Create an option for a minimum reservation amount
I'd like the ability to set a minimum reservation value. This would be similar to the minimum nightly rate, except that it would apply to the total rent amount rather than each night.
For example, if I had a minimum nightly rate of $100 and a minimum reservation value of $150 then a two night stay would be $200 minimum while a one night stay would be $150 minimum.
This is related to the existing "minimum price rule," but a little different.

Make Rate Multiplier available at Property Level
I would like to be able to adjust the pricing on a booking channel for each property. So, on Airbnb, property A gets -10% property B gets 0%
And on hostfully, property A gets 0% and property B gets +10%Right now, the rate multiplier is only available at the channel level.

Have internal thumbnail image as a variable for quote messages.
The internal thumbnail image shows up on the Available Property List, but not the quote or alternative properties messages. It would be great to have those thumbnail images appear in the other messages as well. Or, have those as variables that can be added to messages!

Hostfully has 1 iCal link showing both blocks and bookings at the moment. It would be great if there're 2 separated iCal links: 1 for bookings, 1 for blocks

Add a new "contact" filter in Inbox page
Currently, the Property managers (PM) can see all conversations: PM <> Guest, PM <> Owner, PM <> Service Provider.

Option to make a book credit and add it to report
I'm sure other STR users have this need. This is when you have guests cancel for legitimate reasons such as cancelling last minute for deaths in the family, hurricanes evacuation (or any storm related issues like snow storms, ice storms etc.) that warrant people getting money back but willing to accept a credit so both parties don't suffer. Or just good will on the host's end if someone needs to cancel without losing all their funds. This could be a partial credit, one night credit, cleaning fee credit etc. to use at another time. I would just need something that…

Allow 48 hours to confirm booking requests
Currently, when a guest submits a booking request, it says that they host has 24 hours to confirm the request. It would be helpful to have a way to change the number of hours to something like 48 hours for direct booking requests.

Split "Transit" into Getting Around (public) and Directions (post-booking details) for Airbnb
As a PM, I would like to share certain transit information on the public listing and more specific how-to in the directions shared only with confirmed booking guests.
"Transit" section Hostfully is mapped to both Getting Around (public) and Directions (only shared after booking is confirmed) on Airbnb. The purpose for these fields are very different. "directions" may have more exact details about getting to the home, which is quite different from a public-facing "Getting Around" section
So they should be separated.

Add property and owner as conditionals for reports
When creating a report, I would like to be able to create a conditional similar to isChannel(airbnb) to check the property and/or owner. There are situations where we want to adjust an amount for a specific property that are not covered by any of the existing conditionals.

Notes section to push to selective channels
At the moment, the Notes section is pushed to Airbnb, Hostfully, Vrbo and Marriott.
We have different notes for each channel, especially the Notes for direct booking site, we want different version for direct site only.
We'd love to have a feature to only push Notes section to some selective channels.

Ability to bulk delete reports
I run a lot of reports, and they start to stack up in the RECENT REPORTS.
I like a clean house, so go in and delete them when done ever so often.
But using the Delete button is slow. Love to have either a:
1) Checklist and bulk delete
2) Delete by TYPE or Report run
3) Delete allOptions.

Rearrange or edit Rules in Fees and Policies tab in a property
I have a lot of Rules I add one at a time in the Rules section (bottom) of the Fees & Policies on each property.
Sometimes I want to change the order they show up or just edit one...
There is no way to do this.
I have to delete them all and add them all back.
Feature request is:
1) Edit existing Rules

Multilingual fees and policies
At the moment fees and policies can be set in only one language. It would be great to be able to add fees and policies in multiple languages so that it's reflected in our offers and website.

Larger Pictures of Property in Pipeline. With 24 listings, they are so small I can't tell which property it is.
