  3. If the guest goes to a specific property page, they can check the dates that are available (highlighted) and the dates that are booked (greyed out).

    On the main page, since it's sorted by locations, which means that if PMs have 3 properties at the same location Show Low, AZ, the system can't provide availability of a single property and ignore the other 2. Therefore, I believe it's by design to show the Calendar this way for all dates.

  4. I just checked and Hostaway does have this feature to to export the whole calendar to other channels instead of each listing. It would be much simpler and time saving.

  5. Need seasonal extended stay discounts that work across channels. Currently only have option for direct booking. My property is in Florida - I want to market it for extended stay during down season only. I do not want the extended stay discount during peak season. For example - I just had a guest book via airbnb for a 13,000.00 discount using the extended stay discount set up at the property level on hostfully.   7. Would at least like to be able to match the rule sets that Airbnb has on their platform. For example 3 day stay, 4 day, 5 day etc. Would like to be able to add as many conditions as I like instead of the current 1 increase and 2 decrease that exist.

    Since Cleaning Fees are becoming a hot button topic I'd like to remove the fee but to do so I need more control on my pricing. I can do this on Airbnb but doing so kills the ability to have accurate pricing on other channels.

  8. You are currently able to log the number of pets and infants on a property in the reservation process.

    It would be really nice to be able to trigger automated pet-policy emails only to guests who's reservation has a pet associate with it.

  9. I have several restaurants in my guidebook that have a full bar as well as a restaurant. Currently it is necessary to list the restaurant twice separately as a restaurant and as a bar. It would be more convenient to just select the restaurant once and then be given the option to add multiple categories related to the restaurant.

  11. I have connected a couple of properties to the Airbnb calendar of the owner via iCal, which is causing the owner's bookings from Airbnb to appear in check-in report, even in Quickbooks.

    It would be great if these bookings should not appear there as the owner takes care of them.

  12. We have a minimum age of 25, so if the lead guest age is not displayed, or their date of birth is not shown, then we have no way to check whether they are over 25 years old. We have 2 guests checking in today that we have had to speak with and one we had to cancel as she was only 19 (even though she ticked the box to say she was over 25).   13. The Arrival Form should be actively linked to the data warehouse so guests can make changes up to the time of check-in. Guests are not always sure of all information until closer to the stay and locking this form out after information is added once is VERY limiting. Other PMS platforms offer this exact capability as a basic feature.

  14. Currently we can only manage calendar import/export from the specific calendar management page. This is a bit cumbersome, especially if you have to add/manage multiple feeds to the same listing (from different external sources)

    the page always refreshes and you have to choose the listing every time. it's very annoying. Also, we can't access these feeds from the property management page which is a more useful place to have this information.

  15. The new calendar is great. Thank you.

    It would be helpful to remember the filter conditions when we return to the calendar enquiry. As it stands all conditions are dropped and we have to continualy re-enter them. We do a lot of work from within the calendar area and it would help to preserve the set of properties we are working on rather than lose them every time we return to the stacked calendar view.

  16. We love the new Calendar.

    We find it difficult to know if all reservations are paid up. We would love to see:

    1. One the stacked calendar to display something to show if the booking is not paid in full.
    2. When hovering mouse over a reservation can the flyout show the Balance Outstanding and or the Paid amount.
    3. It would be great to have a report to filter reservations that have a non-zero balance outstanding. We spoke to the Help Desk folks and they say they cant have a condition on a derived field.

  19. in the situation when payment is handled by booking.com, booking.com charge 2.5 % fee in addition to their commission, this amount is not shown in Hostfully and is not deducted from the reservation amount. This amount should be shown in the reservation breakdown on Hostfully and automatically deducted from the revenue.
