  2. Has there been any discussions about Hostfully platform being able to
    accept Crypto currency for bookings? Does anyone else think this is a good idea since the industry is shifting towards digital currency? Many travel sites are already offering this option.

  3. Since Airbnb discontinued their masked emails, Airbnb bookings are not being saved to the CRM, which saves/links contacts based on email addresses. I propose using phone numbers rather than email. Phone numbers are a reliably unique ID and are provided by Airbnb and all the major channels (to my knowledge). Without that change, Airbnb guests are not being saved to the CRM. For some managers (like me) that's a huge percentage of our customers.

  4. I'm not too fond of some booking sites. Some seem to attract the wrong guests and charge high commissions; however, if we use them wisely, we can get the right guest and occupancy %. I want the options of circumstances to display inventory:

    X number of days to Y number of days in the future.
    Occupancy % of X to Y for a given month

    I could use them to attract early/late bookers or handle the 1st or last of my desired inventory, as I see the need on all channels.

  5. My Hostfully is integrated with Beyond Pricing. However, it is confusing to know which platform governs my settings, when both platforms offer fields to adjust the same settings. For those fields in the Main Settings and other tabs that are actually governed by another integration, I would like to be able to remove or block those fields. For example, because Beyond Pricing governs length of minimum stays, I would remove or block the "Minimum Stay" field in Hostfully. Thank you.

  6. it would be useful by quickly being able to see if rental agreement was signed

    right now I have to have a knowledge that icon shows up there when signed, if not signed there is no quick way to know

    maybe if the icon is red and when you hover you would get info 'rental agreement not signed

  7. Description:

    For property managers using Stripe payment schedules, it would be helpful to have the option to authorize a guest’s scheduled balance due payment without immediately capturing the funds.

    Today, when the balance due date arrives, Hostfully automatically charges and captures the payment. If a guest later realizes they wanted to use a different card, needs additional time, or was unaware the payment was about to process, property managers must refund and recharge the payment, often resulting in additional processing fees and guest frustration.

  8. Problem
    When I filter properties by availability for a specific date in the calendar, I can email the available property list, but the list does not include the information I need to actually use it operationally, such as the property address or internal property name.

    This makes it difficult to plan inspections, maintenance visits, or team routes because I have to manually look up the properties after generating the list.

    I also need to understand availability by time of day. For example, some properties may be available from 10:00 AM, while others may only become available after a guest checks…

  12. I would love to be able to choose for how long I extend an individual reservation hold. Instead of the flat agency setting (currently set to 24hrs), it would be good to have a a few custom buttons to extend for 1hr, 12 hrs, 24 hrs (and ability to customise each preset)

  14. Use case:
    User has 96 properties
    - 73 active
    - 23 inactive

    while the central calendar can present correctly (73/96 active properties) with the filter ACTIVE properties which is good view

    Issue on the single calendar view with the property list dropdown with no filter so it is expected to see all properties in the dropdown list (96/96) and it causes an inconvenient situation when the inactive properties show in the list.
    => want to add filter to be able to see only active properties in the dropdown list

  15. Currently, taxes added to a property are displayed as fees during the Direct Booking Site checkout flow.

    Taxes should appear under a dedicated “Taxes” section/label instead of being grouped together with fees. This would provide clearer pricing transparency for guests and help differentiate mandatory government taxes from property-specific fees.

  16. Currently, we can only set pricing rules (bottom of the property's Pricing page) to Direct Bookings, Airbnb, Vrbo and HVMI. It would be convenient to do things here:
    1. Select the channels to apply the rules to.
    2. Select all the channels that Hostfully integrates with.

  18. Right now, the only option to send our guest's receipts is to create a template with the [$ORDER_STATEMENT$] variable but it doesn't populate crucial information like dates, guest's name, property name, transaction number, etc.

    Would be nice to see an improvement here.

  20. Have information for a returning guest save on hostfully (their name, email and phone number) for direct bookings.
    We have many returning guests and every time we need to add a new reservation made through whatsapp or call, we need to have their email typed again and their name and phone number.
    A dropdown list should be fine when adding a direct booking.
