  1. I noticed that the zapier Updated Booking and Canceled Booking triggers work for owner block changes, but the New Booking doesn't trigger when a new owner block is created.

    Can you update the zapier integration to include owner blocks in the New Booking trigger?

  4. As a PM I'd like to be able to block my calendar for owners, and view their booking/block in the pipeline so that I can prepare the listing the same way I would prepare it for a guest. I need to have it cleaned, send door codes for the time of their stay, and go through the usual lifecycle of their booking as I do with the others so that I don't forget to prepare any details related to their stay.

  8. Has there been any discussions about Hostfully platform being able to
    accept Crypto currency for bookings? Does anyone else think this is a good idea since the industry is shifting towards digital currency? Many travel sites are already offering this option.

  9. Since Airbnb discontinued their masked emails, Airbnb bookings are not being saved to the CRM, which saves/links contacts based on email addresses. I propose using phone numbers rather than email. Phone numbers are a reliably unique ID and are provided by Airbnb and all the major channels (to my knowledge). Without that change, Airbnb guests are not being saved to the CRM. For some managers (like me) that's a huge percentage of our customers.

  10. I'm not too fond of some booking sites. Some seem to attract the wrong guests and charge high commissions; however, if we use them wisely, we can get the right guest and occupancy %. I want the options of circumstances to display inventory:

    X number of days to Y number of days in the future.
    Occupancy % of X to Y for a given month

    I could use them to attract early/late bookers or handle the 1st or last of my desired inventory, as I see the need on all channels.

  11. My Hostfully is integrated with Beyond Pricing. However, it is confusing to know which platform governs my settings, when both platforms offer fields to adjust the same settings. For those fields in the Main Settings and other tabs that are actually governed by another integration, I would like to be able to remove or block those fields. For example, because Beyond Pricing governs length of minimum stays, I would remove or block the "Minimum Stay" field in Hostfully. Thank you.

  15. Add a configuration option allowing PMs to choose whether the Security Deposit should always be collected 100% at booking, regardless of the % due at reservation.

    Example:
    If a PM sets “50% due at reservation” and “Security Deposit at booking,” the system should allow collecting 50% of the booking total plus 100% of the Security Deposit in the same initial charge.

  16. I wanted to explain why the ability to schedule messages after booking confirmation is so important for VRBO reservations.

    Because VRBO requires the PMS to act as the merchant of record, all payments are processed through our Stripe account. Stripe’s processing fees are non-refundable, so once a guest’s payment is captured, those fees can’t be returned — unless the property manager absorbs the cost.

    To handle this fairly, my solution is to delay the payment until the guest understands this policy. My plan is:

    When a guest books, they immediately receive a confirmation message explaining the processing-fee policy.

  18. At the moment the current Hostfully booking widget has some limitations with Boostly Integration, so we wanted to see if it would be possible to add the following:
    • Children field with an optional Age input
    • Dropdown for age range: Infant / Toddler / Young Adult
    • Pets option (checkbox or dropdown)
    • Age of children field (if possible, a simple text input)
