  1. The customer suggested that the secondary email in a lead form should also receive the same communications as the primary.

    I've also had suggestions that emails from the Pre-arrival form should also receive the same emails as a primary guest.

  5. As a property manager, it is really important to have a field that allows me to keep notes related to the specific discounts that were provided. They could vary in duration, could specify why the discount was given, and who it was for, or who authorized it.

  6. Please include a line item in the computation that shows the long stay discount. Airbnb does this and it is helpful for the guest to see that they benefited from a long stay discount. Otherwise both the guest and the host are guessing whether the length of stay discount was included in the calculation.

  7. Context: Past bookings should not be able to be deleted that have payments towards them. An accidental click of cancel or delete can be very easily clicked on. The entire booking should be able to be retrieved if this occurs.

  8. It would be amazing for PMs to have the ability to stop all future automated messages (such as review request templates) if the guest had an issue during their stay to prevent a bad review from coming, an automated message can remind them to leave a review.

    The other scenario where this can benefit is if the guest caused damage and you do not want to send any follow-up automated messages to remarket to them to come stay again

  15. Currently, both Bathtub and Jacuzzi in Hostfully are mapped with Bathtub on Airbnb (since Airbnb doesn't have Jacuzzi on their UI). Thus, if we import a listing with bathtub from Airbnb to Hostfully, both amenities will be checked in Hostfully.

    I want only bathtub amenity to be checked. Bathtub isn't the same as jacuzzi. Jacuzzi is a unit with the jet & bathtub is only a unit for bath only.

  18. I'm having trouble scheduling the owner reports to be published on a certain day of the month. I was told that I could only have them run on the day of the month I set up the schedule, but it seems to be defaulting to the 1st of the month and that is not the right day for us to run said owner statements. Please help.

  19. Sometimes we need to use iCal links instead of API connections for channels or platforms or websites that do not connect directly to Hostfully.

    However, it causes a major inconvenience that those blocks imported via iCal links prevent guests from completing their payments via Hostfully links. Therefore, we have to ask for support to remove those blocks every time a guest has that issue or we have to remove the links and wait for guests to complete their payment then add the link again.

    It's really inconvenient and time-wasting. Is there anyway we can improve this flow with iCal sync…
