Airbnb "Where you'll sleep" photos
The photos from Hostfully can be mapped to Airbnb even though it's not a sleep area so the work "Where you'll sleep" could be a bit confused, I think it would be better if we can change it to something like "Map to Airbnb" only or remove the "sleep portion".

Recorse for confirmed, unpaid bookings if guests don't pay
At the moment, Vrbo and Booking reservations with failed payment will still come into Hostfully as confirmed unpaid bookings. If guests have already stayed or left, I want to have a recourse or protection in case they damage the property or don't pay.

Making links mobile friendly for Booking.com guests
We currently have to resend links to most BDC guests as the current links to the pre arrival form and damage deposit don't work-especially when try from a mobile as the links are broken.

The ability to resend/reset the Pre Arrival form if guest uploads wrong ID
We are finding that some guests will upload a selfie or a piece of ID without a photo (even after explaining this in the message.)
Currently, we have to contact Hostfully to reset the pre arrival form as we cannot reset it or request that the guest complete it again.4 votes -

Allow to send channel message with event "New message in inbox
Following this document https://help.hostfully.com/en/articles/5412369-hostfully-unified-inbox#h_8c9770375c
The event New message in inbox is working for action sending email only.
As a host, I want this event works for channel message as well.
It helps to cover the scenario:
When the guest sent me a message, I want to be able to trigger to fire a automatically acknowledge message to guest. (Ex: I have received your message and will get back soon etc) when you received their message.=> It helps to save the responding time in my account. (Airbnb has reviewed the host responding time)

why would it not include cleaning tax? Can your developers update this so the formula correctly represents tax collected?
Cleaning Fee Tax seems to be separately calculated per glossary indeed.
