  1. We would like to see Service Providers' jobs list in one place similar to how they would see it under their own portal. Basically, we want to go to one place to see the full list of jobs each provider has assigned to them rather than looking on the calendar where you only see a blue circle and have to click on each one to see who is assigned to what that day.

  2. Rate multiplier amount should appear in Lead modal to avoid confusion. I have cases where total rent is less than Rent amount because of rate multiplier of -25%

  5. It would be helpful to have the ability to add additional guests to the communication thread. Currently, only the primary guest receives messages, which means hosts must rely on them to relay information. Allowing multiple guests to be included would improve communication, reduce misunderstandings, and enhance the guest experience. This feature would be especially useful for group bookings or situations where multiple guests are involved in trip planning.

  10. In the new lead modal, you cannot see per-night rent amount like the old modal which is hard for us to compare with the daily pricing. It would be helpful if there is a dropdown list of per-night rent.

  14. When we need to transfer a guest’s reservation to a new location, it would be much more efficient if all the relevant information for the new place was sent automatically. Right now, we have to manually find and send everything, which takes up a lot of time. It would be great if, when a reservation is moved—whether before or after it begins—it could be treated like a new or last-minute reservation, and the check-in info could be automatically sent to the guest.

    Do not book guest – Guest has a history of cancellations or issues.

    Early check-in approved – Guest has confirmed early check-in request.

    Pending pet fee payment – Guest owes payment for a pet stay.
    Special request for quiet room – Guest prefers a quieter location within the property.

    Allergic to certain scents – Guest has a sensitivity to fragrances or cleaning products.

    VIP status – Frequent guest, provide exceptional service.

  17. When there's an existing role (owner / guest / service provider) and they accidentally or not try to create a new PM account, the system should not change an existing role's email automatically (+xxx), or at least should notify the role / associating PM about such change.

  18. If I add a note to a guest's Lead Details there is no way to know if notes have been added. If there are any other significant messages or other information that needs to be highlighted there is no way to do it.
    Right now at shift change each person has to read every message and look for notes of every guest since their last shift.
    If we could turn on a star or color dot next to the guest's name in the left column an admin could quickly scroll down the list and see which guests need attention.

  19. I would like to provide feedback on the Financial Reports section in Reports. When utilizing the Enhanced Reports, it is necessary to run it for an overview. However, I believe that with the Financial Report tab, you can simply choose a date range to view a list of reservations, including the booking breakdowns. This is a more convenient option.

    If there is a feature to select the date type of booked date and stay date, it would greatly improve the usefulness of this section.

  20. Certain variables, such as [$TRANSACTIONAMOUNT$], [$TRANSACTIONID$],[$GUESTINFOURL$]- which leads to the pre-arrival form, and others are only functional in system templates. I'd like to be able to insert them into custom templates so that I can have more control over formatting, colors, branding, and when these messages are triggered.
