  1. Currently, the values of columns Rent/Fees/Property Total Taxes/Total Revenue in the Property reports are the full amount of the bookings. It would be nice to have their prorated values as well

  2. If a guest makes a repeat reservation with the same email address, it would be nice if Hostfully would tag that guest automatically so we know it's a repeat guest. We host hundreds of guests a year so we try to remember names when we see them come through, but we obviously can't recognize every name and tag it

  3. With BDC guest review management you can:

    • Retrieve all reviews for a specific property
    • Retrieve new reviews (from a specific date)
    • Filter reviews with no response yet
    • Retrieve specific review with all category scores
    • Reply to guest reviews
    • Retrieve reviews at a group level (e.g. multiple properties’ scores on the same page)
    • Filter guest reviews based on Booking.com reservation ID
    • Retrieve aggregated property review score
    • Retrieve aggregated scores per category (e.g. ‘value for money’ category score)

  4. When using search widget for new stay date, you need to change the checkout date first then the checkin date while usually users will select new checkin date before checkout date.

    Steps to reproduce
    1. Enter date and Search
    2. Click on checkin date again to change - arrows have disappeared so there is no way to change and search for a different checkin date after checkout date that's currently in use.

    User should be able to select any checkin date or there is a button 'clear date' to select new checkin and checkout

  5. We used the “Additional Charge” feature, but on the checkout page, next to the security deposit it says (refundable). The security deposit is not actually included in the amount they pay upfront, so it is technically not “refundable.” Many guests contact us to ask when they will receive a refund of their security deposit and we have to explain to them that it was never paid, but is just an additional charge option we have after checkout if needed. Guests are often disappointed to realize this, thinking they were going to get $500 back of what they had already paid.

  6. We would like to see Service Providers' jobs list in one place similar to how they would see it under their own portal. Basically, we want to go to one place to see the full list of jobs each provider has assigned to them rather than looking on the calendar where you only see a blue circle and have to click on each one to see who is assigned to what that day.

  7. It would be helpful to have the ability to add additional guests to the communication thread. Currently, only the primary guest receives messages, which means hosts must rely on them to relay information. Allowing multiple guests to be included would improve communication, reduce misunderstandings, and enhance the guest experience. This feature would be especially useful for group bookings or situations where multiple guests are involved in trip planning.

  10. In the new lead modal, you cannot see per-night rent amount like the old modal which is hard for us to compare with the daily pricing. It would be helpful if there is a dropdown list of per-night rent.

  11. Certain variables, such as [$TRANSACTIONAMOUNT$], [$TRANSACTIONID$],[$GUESTINFOURL$]- which leads to the pre-arrival form, and others are only functional in system templates. I'd like to be able to insert them into custom templates so that I can have more control over formatting, colors, branding, and when these messages are triggered.

  12. Only tax IDs on the agency level is supported, so they are synced to Airbnb. It would be good to have it at the property level so the owner ID can be used.

  13. is there a way to swipe to select multiple dates to change prices or minimums? When I select it now it is only for one day. Many times I thought I was changing multiple dates only to find it was just one night.

  19. Task management 'complete' button for guest, team messaging.

    For example, a potential client with 200 listings based in Australia would like to be able to slightly task manage within the unified inbox. For example, a guest asks to replace something, the team can read the message, take on the task to do the job, and in the unified inbox, be able to mark the job as complete.

  20. On Airbnb they have the optional field under personal info called "preferred name" and this is what they display about me to the guests - this is the field I would like used
