  1. Vrbo does allow 99 photos. Can we update the API so that we can push out 99 photos to Vrbo instead of the current 50?

  4. It would be nice to be able to collect the data that goes into the Booking Widget tab, especially the cell phone number is important as this is the number that we'll be able to reach the guest.

    Regarding the phone number, it's really important to choose a country code. As you now allow PM to collect which country the customer comes from, we can't contact the customer if they forget to type in the country code.

The situation occurs when a booking imported from Rental United does not have a source, such as Booking.com, Agoda, etc. This also happens when there are bookings from other offline sources such as travel agency, etc. We can add tags on the lead modal but cannot pull it into Enhanced Reporting.

    There are only two fields which are Guest tags and Tag (hasTag), none of them can pull the tag we add from the lead modal. It would be great if there is a field to support that so we can have more information in the report for further analysis.

  7. We use Stripe. Booking.com (BDC) payment timeline depends on the cancellation policy. I want to add "Custom" cancellation policy as an option for BDC to allow us to withhold payment processing fees for cancellations. Without this, we don't have a way to withhold payment processing fees and must refund them.

    The cancellation policy for BCOM is currently set on the channel detail page for all properties. You will soon be able to set it on the property detail page, thus choosing a potentially different cancellation policy for each property.

  8. In Pre-arrival forms => Estimated arrival time, there are multiple options which is earlier than Property default checkin time so user can select the checkin time that we cannot accommodate.

    For example, checkin time is 3:00 PM but they can select 2:00 PM or earlier.

    Is there any way we can restrict the option to select there to make sure only fews option for checkin and checkout time can be selected?

  9. We would like to have Property Bulk edit on the Pricing page where Nightly price, minimum stay and Check-in/out Restrictions work separately. It means that you could choose to bulk edit some of them or all of them instead of default bulk edit for 3 of them.

  10. At the moment, for Vrbo bookings, when changing the email address, it generates a brand new thread without any past conversations, making it hard to track past information. We'd like to keep the old Vrbo thread on Hostfully inbox, even when the guest email was changed

  11. with the new direct booking site, your design uses almost the entire page for a map, and it frankly just does not look good, and in our opinion is not a good use of space.
    I would like to request the ability to modify the layout so the map is not as prominent as it is? Has anyone else commented on this?

  12. I think most Hostfully property managers have guests from other countries come to the USA to visit their properties. When they book through Airbnb or VRBO, or other channels currency is converted for a smooth transaction. Using a direct booking site also must convert currency as we will have potential guests from other countries outside of the USA wanting to come visit our properties in the USA.

  13. In the owner report, the owner due (Net) = [Due owner] - [owner adjustment]. When a value is negative, I would like to have the option to move the negative "Owner due (Net)" (Outstanding owner amount) to next month's report.

  17. As far as payouts though - I have to have a way of getting owners paid. I need to be able to send over an amount to stripe from Hostfully to tell it to pay that amount to them.

    If not, then it would be nice to have somewhere to make an adjustment in the system to say I paid them.
    I would prefer if there was a place where I could enter the amount that was paid out so the report would then say 0.00 was due after that month was paid out.

  18. We manage over 120 properties. So keeping track and scheduling reoccurring tasks like AC service or replacing batteries in door locks would be a great help. We would also use this feature to schedule weekly inspections of properties that are currently not occupied.

  19. It would be nice to have a place for a custom URL for a thank you page, so that after a guest makes a reservation and checks out they can be sent back to a custom direct booking site. This would be very useful for tracking conversions if you are running ads.
