  1. Some properties have numerous owners or reasons that the calendar may get blocks, so it would be extremely helpful if we had color options for the blocks instead of them all just being green.

  3. Currently, if a guest needs to be moved from one property to another, the only way is to cancel the original booking and create a new manual booking in the correct property. This process is time-consuming and can create confusion for both guests and property managers.

    It would be extremely helpful to have a feature that allows property managers to transfer an existing booking from one property to another directly in the system.

  4. Currently, when a PM creates a lead manually, the client information always defaults to California as the address. This cannot be changed, and PMs need to update it manually each time.

    It would be helpful to allow agencies to customize the default address (country, state, or leave blank) when creating a new lead. This would save time and reduce errors, especially for agencies operating outside of California.

  6. it would be very helpful because owners that live on site or who have stays for friends and family without charging them still need to pay for cleaning that is required by for the next check-in. Without a custom fee that can be automatically added, I have to go back and manually review the calendar for all of those owner blocks and manually add owner adjustments every time this happens.

  10. Currently, Hostfully only supports adjustments tied to owners and properties. However, many agencies also need to track and reconcile agency-wide expenses that are not connected to a specific property or owner.

    Examples include:

    Hostfully subscription fees

    Inventory purchases used across multiple properties

    Invoices paid directly by the agency (e.g., software, utilities, maintenance contracts)

    Having a way to enter, categorize, and report these agency-level adjustments would provide a more complete financial picture for monthly reconciliation.

    Updating the status back to "under review" as we had some changes on our roadmap and have two projects to be done before we can jump to SSO with Google.

  13. Would be great to see the tags in the view on reviews here, if you want to tell dev team for feature requests.

    if you have automated rating of guests set up, and guest is unhappy, we can add the tag so that we see in the review screen and cancel the auatomed rating and request for them to review us. The goals is we don't offer unhappy guests more reminders to review US and hopeully not get a negative review.

  14. In the property setting, only the description page is multilingual.
    In fees and conditions, the fees, rules and cancellation policy are only in one language. Which makes the overall listing look unprofessional.

  15. At the moment, Hostfully order displays the amount that Airbnb has refunded for cancelled bookings. But there is no transaction records for those Airbnb cancelled bookings, causing it's a bit confused for us.

    If system can add transaction record of amount after Airbnb cancellation refund automatically like for confirmed bookings, it would be helpful.

  16. Members of our team assisting renters with booking reservations need the ability to add Promo Codes when creating leads from the calendar - so they can offer company-approved discounts without needing admin access to pricing software. We see this as a critical feature, please upvote!

  18. At the moment, Hostfully Inbox separates the guest's messaging thread per booking for Airbnb and Hostfully channels only. We would like this feature to work with other channels like Booking.com or Vrbo as well, so that it won't cause confusion.

    Great news! Hostfully now separates the Inbox message thread per booking for Vrbo. This means, when a Vrbo guest re-books your listing, a new message thread will be created so that the guest or you won't be confused with old messages from the past booking.
