  1. A common situation occurs when a property has Owner Adjustments in a given month but receives no reservations during that same period. Since Owner Adjustments are normally deducted from the revenue generated by bookings, this creates an issue: the system shows the adjustment even though there is no revenue to offset it against.

    Solution:
    Add an option for the reporting system to automatically detect when a property has Owner Adjustments in a month with no reservations and carry those adjustments forward to the next month that includes reservation revenue.

  3. The Hostfully analytics dashboard currently provides strong metrics such as:

    Rental revenue

    Nights booked

    Average Daily Rate (ADR)

    Occupancy rate

    RevPAR

    However, there is no visibility into discounts applied across bookings. This makes it difficult to measure the financial impact of promotions, manual discounts, or promo codes.

    Problem

    At the moment, there is no reporting that shows:

    Total discounts applied

    Promo code usage value

    Revenue lost to discounts

    Gross potential revenue vs discounted revenue

    Without this data, it is difficult to evaluate whether discounts are driving incremental bookings or simply reducing revenue unnecessarily.

  8. I got this error "Internal server error" when adding an owner. It turns out the email has already been added as an owner, or was previously used in another role (guest, service provider, etc.). I would like a more user-friendly error such as "The email has been taken" or something so that I know how to fix it without the need to ask support.

At the moment, when using ChargeAutomation to collect payments for Booking.com reservations, it is required to change the API setting for Booking.com connection so PM can view the CC details and charge it actively. It would be helpful if Hostfully can support automatic payments for ChargeAutomation with BDC (also for Vrbo and direct bookings).

  10. t would be very useful if Hostfully reports could be managed by region or business branch. For example, one team member could manage reports for properties in Mexico, while another manages reports for properties in the USA.

    Ideally, the reports would appear as coming from two separate business entities, so that “HeusHaven USA” and “HeusHaven MX” can each have their own set of company reports. This would allow teams responsible for different regions to manage and access their reporting independently, while keeping reporting organized and accurate for each branch.

  13. We are using Hostfully API v3's referrer value to show in the pipeline where the lead request came from, among our 3 web sites. If I don't select a filter, I see all bookings from various external platforms and am only interested in measuring the funnel efficiency by origin website (Paris For Rent, Haven In, Paris Luxury Rentals). The quote/booking forms on these web sites use the referrer value and send it to Hosfully along with the request.

  16. Would be useful to have the ability to configure specific dates for our VRBO's mobile and member discounts.
    This is possibile within Vrbo but not while being connected with Hostfully.

    Also, VRBO confirmed this is supported by other PMS.

  17. Currently, my rates are synchronized through Hostfully, and I do not have access to the calendar panel in VRBO. This means I can only configure pricing within Hostfully.

    However, Hostfully only allows mapping a single rate plan to VRBO. As a result, guests can only see and book one price option.

    Use Case Example:
    I manage a property where I would like to offer two different rate plans:
    Standard Rate Plan
    Price: €100
    Includes standard cancellation policy (eligible for refund under defined conditions)
    Non-Refundable Rate Plan
    Price: €70
    Fully non-refundable (no refund if the guest cancels)

  20. Currently, the /api/v3.2/owner-adjustments endpoint does not support filtering by start and end date. When iterating through properties with long history (for example, multiple years), the payload becomes very large and difficult to process efficiently.

    Please add optional query parameters such as:

    • startDate

    • endDate

    This would allow partners to limit results to a specific time window and significantly reduce payload size.
