  2. Most processors refund the processing fees when a cancellation occurs but Hostfully's does not and that results in hundreds of dollars a week lost because I have Hostfully. This is a 911 that needs to change now. We all should not have to work around this when if we went through Airbnb or VRBO's processor we would not incur theses fees.

  3. I want to add a column into my financial reporting that includes PAYOUT ID from Stripe and the channels (Booking.com and Airbnb). My owners require the PAYOUT ID that appears on their bank statments so they can easil reconcile their accounts.

  4. Previously we were able to use a format in the property URLs that automatically added the discount code for the user. Now this type of format does not work anymore. We would like to have the ability to send discounted rates to the customers adding the discount codes to the property URLs.

  5. The guest inquired on two listings, and our messages were sent to an incorrect thread on Airbnb (invalid bookings), yet not sent to the correct thread of booked one.
    It's said the inbox thread is defined between a host <> guest. I would like our messages sent to the correct thread on Airbnb. It's not practical to send out the messages to the thread whose listing is not even connected with Hostfully.

  6. Allow the cleaning fee to vary depending on the length of stay. For instance if a guest has a long stay of two months the cleaning fee should be double a typical 5 night stay.

  7. I want to create multiple bookings for the same guests but for different periods. It would be great if I can duplicate a booking onto different period, so I don't have to re-fill the guest's information everytime.

    Rebook feature only works with past bookings. I can't do it when the guests inquired.

    * Refund issued in the lead order.
    * Guest's impatience regarding the delay in receiving a refund, I cancelled the refund directly in Stripe and transferred the funds to the guest. However, despite the refund status being updated to "failed" in Stripe, the corresponding lead order continued to display the refund as "successful."

    ​Feature Request: I am requesting a feature enhancement that ensures synchronization between the refund status in Stripe and the corresponding lead order. Specifically, when a refund is cancelled directly in Stripe and marked as "failed," this status should be automatically reflected in the lead order.

  10. Dates, which are restricted in "Check-in", are displayed as grayed out in the date picker when the guests select "checkin date", similar to the blocks, which is confusing and makes the guests think it's not available. I would like to have it work similar to Airbnb
    - Dates are restricted are grayed out
    - Dates are indeed unavailable/blocked are crossed out

  11. The issue is new property on Booking.com requires no prepayment and full refund policy until they clarify the listing so changing it from Channel level will affect all other listings. Really inconvenient.

    % comparison will be added to the Analytics page (and on Dashboard page for the default current month selection, comparing to previous month there).

    First we'll add a default comparison of current period vs previous period. So you will select this year and we'll show % comparison of this years data against last year. 

    Then we'll offer a comparison option for "same period last year". So you'll select "this month" for instance and we'll show % comparison with same month last year.

  13. in the first version of the Analytics page, the date ranges are preset and cannot be customized for performance reasons. I want to be able to select a custom range.

  14. At the moment, Vrbo and Booking reservations with failed payment will still come into Hostfully as confirmed unpaid bookings. If guests have already stayed or left, I want to have a recourse or protection in case they damage the property or don't pay.

  15. When a guest or Property Manager (PM) submits a request to change their reservation, a temporary block will be placed in Hostfully PMP. If the PM or guest does not respond to the request, the temporary block will remain in PMP. I want to be able to submit, manage and withdraw Airbnb trip change requests in Hostfully; or make trip change requests auto expire after 24 hours, for example, so I don't have to withdraw the request from Airbnb to remove the block.

  18. Context: Past bookings should not be able to be deleted that have payments towards them. An accidental click of cancel or delete can be very easily clicked on. The entire booking should be able to be retrieved if this occurs.

  19. We use VR Platform for owner accounting and statements, and have some other things for owners that exist outside Hostfully. I want to have all those links in a central place. It would be great if we could add some "quick links" to the owner portal so owners can easily get to those other services.
