  1. Guests would like to have the ability to see the booking statuses such as Inquiry or Confirmed. They also would like to see how much they have paid and the outstanding balance prior to arrival.

  2. On the Booking page, can you move the link placement of "show details" to be directly under the quoted rate? Guests who want the rate breakdown overlook this awesome feature because the Book Now button is more prominent. Then they click the Book Now to see the rate breakdown when they are just trying to figure out date and rates.

  3. On the website it only allows you to have 4 featured properties. The only thing that is bothering me with it is how it is displayed on the website. Its not 2 x 2 or 4 in one row. Its always 3 on top and 1 on bottom. It looks really unattractive on the website, there should be a way to fix that or add two more featured properties so it can be 3 x 3.

  8. The mobile app needs to become as useable as the website. We were previously with Guesty and we were able to do everything from the app that we could do on the website. We can't even cancel or delete reservations from the app so having to wait until you get to a computer, which can be a couple days if you work in an office, is just not convenient. I want to be able to create or add a listing, edit triggers and templates, etc.

  9. I am using Waivo insurance and have the standard fee for first 10nights, but after that it goes to a nightly rate. Is there a way to set up a fee to charge charge the guest the full amount of the Waivo fee when they are staying longer than the 10 days?

  12. It would be useful to push the bathroom data from Hostfully to booking.com so it does not have be set up for each property in booking.com. This has to be done 99% of the time.
