  1. Currently, when clicking on the HTML or PDF run reports, we will see the name in the browser is 'TEST' instead of the report name.

    I would like it to show up the name of the report when previewing.

  3. I'd love to possible error responses (e.g., when a cancellation fails) to be included in the API documentation.

    At the moment, it looks like only the successful 200 status is documented, so having details on other response scenarios could be really helpful for integration and error handling.

  5. I want to run an all-in-one owner report using Enhanced reporting. I want to include ALL owners in 1 report instead of separating reports by owner.

    For now, I'm using default Financial report but the default report doesn’t allow for custom formulas like the ones I set up in the Enhanced Reporting feature, so it’s not possible to run a combined report using those same formulas.

  6. Currently service providers are only available at mobile end. But it will help bein able to create service provider as team members: with customized access / features so that you can choose what they can see and do.

    Currently the associate role would eventually have access to all message threads, and pricing for the reservations, which is not great for a cleaner to see.

    Could you please provide more information, and maybe screenshots? We do not understand this request. In the Inbox, all the messages related to a particular booking/guest already appear in the same thread. Thank you.

  10. It should allow Property Manager to send quote again from Pipeline even though lead status has been changed to 'quote_sent' as sometime, guest negotiates for a better deal and we need to send quote again to the guest.

  11. It would be useful to push the bathroom data from Hostfully to booking.com so it does not have be set up for each property in booking.com. This has to be done 99% of the time.

  13. We'd like to have the guest details default to our own country and state/province. At the moment every guest's default state/country is California USA, while most of our guests are Canadian and in our state, and we have to make changes to each one before saving a booking. I made a custom template ("Reservation data") to notify our business partner about reservations that come through the Hostfully channel, and triggers for some events (for Booking request, Booking confirmed...). If I put the variable [$LEAD_CHANNEL$] in the custom template, the email notification only says "Hostfully". But if I look in the Dashboard, it says, for example, "inquiry on apartma-most.com via Hostfully". Can I put such information in the custom template, i.e.: "inquiry on <domain> via Hostfully"? I would like the business partner to be informed from which domain the reservation came through the Hostfully channel.

  15. When using search widget for new stay date, you need to change the checkout date first then the checkin date while usually users will select new checkin date before checkout date.

    Steps to reproduce
    1. Enter date and Search
    2. Click on checkin date again to change - arrows have disappeared so there is no way to change and search for a different checkin date after checkout date that's currently in use.

    User should be able to select any checkin date or there is a button 'clear date' to select new checkin and checkout

  16. Add a warning message when booking over a turnover day (e.g., "Heads up, you’re about to book over a turnover day. Are you sure you want to continue?").
    Why it matters: we should be allowed to override and proceed if needed, rather than being blocked entirely by the system.

If there are 4 people renting a property for 3 nights but additional guests are only staying for one of those nights, it would be ideal to have the option to add extra guests just for that specific night — instead of applying the extra guest fee to the entire stay or having to manually adjust fees, which can lead to incorrect lodging tax and sales tax calculations.

  20. It will be super helpfull to place a visible block or a hold on the calendar every time theres an alteration requets sent. It will give hosts more confidence. Similar to placing a hold From the host end.
