  1. It would be nice to have a place for a custom URL for a thank you page, so that after a guest makes a reservation and checks out they can be sent back to a custom direct booking site. This would be very useful for tracking conversions if you are running ads.

At the moment, it's not possible to manually override the agreement/manually mark that guests have signed the rental agreement. 90% of our reservations imported already signed a rental agreement and we do not want guests to have to resign it. The guests will not send access information if they have not signed it.

    Having ability to mark Rental Agreement as Signed manually would be very helpful, especially when onboarding customers.

  4. Give owners access to the amenities and photo page. This would allow PM's to invite the owner during the onboarding process and have them populate these pages for quick and accurate onboarding. Right now our owners need to fill out a lengthy onboarding form and then it manually has to be entered into hostfully. When these items need to be updated the owner can simply handle it rather than emailing staff to take care of it.

  5. Serach Widget to include the field labels, like
    - location
    - properties
    - check in
    - check out
    - guest number

    As of now, only native Hostfully Direct Booking Site has those fields for search widget.

  8. Currently if I create a Custom Variable, the Custom Data field won't hold its formatting and will send over as a large lumped together message with no enters or spaces. I would like to add Custom Variables with multiple lines such as Check Out Instructions or House Rules etc so I don't have to create multiple Templates for each property.

  9. I have created a bunch of services for a service provider. Turns out we can create but not delete! Please add a delete button.
    On the service provider page the list is now long and messy. I would like the possibility to delete unused services and also, I would like the list of services to be sorted out alphabetically.

  10. I run a lot of reports, and they start to stack up in the RECENT REPORTS.
    I like a clean house, so go in and delete them when done ever so often.
    But using the Delete button is slow. Love to have either a:
    1) Checklist and bulk delete
    2) Delete by TYPE or Report run
    3) Delete all

    Options.

  14. Currently when blocks are deleted, there is no record that they ever existed.

    This presents an issue if a block is removed erroneously, there is no way to recover the block, or see when the block was removed or by whom.

    Further, for active blocks, it is not possible to see who created a block, when the block was created, or if a block has been changed.

    What I'd like to see is:

    1) Blocks display what user created them and when.
    2) Blocks include a log of changes, that include the date of the change, what the change was,…

  16. I'd like to have a trigger fired a Job notification to an assigned service provider based on the Job type when there's a Job created.

    In other words, I'd like to have 1 more condition for Job created trigger which "Job type".

    And I want all service providers' jobs to be populated under that category.

  17. As a PM I would like the HelloSign contract to be sent automatically when I manually enter the guest email address to the reservation.

    When a new booking comes in we don’t always have the guest's email. In this case, the PM can manually add the guest's email. On update, then Hostfully should send the HelloSign contract.

    We don’t always have the guest's email address because of the change in how Airbnb handles email. The PMP needs to update the HelloSign process so that we can manually enter the email address of the lead and that will trigger the HelloSign…

  18. Please add option where you can set a time for leads to automatically close. This way quotes/leads are not left active forever. We do a lot of direct quotes/leads and it is not always possible to go and manually close each lead/quote and it's time consuming. Thank you.

  19. Currently, we can enter a specific date range, or expiration date. It would be nice to be able to have a discount code that is set to be valid a certain number of months from the previous check out date. E.g. After guest stay, the discount is sent and is valid one or two years from the date that it is sent.

  20. Make both Email addresses for a guest, (Client information) active. Not just the one with a red star. This is so if two guest want to get all notices, both emails will get them.
