  1. When using search widget for new stay date, you need to change the checkout date first then the checkin date while usually users will select new checkin date before checkout date.

    Steps to reproduce
    1. Enter date and Search
    2. Click on checkin date again to change - arrows have disappeared so there is no way to change and search for a different checkin date after checkout date that's currently in use.

    User should be able to select any checkin date or there is a button 'clear date' to select new checkin and checkout

  2. We used the “Additional Charge” feature, but on the checkout page, next to the security deposit it says (refundable). The security deposit is not actually included in the amount they pay upfront, so it is technically not “refundable.” Many guests contact us to ask when they will receive a refund of their security deposit and we have to explain to them that it was never paid, but is just an additional charge option we have after checkout if needed. Guests are often disappointed to realize this, thinking they were going to get $500 back of what they had already paid.

  3. We would like to see Service Providers' jobs list in one place similar to how they would see it under their own portal. Basically, we want to go to one place to see the full list of jobs each provider has assigned to them rather than looking on the calendar where you only see a blue circle and have to click on each one to see who is assigned to what that day.

  6. In the new lead modal, you cannot see per-night rent amount like the old modal which is hard for us to compare with the daily pricing. It would be helpful if there is a dropdown list of per-night rent.

  7. Only tax IDs on the agency level is supported, so they are synced to Airbnb. It would be good to have it at the property level so the owner ID can be used.

  13. Task management 'complete' button for guest, team messaging.

    For example, a potential client with 200 listings based in Australia would like to be able to slightly task manage within the unified inbox. For example, a guest asks to replace something, the team can read the message, take on the task to do the job, and in the unified inbox, be able to mark the job as complete.

  15. The new multi-unit property feature is great, but room types are currently displayed as standalone listings at Direct Booking Site, which is incorrect. It would be better if all room types were grouped under the hotel listing, allowing customers to select how many rooms of each type they'd like to reserve, similar to Booking.com. This would improve the user experience and make the reservation process more streamlined.

  19. It would be really helpful if we could easily make changes and rerun all reports with one click. This includes downloading reports in PDF or Excel format, emailing them to each owner, and publishing them to the owner portal - all with one click. This streamlined process allows for easy review and scalability. However, while the customization of reports in Hostfully is powerful, it may not be efficient for owner-specific bulk reporting. With a growing number of owners, it may become difficult to provide reports to each one on a monthly basis.

  20. Display availability per channel based on booking lead times.

    For example, On Hostfully, setting a negative Booking Lead Time allows same-day bookings. This means that, as there are no blocks or reservations, the date will appear available.

    Channels like Airbnb, Booking.com, and the direct booking site will also show this date as available since they allow same-day bookings.

    However, Vrbo will display the date as unavailable, as it doesn’t support same-day bookings under such settings.
