  3. Give owners access to the amenities and photo page. This would allow PM's to invite the owner during the onboarding process and have them populate these pages for quick and accurate onboarding. Right now our owners need to fill out a lengthy onboarding form and then it manually has to be entered into hostfully. When these items need to be updated the owner can simply handle it rather than emailing staff to take care of it.

  5. Any time we make changes in Hostfully, we are reactivating a snoozed or unlisted listing. If I'm trying to work out my pricing and it's too low or change my house rules to address some kind of problem with a past guest, I'll snooze or unlist on Airbnb (my only channel). However, if I change even the description in Hostfully, this reactivates my listing on Airbnb without notifying me. It would be great if Hostfully could send a notification or have a pop up reminder, maybe when before you hit the Save button on the edit screens for the listing.

  6. It would be helpful to send the homeowners we represent updated or new contracts, through our management software and have them saved in their owner profiles. This allows us to quickly see where we stand with them, if contracts need to be updated or edited in anyway, without having to use yet another outside service. Its so easy to lose track of all of these separate accounts we need for our business to run smoothly.

  7. At the moment, users are having issue that no matter they changes the security deposit settings on Property main settings, the SD settings on Bookung.com always shows like below:

    Damage policy options.
    You require a damage deposit from guests:
    - Your guests pay a damage deposit by Credit Card
    - You collect this from your guests: Up to 14 days before arrival

    while users select the option to return security deposit 7 days in account settings.

    I’d think it’d be good if they were displayed somewhere.
    They have relevant and important information.

  11. The drag and re-order is too tedious, especially when you just got all new photos for your listing and need to delete all these old ones and reorder 50 new ones.

    I think that there should be a toggle between the current view and a thumbnail view that puts the photos in a grid (maybe 4-5 across and then they are in rows going down) without the photo comments in this thumbnail view. That way we can reorder the photos quickly and see better what overall the order looks like to guests, and then when we are ready to add…

  14. At the moment, only rooms with beds are listed under “Where you’ll sleep“ on Airbnb, even if you assign a photo to a room that does not have beds, the photo will not be shown in the “Where you’ll sleep“ section.

    However, if the listing wasn't connected to Hostfully, everything can be set on Airbnb normally. Living rooms which don't have beds still can show photos. The living room photos now disappears upon connecting with Hostfully.

  19. At the moment, I have to go through my inbox list on the left then scroll back up to see the message! It's annoying scrolling down then up. I just wish that it freezes the left side and the top and have the ability to scroll only within the message.
    I know about the filtering function but it doesn't really helps solve my concern.
