    When clicking on a listing on the Hostfully Direct Booking Site, whether from the search results or the Featured Properties list, the listing opens in a new browser tab.

    2/ Feedback / Suggested Improvement:
    It may be more efficient and user-friendly to have the listing open in the same tab, allowing users to view a property and easily return to the search results or Featured Properties list without needing to manage multiple tabs.

  3. Notification when owners edit existing booking dates.

    We get notified when an owner makes a booking through our emails. We do not get notified if the owner changes the booking date. For example, if they add on an extra night, we won't know unless we check the calendar every day.

  4. We’d love to see a feature that provides insight into message response times within Hostfully. Specifically, we’re aiming to respond to 100% of guest messages within 5 minutes, and it would be incredibly helpful to track and measure this performance over time.

    Ideal functionality would include:
    • Average response time per message
    • Percentage of messages responded to within a user-defined time frame (e.g., 5 minutes)
    • Filterable data (by property, team member, time range, etc.)
    • Visual reporting or exportable data for tracking trends

  5. Jobs linked to a booking should be cancelled automatically if that booking is cancelled. This is very helpful as PM may forget to cancel jobs manually.

  6. Currently, the property endpoint returns the Airbnb ID but not Booking.com or Vrbo IDs. Also, the property-channel-links endpoint only includes channels like Homads, Vacaymyway, Golightly and Hometogo (if any)

    It would be beneficial if the API could return Booking.com and Vrbo property IDs as well, since they're major platforms many of us use. This would make it much easier to manage listings across channels through automation.

  7. I have an increasing amount of bookings coming in via HomeToGo. There used to be a link (sync of calendar + prices + descriptions etc.) with them, but this is no longer the case.
    I would like to see this coming back as now there is a lot of manual input necessary to make sure I have all bookings in once place (Hostfully) and have my messages and triggers automated.

  10. When a report is multiple pages it helps to be able to see what column is pertaining to the information needed, ie, when filling out a tax report or the Owners payout report. A date stamp would just help narrow down which report is the correct one.

  11. With the integration with HelloSign, we would love to see the option to have a lease send automatically to the guest upon their reservation (if a direct booking/desired). From a template lease for that property, we would love for HelloSign to be able to pull in the necessary information from Hostfully (check-in/out date/times, address, guest name(s), etc.). I am NOT referring to Hostfully's rental agreement - as that is not legally binding, as a lease signed on HelloSign is. (This is targeted for 30+day stays, the mid-term rentals).

  15. I want to set up the guest payment options for listings on Booking.com. Booking.com requires me to change the "Guest payment options" on Booking.com to "only accept cash" for 60 days to be eligible for Payment by Booking.com - bank transfer option. Currently, everytime I change it, the field is overridden by Hostfully PMP and changed back to "accept credit cards" although I don't see any place to configure this in Hostfully system.

    I want to have a button in the PMP to configure the guest payment options and this field should be pushed to Booking.com.

  17. If we use VacationRentPayment as a payment processor, booking requests get charged immediately. However, VRP does refund the payment processing fee on refunded transactions (if refunded within 48 hours). So the guests are getting charged before they have a confirmed reservation.

    We need to change this behavior so that guests are not charged until PMs agree to take the bookings

    To distinguish a successful transaction from a failed transaction.

    2/ Adding Transaction time would provide the customers the real time when the transactions made, it could be helpful for their reference

    4/ Finally, including the variables (related to a transaction details) in Financial Reports (Enhanced Report) would help save effort for customers switching back and forth checking on the booking details and the transaction details
