  3. When a property is linked by ical from airbnb / vrbo etc we should be able to manually remove individual bookings. I import vrbo icals from 2 different owners (I can't switch to API) and when you import by ical you can't use the inbox. In my old PMS you could just delete any ical import and then enter the booking manually with the email address. My current workaround for this is to disconnect the vrbo ical whenever I get a new booking, enter the booking manually then reconnect to the vrbo ical. Super annoying and not to mention when…

  4. As busy hosts, any additional nudge is helpful. It would be nice to have a trigger that can email us notifying us that a reservation hold is about to expire if we don't accept it.

    So Booking request with time-based condition trigger would be much helpful.

  7. For example, we have a parking custom data field so we can have the parking answer for all properties built in. I know we can add this variable to our message templates, but if a guest were to reach out and ask us for parking options, it would be nice to be able to insert either directly from the custom data field or as a variable.

  10. Implementing a small pop-up calendar with quick navigation through months could significantly improve usability. This way, users wouldn’t need to wait for the entire calendar to load or navigate cumbersome month-to-month transitions.

  13. Currently, the default language is US English therefore the AI Bot answers using US spellings. This then shows our guest that we are using a Bot to answer.
    It would be great to have the option of UK English as a language option.

  14. When we import Airbnb leads, the base rent is calculated so that base rent + rate multiplier equals the rent total from Airbnb.

    True, we could apply this only to future leads, not past leads, but I don’t see why this would cause an issue to this PM since the total rent is the same.

  16. Right now if I add an "Ongoing/Recurring Adjustment", e.g. monthly on the 1st day, when the day comes, the adjustment will be automatically added and displayed under "One-time Adjustment". It's a bit confusing to me because that one is an ongoing adjustment, not a one-time. I suggest having a separate section to show "Completed Owner Adjustments" (or anything similar name) and not including the "completed" recurring adjustments in the one-time adjustments.

  20. There should be a report that collects all Due Owner (Net) amounts after adjustments from all owners. This way, the finance team can process payments to owners in bulk.

    This approach will be more convenient for accounts with many properties and owners.
