  2. We're using the discount code option of the direct booking site with all of our direct bookings. We have several discount codes out in the marketplace that we give to our partners for their members to use to book a stay at our properties. We would like to be able to track each Guest's booking back to the partner organization they came from, which we can not do currently. We could easily accomplish this if the "Discount Code" entered during check out was included with each Guests Booking Profile and available as a variable data report for us to drop…

  3. Guests receive an automated message in a specific language, but the variable "check-in instructions" from the property page can not be created in multiple languages. Many guests receive a german message, but the access instruction in that message are in english, this is a very bad guest experience.

  4. When updating pricing manually it would be nice to have notes that remind me when school holidays are as well as events and bank holidays etc. Otherwise, I find myself reducing/adjusting pricing that shouldn't be changed.

  7. a guest has gone in to book online the payment has been taken and processed through stripe but the booking has not gone through. Dates are not blocked and neither them nor us have recived any confirmation. This is becoming a bit of a worry as it's 3 guests now. They have all said the browser was open for ages after as they were waiting for confirmation.

  10. with the complex condition, I want to have the booking hold end event in the time-based event to sent the notify for my guest.
    It should be:
    - Complex condition
    => After the hold end
    [less than or equal to], or [equal to], or [greater than or equal to] [number] of days

  11. Currently, both Bathtub and Jacuzzi in Hostfully are mapped with Bathtub on Airbnb (since Airbnb doesn't have Jacuzzi on their UI). Thus, if we import a listing with bathtub from Airbnb to Hostfully, both amenities will be checked in Hostfully.

    I want only bathtub amenity to be checked. Bathtub isn't the same as jacuzzi. Jacuzzi is a unit with the jet & bathtub is only a unit for bath only.

  15. It would be nice if there was a drop down for payments received. Instead of only saying charge, maybe it should say Payment or Refund and an additional box that says "Payment Type" (Check/Check#, Credit Card, Other".

  17. At the moment, when scheudling reports, we don't have an option to choose Next month for Date range.

    The use is for our service providers to see next months schedule and the only options are last month or this month. I need to send out future booking reports to our service providers (cleaners, snow plowers, etc) and owners as well for them to see a schedule one month ahead of time

  19. At the moment, for special offers that came from a pre-approval lead, the management fees and pet fee was included directly to rent total.

    Now, when pulling the report, we couldn't pull the breakdown of Management fee and pet fee for this booking. I'm thinking of the Fees/order adjustments but I can't come up with an idea to make the rent total to be reflecting the correct amount.
