Ability for data to export to Quickbooks as accounts receivable records instead of sales receipts
I tried calling Quickbooks regarding the matter and they said that it is not possible on their end to change how the data is coming into Quickbooks. I wish to change the data export settings for Hostfully to allow the data to come into Quickbooks as accounts receivable records instead of sales receipts

Split fees and taxes in transaction reports
When it comes to split payments, in transaction report, I would like to see the fees and taxes split. Currently, it's showing the fees and taxes for the entire stay, not just for each transaction.

Have ability to edit email address in guest profile
I want to be able to edit the email address in the guest profile, it's currently not editable and not reflected in the update of the lead email.

Display a more detailed error message instead of just showing Internal server error
When sending texts along with a pic to an Airbnb guest, it shows an error "Internal server error". We'd have to contact support to find out it's not possible to send pics along with texts. It'd be easier for us to troubleshoot when there's a more detailed error messaging showing, as "Internal server error" might be confusing and cause some misunderstanding.

Support date range to schedule reports for Next month
At the moment, when scheudling reports, we don't have an option to choose Next month for Date range.
The use is for our service providers to see next months schedule and the only options are last month or this month. I need to send out future booking reports to our service providers (cleaners, snow plowers, etc) and owners as well for them to see a schedule one month ahead of time

Create calendar-based Jobs for recurring tasks
We manage over 120 properties. So keeping track and scheduling reoccurring tasks like AC service or replacing batteries in door locks would be a great help. We would also use this feature to schedule weekly inspections of properties that are currently not occupied.

Owner Statement Updates
If we change the parameters of the Owners Statement we then lose all ability to send/upload as an integration. If we use the default with limited information we can push to their portal.
This needs to be changed so that a revised Statement can be made 'default' within the system. Way toooooo much Admin each month for a basic feature/need

Multilingual fees and policies
At the moment fees and policies can be set in only one language. It would be great to be able to add fees and policies in multiple languages so that it's reflected in our offers and website.

Custom "Thank You" Page URL
It would be nice to have a place for a custom URL for a thank you page, so that after a guest makes a reservation and checks out they can be sent back to a custom direct booking site. This would be very useful for tracking conversions if you are running ads.

Navigation
To reduce the number of clicks, and back/forth navigation, it would be optimal to have a left navigation pane on the PMP so that the user doesn't have to click on the drop-down menu each time we want to go into another category. Idea from: str@nopaliproperties.com

Record of past rates
We want a backup report system where we are able to trace rates going back to 3-6 months ago and also for our records as well to see our rate patterns on how we increase and decrease rates.

Ability to adjust the rent breakdown for Airbnb pre-approved leads
At the moment, for special offers that came from a pre-approval lead, the management fees and pet fee was included directly to rent total.
Now, when pulling the report, we couldn't pull the breakdown of Management fee and pet fee for this booking. I'm thinking of the Fees/order adjustments but I can't come up with an idea to make the rent total to be reflecting the correct amount.
