  3. It would be beneficial to introduce the option for certain listings to offer hourly pricing. While it's understood that not all channels may support this feature, it would be valuable for direct bookings. This would enable us to rent office spaces, boat rentals, and other offerings on an hourly basis instead of nightly, providing more flexibility to our users.

  5. There should be a report that collects all Due Owner (Net) amounts after adjustments from all owners. This way, the finance team can process payments to owners in bulk.

    This approach will be more convenient for accounts with many properties and owners.

  9. The calendar on the owner portal should look similar to the PM calendar does. I would like them to be able to see the bookings exact dates, not necessarily names of the person, but the blocks. Their calendar view is very basic and only shows availability instead of full individual blocked dates.

    Currently, to remove a LEID from our account in Hostfully, property managers must contact Support. This process can be time-consuming and requires manual intervention, which can delay operations and lead to inefficiencies.

    Requested Feature:

    I propose that Hostfully implements a feature that allows users to directly remove LEIDs from their accounts within the platform. This functionality would empower users to manage their LEIDs independently, without the need to go through Support.

    Streamlined Operations: Users can manage LEIDs quickly and efficiently, without waiting for Support.

  13. There needs to be a way to view the calendar on the app without seeing the prices. For example if I'm showing a family member or business contractor my calendar I don't want them seeing what my nightly prices are. On the desktop version it's called "Booking View."

This is the best i have been able to do regarding iCal sync to google calendar, but I would really love if I could tell which property this guest is arriving to on google calendar because the name alone does not help me in preparation for the guests arrival (would be so much better if it provided the property that the guest was checking into.

    If it would allow me to change the url to the name of the property and show that instead of platform.hostfully that would certainly be ideal.

When adding service providers, it would be helpful to be able to automatically assign them to every property or property group from the service provider page rather than having to go into each individual property to add them. Or at least an option to automatically give service providers calendar access for every property/multiple properties in one place rather than in each property.

  17. At the moment, the condition "Day of the Week is" can only be sent along with the condition "Stay is Active".

    We would like the ability to have "day of the week" messages be sent to our Service Providers regardless of if there's an active stay or not.

    • Include an Auto Pay enabled status, and the ability to turn on/off the Auto Pay
