  2. Create a dedicated onboarding form for owners to fill out, which the host can embed directly into Hostfully for automatic listing creation. Right now, the process is very manual.

    Alternatively, create a section in the an owner portal where we can send owners a link to submit all their onboarding information. Then, with just one click, the host can generate the listing using the owner-provided data.

    Overall goal: automate the properties onboarding process and eliminate manual work.

  3. Currently, both Hot tub and Jacuzzi in Hostfully are mapped as Hot tub on Airbnb. However, the Jacuzzi is a bathtub which has jets. This is different than a hot tub. There shouldn’t be a hot tub amenity and a Jacuzzi amenity if they mean the same thing.

  5. I still would like to raise the request to change the obligation to fill the email address.

    If platforms provide their internal address - it is ok for system to take it. But even they are not releasing the real address of the guest.

    every dummy email is wasting of our time to fill it and can cause some issues to release information and data somewhere that we have no control where it will end up

  6. Enable Hostfully to automatically collect and remit taxes for direct bookings, similar to what some competitors (e.g. Hospitable Direct Premium) currently offer.
    For direct bookings, Hostfully allows users to configure and charge taxes, but the responsibility of filing and remitting those taxes remains fully manual.
    Automatic tax collection and remittance would be a major value add and a true “game changer” for direct bookings

    Introduce configurable resolution transaction line items that allow Airbnb (and other OTA) resolution amounts to be split into distinct, clearly defined entries for accurate reporting and trust accounting integrations. This should also apply to cancelled reservations with partial payments, where manual allocation is often required.

    PROBLEM
    Resolution amounts and partial payments from cancelled reservations are currently recorded as single transactions. This does not allow separation between owner revenue, manager revenue, or mixed allocations, which is required for compliant trust accounting and accurate financial reporting.

  10. Currently, users can generate owner reports for either: A single month, or
    a custom date range spanning multiple months

    However, when generating a report for a multi-month period (for example, December–February), the data is aggregated into one combined report. There is no way to view or export the same report with a clear separation of data by month within that period. I'd like to have an option to split owner reports by month when generating a report for a multi-month period.

  11. When communicating through Hostfully and it is a VRBO guest communication- I can't send a link to another vrbo property via hostfully. I have to go through the VRBO messenger.

  12. It would be helpful to have the option to add custom notes or comments to jobs that are automatically created by the system. Currently, there is no way to include job-specific instructions or context when the job is generated automatically. This feature would improve clarity and communication for teams handling auto-created jobs.

  16. When I uploaded the photos in the unsupported format (HEICs), the system didn't reject it but still allow to upload the photos but it can not be pushed to channels.
    => I have to remove the photos and re-upload again.

    => the system should really reject the images if they are not able to push to the platforms so it would help us to avoid the double work in such cases.

  17. Ical works in UTC (Z at the end), so the TZ of the customer does not matter.

    Google calendar's UTC time is what we take into consideration for ical.

    9 PM in Mexico is already past midnight in UTC, so it takes the next day.

    is it possible to consider the property timezone for this?

  18. Currently, property owners can view listing content in the Owner Portal, but they cannot update photos or edit the property descriptions. Since many owners want to keep their listings updated without depending on the property manager for small adjustments, adding these permissions would greatly improve workflow efficiency.
