  1. As a VRM I would like to search for threads between the agency and the owner so that I can respond to the thread.

    Right now, I can’t find the Inbox thread with my owners in PMP, even though the thread is visible from the owner portal.

  2. My cleaner is working with 2 Agencies and whenever she logs in to the Service Provider Portal, she encounters an error. It turns out that Hostfully hasn't supported a Service Provider having more than one Agency relationship.

  3. I want to set up a minimum day stay over time.
    For example:
    - 70days before stay > minimum 3 nights.
    - 50 days before stay > minimum 2 nights.
    - 30 days before stay > minimum 1 night.

    The closer the booking time is, the lower the minimum stay guests can get.

    I'm thinking of this approach made me realise they are delaying potential 1 night stays to far in advance. to maximise the pricing of those dates. (just in case demand picks up closer to date due to any particular activity)

  4. Currently Hostfully aggregates a database of all guests, however the UX of this feature leaves a lot to be desired.

    Not only is the guest list hard to find, (you have to navigate to the pipeline then click “See all customers”), but guests are sorted alphabetically by first name (last would make more sense) and within the letter categories, the individual names seem to be in no discernible order.

    This could be a very valuable tool for rebooking guests, and looking up reservations especially if combined with the auto-saving notes from the guests booking and the ability to access reservations…

  5. Inbox Replies from Guests should ONLY include their reply, and not have the entire message I sent them tacked onto it. I already know what I sent them, as it's right below their reply. Don't need to have what I sent them included in their reply. It is redundant and messy.

  7. Hi Hostfully. I recently noticed a need for the function of being able to send SMS triggers to cleaners to notify them of a reservation date change update. New booking trigger and cancelled booking triggers have been working great but cleaners won't be notified when guests change their travel dates. In this case, the original booking isn't cancelled but just updated to a different date. So it would be great if you could add original/old check-in/-out dates variables on trigger templates so cleaner can receive a message like "unit 2. original date may 3- may 6. new date may 4…

  12. The ability to set different email templates to be triggered depending on what season has been booked. For example, we operate in winter and summer and our offering, property and guests are quite different, so being able to customise the booking emails per season is essential.

  13. I am using Waivo insurance and have the standard fee for first 10nights, but after that it goes to a nightly rate. Is there a way to set up a fee to charge charge the guest the full amount of the Waivo fee when they are staying longer than the 10 days?

  14. At the moment, Hostfully only supports LOS discount for Vrbo while on Vrbo it has Seasonal or Early booking discounts as well. It's not possible to apply those discounts on Vrbo as the calendar is blocked due to integration with HF
