Rate multiplier should apply to extra guest fee
The channel rate multiplier only applies to the nightly rate and not the extra guest fee.
This may create some inconvenience for us and our property listings on AirBnB, VRBO, and Booking.com. We would be more than happy if this feature is taken into account.

List of properties with prices including fees
Be able to see a list of properties with the prices, fees and extras to show to a potential guest. Like the direct booking website search, but show the total costs (including fees) suited to that search

Enable inbox filtering for messages from guests that haven't been replied to yet
The most useful inbox filter would be conversations where guests have sent messages to us, but we haven't replied yet. Sometimes these get buried, and it requires going through every single thread to look it over. Ideally this would be set up so that automated messages from triggers/templates did not count as replies from us.
Or possible this could be set up through a totally different field. For example, each message thread could have a status box next to it. Whenever a guest sent a message, it could update that status box to say "Needs attention" in yellow. Then if…

Additional monthly report summary
At the end of the month I complete a spreadsheet capturing the final revenue and occupancy data for each property. Right now I have to download as csv and filter one property at a time. I would just like to see a summmary of all properties for a given time frame.
Note: we can almost do this with the “property report”

SMS triggers send to phone number field and not cell phone number field
It would be better if the SMS triggers would be associated with cell phone instead of phone, Just in case If a customer puts their home phone in the phone field and cell phone in the cell phone field

Trigger for a failed payment due to insufficient funds
Simply to have a trigger for a failed payment due to insufficient funds that would send a message for the guest to know their payment didn’t go through with a new secure payment link and possibly a reminder that their reservation will only be held for a period of time (maybe a week depending on how far out the booking is) unless payment is successfully processed.
I may just create my own template to use manually.

Add Notes in Add manual transaction at view order page
It appears that at the Order details page, there’s no Notes box to leave a note where the payment comes from.
We have a Notes box for Record a payment action, but no such box for Add manual transaction.Specifically, for Stay and Archived leads, there's no Record a payment button, so users have to use Add manual transaction and couldn't add any notes there.

Disable the on-hold on the dates when receiving an inquiry
We noticed that when we get inquiries, it puts a hold on the dates. It would be great if we could disable this. We sometimes have guests request random dates just to get in contact with us and it creates a block on the dates even though they aren't planning on staying.

Ability to adjust property description for Direct booking site only
Ability to adjust property description for Direct booking site only such as input the information that Airbnb Superhost and VRBO Premier Host.
It would be great to have some way to make the hostfully page have a different description. I'm sure many of your owners/hosts have this distinction of super host, etc. Would be great to be able to advertise that on our direct booking site.

Map property internal name from Hostfully to BDC Internal name in Extranet / Group page.
In Hostfully I created titles in English and French. But in BDC, they are only displayed in english regardless of the language I selected in BDC. This is a problem because we lose visibility by our french speaking audience.
Therefor, I would prefer the internal property name to be displayed in BDC. Also, this would make it easier to find the property in the BDC extranet group page.

Payment of Long-term Airbnb reservations (from 28 nights) needs updating correctly in Hostfully.
For Airbnb reservations from 28 nights, Airbnb will split the payment into 2 transactions but in Hostfully there's 1 transaction and it shows as fully paid at the beginning while it is not.

Show tax on a tax on the same line with tax itself, basically, the total tax
Hi team,
At the moment, on Order details page, it shows the detailed breakdown of each tax, and tax on a tax is on a separate line.
It's your current design and it's not possible to change on UI for now.
However, we'd like to show tax on a tax on the same line with tax it self, basically, the total of each tax, instead of having 2 lines for 1 tax.
it's more the details for customer invoicing that we are interested in.

Preview feature in Message log for failed triggers
Sometimes triggers are failed to send due to missing factors or bugs or something else.
In most of the cases, we can re-fire the trigger and guest can receive the message they need asap, like checkin instruction or pin-code message.
However, in some cases, it takes a little bit longer to solve the issue due to bugs. Thus, it would be much more convenient if we can have "preview message" in Message log and copy the text and send it from our personal email for urgent cases.

Improve cleaner assignment
Because we are a hotel with multiple cleaners, we are unable to utilize the turnover function you created. Instead, we have made our cleaners associates so they can view the calendar. I noticed in my dashboard (as manager) I can see a summary of notifications which show which properties have a check out and check in for the day. This is unfortunately not visible to agents... but we would really like for it to be.
