. Booking.com (BDC) payment timeline depends on the cancellation policy. I want to add "Custom" cancellation policy as an option for BDC to allow us to withhold payment processing fees for cancellations. Without this, we don't have a way to withhold payment processing fees and must refund them.

    The cancellation policy for BCOM is currently set on the channel detail page for all properties. You will soon be able to set it on the property detail page, thus choosing a potentially different cancellation policy for each property.

  19. AIrbnb now has PHOTO TOUR.

    In Hostfully it appears to map from "Where you will Sleep" in a photo.
    Which is very confusing as it's no longer just where you will sleep. (hence why I wasn't using it).
    It is now a way to setup the Photo Tour.
    If you set it up directly on Airbnb, the next sync will override it and it will be undone.
    Every ROOM must have a photo tagged to it before Airbnb will show the actual Photo Tour.

  20. They ONLY send a review reminder or a review request IF the guest has not yet written a review

    This prevents the user from getting an annoying message about "hey can you review us" when he/she has already reviewed their stay.
