  1. Pm provide us with the followibn details on their idea>

    Your documentation says that you are integrated to Dropbox Sign which is not correct, according to them. I am looking for a way to have my agreements signed and initialed (after certain paragraphs) before a rental agreement is finalized. Your current method will only collect a final signature. Signatures and Initials (both) make the form more legal.

    For legal reasons I would like the to be able to initial key sections of the agreement.

  3. It ill be great to have a DBS button the same way it works for Airbnb. This is because we're a business who work in business hours. We have instant booking setup in general but after a certain time in the day, it becomes more complicated to accept a last-minute guest. They should be able to submit requests too.

  5. Currently service providers are only available at mobile end. But it will help bein able to create service provider as team members: with customized access / features so that you can choose what they can see and do.

    Currently the associate role would eventually have access to all message threads, and pricing for the reservations, which is not great for a cleaner to see.

  8. It should allow Property Manager to send quote again from Pipeline even though lead status has been changed to 'quote_sent' as sometime, guest negotiates for a better deal and we need to send quote again to the guest.

  9. Currently, the lead modal only displays the externalBookingId for leads originating from Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com. However, when leads are created via the API, whether through an Agency API key, channel integration, or website integration, and an externalBookingId is provided, this field does not appear in the lead modal.

    Please expose the externalBookingId in the lead modal UI for all leads where this field is present, regardless of the source. This includes leads created via the API.

  12. It would be extremely useful, and some places like breezeway and charge automation are already offering it as an add on. Basically an upsell like early check-in, or late checkout that is only offered if there is a gap night.

  16. Ability to remove 'Guest filter' in Search widget and adjust the Max guests display on direct booking site to base guest number instead.

    We have multiple units on one property. When guests stay with us we can accommodate up to 81 guests. but if they place that in the guest search it won't populate with anything because each unit can only host about 2-5 guests. This also goes along with being able to rent out multiple listings on the same order.

  18. We had to import reservations before the connection with VRBO went live. Now that it is live, why wouldn't this reservation be affiliated with VRBO as it looks from our end? With the connection made shouldn't direct messaging work? Is this going to be the case for all VRBO imported reservations? If so this is going to be very tedious to babysit.

  20. As standard we take the security deposit/ balance from guests at 60 days before arrival. However, on booking.com their terms are different and the deposits aren't taken until 14 days before arrival.

    We would like a way to stop their balance showing as outstanding and 'red ring' on our pipeline until their payment is actually due
