  1. In the owners section in the main dropdown menu, the owners are displayed but, (we have over 100 properties listed), we need the properties linked to the owner so we do not have to search through all properties to find them.

  5. When sending checkin instruction from Pipeline, the information is defaulted to Checkin instruction in Property Settings page. However, this tab does not appear in Multi-unit settings page.

    It would be helpful if we can add the checkin instruction at property settings page or unit settings page so we don't have to create several custom templates for it and we can quickly send from Pipeline.

If you're a non-hostfully user (aka don't know what Hostfully is), many times communication (texts or emails) or any other online presence look like scams or phishing, and therefore, are simply ignored if it's not branded like the rental company name. The more things are streamlined like favicons (on all browsers), logos on correspondence, guidebooks, the booking platform, etc. the more credibility it lends to the short term rental company and makes the user/guest have an easier, more understandable experience.   13. This option helps connect multiple Vrbo accounts. However, the user interface of this feature in Property Management Platform is not clear and user-friendly for property managers to understand its function. It should be located on the same Vrbo channel page, rather than Third-party agency dropdown and "Listed by" option under property Main Settings. I want this feature to work seamlessly as connecting with multiple Airbnb accounts.

  14. When we import Airbnb leads, the base rent is calculated so that base rent + rate multiplier equals the rent total from Airbnb.

    True, we could apply this only to future leads, not past leads, but I don’t see why this would cause an issue to this PM since the total rent is the same.

  18. I would like to propose a feature enhancement for Hostfully PMS that includes an automated response reminder system. This feature would work similarly to the notification systems found in platforms like Airbnb Inbox or Gmail.

  20. 4 of my 5 listings are subunits of what I would like to become 2 “whole house” listings
