Template variable for Property Photo cover
Variable in custom template to add Property Cover picture. At the moment, we have to use HTML code if we want to add the property cover to a template which is not pretty easy to use.

As far as I can tell, there is no way to programmatically set/validate/update the property specific check-in instructions. We would love to automate this process.

Stop sending cancellation notice email when the subscription failed to renew the 1st time
I received multiple emails when my account failed to renew the 1st time.
As a former Customer Service manager, It's also unnecessary to mention closing the account if not paid in the initial email. It's insulting to your customers. It's a once a year payment, so it's likely that a card used last year is no longer valid.1 vote -

Bulk edit rental conditions
Ability to bulk save or remove rental conditions for all or some specific properties would help save time when we have several properties and when rental conditions need adjusting.

Support Decimals for Service Providers Cost

"Hold" a Property, but not Property Specific for a guest
It would be great to have a feature where we can put a "hold" in the calendar for a guest, but without blocking off the calendar. For mid-term rentals, this would be helpful to us as some people book far in advance and it would be best to place them in a unit that works better for our vacancy windows. Basically, we want them "on the calendar" without blocking any calendar dates for others to book, as the individual is flexible on the unit we place them in.

Select Lead Source for Manual Bookings
It would be great to select a lead source when manually entering a booking rather than it just saying it is from Hostfully. For example, a booking from a lead from FurnishedFinder and a booking from a lead from word of mouth both show up as "Hostfully" booking, whereas we would like to differentiate the groups to know specifically where our bookings are coming from.

HelloSign - Automatic Lease (NOT rental agreement)
With the integration with HelloSign, we would love to see the option to have a lease send automatically to the guest upon their reservation (if a direct booking/desired). From a template lease for that property, we would love for HelloSign to be able to pull in the necessary information from Hostfully (check-in/out date/times, address, guest name(s), etc.). I am NOT referring to Hostfully's rental agreement - as that is not legally binding, as a lease signed on HelloSign is. (This is targeted for 30+day stays, the mid-term rentals).

Show date range of the run report and ability to Ability to adjust the name of Recent reports
I always need to click on the reports under Recent reports to know the date range I've run, which is time consuming. I want the report to show which date range I've chosen under Recent report, so I don't have to click on each of them to know the date range I ran.
I also need the ability to adjust the name of the recent reports I've run so I can easily trace back in the future (like I can do in my offline folders)

Have a statement variable that populates the host payout for Airbnb bookings
the Statement Variable is not fit for purpose for Owners as it contains Guest data that generates numbers that do not add up intuitively unless you can see the Guest payment, not HOST payout

set a trigger to receive a notification when a new booking is created on a date when there is an existing job.
Is there a way to get a notification if we got a booking on a day that has an assigned job?
An made up example. I have a pest control service scheduled for a property on Nov 15th. I don't want to block that calendar and stop any new booking opportunities.
If I was to get a booking that included the date of that job, is there a way to receive a notification so that the job can be re assigned to a different day?

Add property listing to automated messages
Occaisonally I have to re locate a guest to another property which creates a second set of automated messages/triggers. When scrolling through one can't determine which property they are from and therefore can't delete the appropriate messages (closed reservation/listing)
