  1. Would be great to preview your listing prior to publishing. Currently this is my very first listing, first time with a STR so figuring out How the listing will look prior to publishing is important. Currently I am stuck publishing then checking the listing to see what it will look like, then I need to adjust the listing if something is wrong.

  3. Have the ability to send more messages per event (inquiry, cancellations, etc) as currently it limits you to only send one message per event and any future scheduled event messages will be cancelled out. This way we can follow up on inquiries as many times as we want

  4. We have canceled the booking and issued a partial refund via Stripe. A record of this refund transaction has been added to Hostfully.

    However, the View Order page currently displays a confusing calculation of the total amount, amount paid, and balance due. Since the booking is canceled, the "Balance Due" field should no longer be visible.

  5. I was trying to create a custom template that would be sent to a guest during their stay which would give them the option to add an additional night if the calendar allowed. This template would have a link that would take the guest directly to their reservation page where they could add the night and make payment all in one. I'm being told that's not an option and they would have to respond to me with a yes/no and then I would have to make the change in the system and send a payment request. This seems really clumsy.…

  8. Problem: One of the tabs on the owners portal is "Inbox", where owners can send messages to us. When we respond to a message via email – so the owner gets a notification of the new response – the owner has no ability to respond from the email and has to be trained that replys to the email are ignored by hostfully and go nowhere. No error message, no warning, just looks like we're ignoring them.

    My idea is to do one of the following:

    • Add text to the sent email that replys need to be sent via the inbox,…

  10. Several guests have specifically recommended looking into GDS integration to streamline their booking processes and enhance accessibility to our properties. Integrating with GDS providers like Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo, Worldspan and Galileo by Travelport could significantly improve our visibility and booking convenience for this particular segment of travelers, which is rapidly growing for us. Given the potential benefits in meeting the specific needs of corporate clients more effectively, we see GDS integration as a strategic step to expand our reach and service capabilities in the corporate travel market.

  12. It is noted in the v1.5->3 upgrade guide that v3's agencies endpoint supports a "rentalConditions" field, but no other APIs seem to exist for updating the per-property rental conditions. It would be great to automate these to ensure they are accurate and make changing all properties a lot easier

  13. When adding service providers, it would be helpful to be able to automatically assign them to every property or property group from the service provider page rather than having to go into each individual property to add them. Or at least an option to automatically give service providers calendar access for every property/multiple properties in one place rather than in each property.

  14. When you are in the calendar you could cancel a booking rather than having to leave the calendar and go find the listing in the pipeline- which is an unnecessary extra step; this would streamline workflow.

    And it would be so much faster and easier, less opportunities for mistakes.

    We'll soon introduce all pipeline actions directly within the lead modal. So you'll be able to cancel a booking by clicking on it from the calendar, then selecting the Cancel action within the lead modal.

  15. In the owners section in the main dropdown menu, the owners are displayed but, (we have over 100 properties listed), we need the properties linked to the owner so we do not have to search through all properties to find them.
