  1. There are some repeat guests where we already have their ID and/or their proof of residency documents.

    For returning guests or guests who have already sent us the information (eg via email or WhatsAPP prior to a direct booking), we don't want to automatically ask them to send the information again on the pre-arrival form.

  2. I would like to adjust those following:

    On the page where guest enters their credit card information, it says at the bottom: "To cancel your reservation please email {email} or call {phone number}. Can we please remove this? Don't think it's necessary to talk about cancellations before they even book.

  4. At the moment, I couldn't create an automated message that goes out to guests between the hours of 10pm - 8 am.

    The idea being that I'd like to have some "off hours" in my business..
    So if a guest messages us during "off hours" then an automated message goes out to them and says something like "thank you for checking in with us. We are away from our desk right now. If you have any issues we will answer them promptly at 7am. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call _____"

For now, we're advised by Cedric that the Security deposit is not included in the total amount on the order page but when guests click Book now button > lead to process the payment > they will need to pay the correct amount with SD included. The reason why we don't include the SD is to avoid having a large total, but guests still need to pay for it.

    That is not an acceptable reason as it's still misleading to the guests. Why include the SD in the breakdown if you're not going to include it in the total. We…

Currently, when a guest purchases early check-in or late check-out from my Guidebook Marketplace, it requires me to manually go into that guest's reservation and adjust their check-in/check-out time. It'd be nice if the Guidebook and PMS were automated so that the check-in/check-out time on the PMS side would update automatically after the purchase on Marketplace.

  11. For now, the system only has feature to refund SD automatically. We'd love a feature to issue refund for cancelled reservations automatically based on the cancellation policy set, like other channels Airbnb or Vrbo.

  12. Once a guest places a booking, there's a message popping up: "Now, you can check your booking details and prepare your trip, start your free Hostfully account"

    That’s strange wording, even for users using the out-of-the-box website (e.g Boostly).

    the guest doesn't really know or care about "Hostfully" and that Hostfully goal is to support PM customers in enhancing the brand, not trying to compete with PMs to "own" the guest Please remove that language.

  13. I'd like to be able to see exactly what my messages are going to look like to my guest. A "sample" function in templates and triggers would be helpful here, either just for individual messages or with a "complex condition" where I could say "guest books x-property..." and then see ALL the automated messages that would go out to that guest in the order they'd be sent, with all the variables filled with mock information or information I could provide in that complex condition.

    We can not display Stripe fees in the order details, because we do not have this information until the payment is made. The fees can be shows in the Enhanced Reports though, included in the processing fees for the booking.

    Thank you. We suggest you talk to Swimply and suggest to them that they integrate with our platform using our APIs. 95% of our integrations are actually done by the partner and not by us, so it's important you communicate your interest for an integration to them. Thanks for suggesting.

  17. HomeToGo, when it comes to creating bookings, HomeToGo creates leads using POST v1/leads.

    You can see all three fees in the quote as they are all mandatory (Optional: No).

    The logic of creating orders is that we take all mandatory fees and apply them to HomeToGo order.

    Adding a "Fee: Apply to HomeToGo" option in the Fees setting is needed so other channels' fees would not be added to HomeToGo.

  18. As a VRM, I would like to get a notification when guests request a hold from my Quote sent.

    At the moment, when they request a hold, it only directs guests to Hold confirmation page and the status is updated on my Pipeline page, calendar is blocked without notice.

  19. Hi there - I use Enso Connect for a handful of things, including automated messaging. Currently, there isn't the ability for me to send Airbnb messages via Enso Connect as Hostfully doesn't offer that capability via the API. Is this on the roadmap? Enso says that their other PMS integration partners are offering this but not Hostfully currently. Thanks!

When writing an email from the inbox, I miss having a tool box where I can add our signature + logo, or simply put characters in bold, italic, underline... add a link, etc. It would be great also to be able to add variable that automatically translates into the related data within the mail body.
    We have tool box (not consistently I've seen) when creating or editing a template, so why not when writing from the inbox?
