  1. Can we make a system template that is a rental conditions reminder, so it can be sent from the pipeline? Currently, the link can be added the Pre-Arrival from reminder system template, but if the Pre-Arrival form is completed, that it is not possible to send that message from the pipeline anymore.

  2. It would save a lot of time if there is some sort of pricing strategy for periods of the year where all listings are adjusted for seasonal reasons e.g. Christmas, bank holidays etc.
    A listing could be added to a strategy for the set dates, and the rate changes ( add/ reduce by percentage or set amount) according to base rate.
    So when the base rate is changed, the pricing strategy amount auto adjusts with it.
    At the moment we have to use 'pricing period' and manually input amounts, and when the base rate is changed then we then have…

  4. There are many integrations (and channels). Every time you add a new property, you have to go through a long list looking for those that are enabled, then manage the settings and update to add the new property. If the list of integrations was sorted, it would be much easier to just go through them one by one and add the new property. Same thing with channels.

    Even better would be an option to turn on ALL enabled channels/integrations for a new property.

    Thanks for sharing this feedback with us. Both our channels and integration pages are being reworked and filtering for the status is one thing we added.

  5. I have over 30 templates and it's getting difficult to organize, see what we really needs, identify double communication, etc... It would be great to have the ability to sort them, or organize in custom folders, just like in an inbox.

  6. At the moment, the rental agreement can only be signed once. We need to send the rental agreement to both the owner and the guest, and have both signatures.

  7. Sometimes we need to have guests fill out a form outside of the PAF, and/or Rental Conditions and it would be really useful to be able manually mark that the form has been completed.

    This would also be useful for returning guests to not have to complete again.
    This way, we could not worry about triggers with the condition of having completed the PAF.

  10. I want to have the trigger condition to send the message out only if the rental agreement has not been signed.

    For example, I’m sending out reminder messages to them to sign the rental agreement closer to their stay but I don’t want these to go out if they’ve already signed, so as to not bother them. I’ve been manually deleting these future messages

  11. I don't want any triggers to fire when I manually add bookings to the system, because sometimes I need to edit the pricing, reservation before the triggers go out. I want to have a button so I can check to temporarily stop all triggers from firing for specific guests.

  16. At the moment, when we select the "Damage policy options" on Booking.com Extranet, upon next sync, the system was changed and it couldn't have BDC collect SD via PBB.

    I want the option "I want to set up a damage programme that Booking.com will facilitate for me" on "Damage policy options" sticks.
