  1. Since Airbnb discontinued their masked emails, Airbnb bookings are not being saved to the CRM, which saves/links contacts based on email addresses. I propose using phone numbers rather than email. Phone numbers are a reliably unique ID and are provided by Airbnb and all the major channels (to my knowledge). Without that change, Airbnb guests are not being saved to the CRM. For some managers (like me) that's a huge percentage of our customers.

  2. I'm not too fond of some booking sites. Some seem to attract the wrong guests and charge high commissions; however, if we use them wisely, we can get the right guest and occupancy %. I want the options of circumstances to display inventory:

    X number of days to Y number of days in the future.
    Occupancy % of X to Y for a given month

    I could use them to attract early/late bookers or handle the 1st or last of my desired inventory, as I see the need on all channels.

  3. My Hostfully is integrated with Beyond Pricing. However, it is confusing to know which platform governs my settings, when both platforms offer fields to adjust the same settings. For those fields in the Main Settings and other tabs that are actually governed by another integration, I would like to be able to remove or block those fields. For example, because Beyond Pricing governs length of minimum stays, I would remove or block the "Minimum Stay" field in Hostfully. Thank you.

  6. Currently, Hostfully only supports adjustments tied to owners and properties. However, many agencies also need to track and reconcile agency-wide expenses that are not connected to a specific property or owner.

    Examples include:

    Hostfully subscription fees

    Inventory purchases used across multiple properties

    Invoices paid directly by the agency (e.g., software, utilities, maintenance contracts)

    Having a way to enter, categorize, and report these agency-level adjustments would provide a more complete financial picture for monthly reconciliation.

  7. Would be great to see the tags in the view on reviews here, if you want to tell dev team for feature requests.

    if you have automated rating of guests set up, and guest is unhappy, we can add the tag so that we see in the review screen and cancel the auatomed rating and request for them to review us. The goals is we don't offer unhappy guests more reminders to review US and hopeully not get a negative review.

  14. For some reason, there is now a character limit on departure checklist items for the guidebook. The character limit is extremely small to allow for elaboration on certain check out for departure related items. Most check out items need further explanation and this is very prohibitive for streamline checkouts. The guest is not able to view further elaboration and can just you a cut off message instead.

    When clicking on a listing on the Hostfully Direct Booking Site, whether from the search results or the Featured Properties list, the listing opens in a new browser tab.

    2/ Feedback / Suggested Improvement:
    It may be more efficient and user-friendly to have the listing open in the same tab, allowing users to view a property and easily return to the search results or Featured Properties list without needing to manage multiple tabs.

  16. Currently, the Analytics page only displays rental revenue in the property's active currency setting. If a property has bookings in multiple currencies (e.g., EUR and USD), only the revenue matching the current property currency is shown. This causes misleading or incomplete financial data, especially for properties that have recently changed currencies or accept international bookings.

    Suggestions
    1/ Add a currency filter or multi-currency breakdown on the Analytics page
    2/ Include all revenue data regardless of currency, with clear labeling
    3/ Option to normalize revenue to a single currency (e.g., convert all to USD based on exchange rate)

  18. During onboarding we setup a 4% credit card processing fee to cover the 2.9% Stripe charge and the 1% hostfully charge. These fees are based on the entire amount of the reservation but the way that Hostfully collects only applies to the accommodation fare and nothing else. This fee rule was setup as "per stay", I have since changed it to "entire preservation" but when I did this the mapping drop downs for integration channels blocked out.

  19. The small icon that shows the auto-refund status is not showing in the booking details along with the other status icons (Rental Agreement signed & Guest Details icons). This should be consistent with the pipeline status icons.
