  2. Currently if I create a Custom Variable, the Custom Data field won't hold its formatting and will send over as a large lumped together message with no enters or spaces. I would like to add Custom Variables with multiple lines such as Check Out Instructions or House Rules etc so I don't have to create multiple Templates for each property.

  3. I have created a bunch of services for a service provider. Turns out we can create but not delete! Please add a delete button.
    On the service provider page the list is now long and messy. I would like the possibility to delete unused services and also, I would like the list of services to be sorted out alphabetically.

  4. Hi team,

    At the moment, the system doesn't support splitting 2nd payment into 2 or more payments.

    As a workaround, users should:
    1. Create manual payment link from Stripe > send to the guest
    2. Once the guest pays, Record a payment manually from Pipeline
    3. When the 2nd payment is due, the payment link will be sent to the guest with the correct amount

    That seems like a very overly-complicated way to handle this very simple use case. We would love to have an option to bill card on file and apply to balance feature to the platform.

Currently, when a guest purchases early check-in or late check-out from my Guidebook Marketplace, it requires me to manually go into that guest's reservation and adjust their check-in/check-out time. It'd be nice if the Guidebook and PMS were automated so that the check-in/check-out time on the PMS side would update automatically after the purchase on Marketplace.

  9. Right now, one of our client's properties that we manage is listed at the bottom of the direct book site on the left side when scrolling properties. While our properties that we own are listed above. I'd like to be able to move this property up the left side that shows all properties.

  10. Currently when blocks are deleted, there is no record that they ever existed.

    This presents an issue if a block is removed erroneously, there is no way to recover the block, or see when the block was removed or by whom.

    Further, for active blocks, it is not possible to see who created a block, when the block was created, or if a block has been changed.

    What I'd like to see is:

    1) Blocks display what user created them and when.
    2) Blocks include a log of changes, that include the date of the change, what the change was,…

  11. As a VRM I would like the discount code dates ranges to be inclusive of the start and end dates so that it is very clear to me what the valid dates are.

    Right now, the valid date range doesn't include the Start and End dates.

  12. As a PM I would like the HelloSign contract to be sent automatically when I manually enter the guest email address to the reservation.

    When a new booking comes in we don’t always have the guest's email. In this case, the PM can manually add the guest's email. On update, then Hostfully should send the HelloSign contract.

    We don’t always have the guest's email address because of the change in how Airbnb handles email. The PMP needs to update the HelloSign process so that we can manually enter the email address of the lead and that will trigger the HelloSign…

  13. Please add option where you can set a time for leads to automatically close. This way quotes/leads are not left active forever. We do a lot of direct quotes/leads and it is not always possible to go and manually close each lead/quote and it's time consuming. Thank you.

  15. Eliminate the need to manually report and pay for taxes collected through our merchant account through third party applications like Avalara Mylodge Tax. Please create an API with Avalara to report and pay for monthly State and local taxes. This functionality already exists with VRBO but it is not available if you're an integrated property.

  16. On the Booking page, can you move the link placement of "show details" to be directly under the quoted rate? Guests who want the rate breakdown overlook this awesome feature because the Book Now button is more prominent. Then they click the Book Now to see the rate breakdown when they are just trying to figure out date and rates.

  17. I like how for the payment processors like stripe and paypal you can connect the client's specific account to the booking. I think the same should be done with quickbooks where you can connect a client's specific quickbooks to all of their transactions. So every time a client has a booking it is essentially automatically accounted for from any source whether it be a direct booking, airbnb, vrbo, or etc.

  18. On the website it only allows you to have 4 featured properties. The only thing that is bothering me with it is how it is displayed on the website. Its not 2 x 2 or 4 in one row. Its always 3 on top and 1 on bottom. It looks really unattractive on the website, there should be a way to fix that or add two more featured properties so it can be 3 x 3.

  20. We would like to be able to choose Vacation Rent Payment as our payment processor so we can use different VRP accounts on the property level in Hostfully.
    Our accounting systems and processes and PMS we are transitioning from allowed us to use our multiple Vacation Rent Payment accts.
    As a PM, we would like to continue to offer this service to our owners for direct deposit into their accts.
