  1. Introduce a centralized system that allows property managers to flag and block problematic guests across all properties within an agency. Currently, guest issues are tracked at the individual property level, allowing repeat offenders to book other listings within the same portfolio.

    This feature would enable agencies to mark guests as “Do Not Host” or “High Risk,” add internal notes, and automatically block or flag future booking attempts across all properties. It should also include alerts for flagged guests and team-based permissions for managing guest status.

  2. When we sync hostfully with clearning accounting, we are showing a mis-matched balance and it is because hostfully is counting the whimstay platform fee as income instead of as a fee deducted from the payment. It is inflating our deposit

  3. The Point Central Integration, generates the codes for the Master unit and for the 2 sub units, as well, which are 2 different properties.

    When the Master Unit is booked, the guest only received a code for one subunit, as it's the one selected in the lock of the Master unit, so the code for the other subunit is missing.

    The request is to create both codes for each subunit when the master is booked.

    In the meantime, there is a workaround shared by the PointCentral Integration Team:

  4. It would be helpful to allow conditional check-in rules, instead of fixed ones.

    Example:

    Block Sunday check-ins only if there is a same-day check-out (no cleaning available)
    But allow Sunday check-ins if the property is already vacant and clean

    Currently, the “Only Check-In On” setting blocks all Sundays, which is too restrictive.

  5. The Acceptance of our Agreement is a legal and binding document from the guest in regards to damage liability and cancellation rules and obligations. Acceptance/esign(accepted online) is the purpose of the guest Accepting our contractual terms and conditions. Without verified proof of Acceptance the guest has no liabilities in a court of law or in regards to a Credit Card Chargeback.

    Therefore this is vital to the guest understanding of the terms and conditions and in their liability enforcement.

  7. Currently, optional upsell items (such as pet fees) are only displayed later in the booking process, around the “Confirm and Continue” or payment stage. This can make them easy for guests to miss.

    It would improve the user experience to surface these options earlier in the flow — for example:

    After guests input the number of guests

    Before clicking “Book Now”

    Or as a dropdown/selectable option earlier in the checkout process

    This would make upsells more visible and intuitive, and could potentially increase adoption and reduce confusion for guests.

  9. Either add Booking.com photo tags to the Hostfully interface, or update the integration so tags don't get removed when Hostfully syncs the listing with Booking.com.

    Right now, tags I add to my listing photos in Booking.com get removed once Hostfully syncs the listing.

  10. It would be very helpful to have the ability to send a mass SMS message to past guests directly from Hostfully.

    Currently, SMS messages can only be sent through reservation-based triggers, but there is no way to broadcast a text message to all previous guests at once.

    This feature would allow property managers to easily send direct booking promotions, special offers, or announcements to their past guests via SMS without needing to export contacts and use a third-party texting platform.

  12. When a property manager blocks check out on a specific date in the calendar, the booking widget displays that date as grey.

    However, the date is not actually unavailable. Guests can still stay that night as part of a longer reservation. The only restriction is that they cannot check out on that date.

    This creates confusion for guests because the widget visually suggests the date cannot be booked at all, even though it is still available within a multi night stay.

  13. It would be very helpful to have the ability to create a vendor lock code that remains unassigned to any property by default. This code could then be temporarily assigned to a specific property when the vendor has an appointment and removed once the visit is completed.
    Some vendors visit multiple properties frequently. Currently, the workflow requires assigning them to a property in order to save the code, which makes it difficult to keep a reusable vendor code ready for future visits.
    Allow the creation of a vendor lock code that is not tied to any property initially.

  16. Please add the option to change the “Book Now” button text to “Check Price” (or allow customizable button text).

    Reason:
    I manage 24 rental properties, and many guests frequently message me asking for pricing because they are hesitant to click “Book Now.” They assume that clicking the button will immediately confirm or charge a booking, when in reality they just want to check the price first.

    Allowing hosts to change the button label to something like “Check Price” would make the booking process clearer for guests and reduce unnecessary messages about pricing.
