  2. I want to have bulk edit feature for different pricing periods. Now I need to click on each pricing period from Properties > Pricing tab to edit them . I want to be able to apply the changes made to one pricing period to selected/ all pricing periods.

  6. I have created a bunch of services for a service provider. Turns out we can create but not delete! Please add a delete button.
    On the service provider page the list is now long and messy. I would like the possibility to delete unused services and also, I would like the list of services to be sorted out alphabetically.

  7. I run a lot of reports, and they start to stack up in the RECENT REPORTS.
    I like a clean house, so go in and delete them when done ever so often.
    But using the Delete button is slow. Love to have either a:
    1) Checklist and bulk delete
    2) Delete by TYPE or Report run
    3) Delete all

    Options.

Currently, when a guest purchases early check-in or late check-out from my Guidebook Marketplace, it requires me to manually go into that guest's reservation and adjust their check-in/check-out time. It'd be nice if the Guidebook and PMS were automated so that the check-in/check-out time on the PMS side would update automatically after the purchase on Marketplace.

  11. in the situation when payment is handled by booking.com, booking.com charge 2.5 % fee in addition to their commission, this amount is not shown in Hostfully and is not deducted from the reservation amount. This amount should be shown in the reservation breakdown on Hostfully and automatically deducted from the revenue.

  14. Security deposit is collected automatically for BDC reservations processed by Hostfully's payment processors (for example: Stripe). I don't want to collect security deposit and would like a hold on the card instead (auth & capture process).

    At the moment, additional charge option is only applicable for direct channel. I want this to work for other channels such as Booking.com.

  19. iCal sync can keep the past reservations. While we use this feature since we use all apple products and for our owners.

    We manage several properties and all of our owners use iCal to view bookings or put blocks on for themselves. We also use this for the cleaning business we run. It allows us to have all of our rental cleanings and bookings in one spot, and allows our customers and clients to add dates themselves, taking the burden off of us. Our rental cleanings don't use Hostfully.

    We are just trying to keep all of our calendar items…
