We need the ability to set more custom discounts (seasonal discounts, etc.) on Hostfully to push out to Airbnb, the ability to set different length of stay discounts per period

Display availability per channel based on booking lead times
Display availability per channel based on booking lead times.
For example, On Hostfully, setting a negative Booking Lead Time allows same-day bookings. This means that, as there are no blocks or reservations, the date will appear available.
Channels like Airbnb, Booking.com, and the direct booking site will also show this date as available since they allow same-day bookings.
However, Vrbo will display the date as unavailable, as it doesn’t support same-day bookings under such settings.

Persistent Display of Check-In/Check-Out Information
Currently, check-in/check-out times are only displayed within the designated time frames if that.
It would be beneficial if this information remained visible throughout the entire day, regardless of the time, so that it can be easily referenced at any moment.

White label hostfully logo in messaging
When we send text messages to potential clients with links to our listings, the Hostfully logo appears instead of our company’s logo.
It would be really helpful if we could update this so that the agency logo logo appears in these communications.
This would enhance branding and make presentations to clients more professional.

Reschedule Auto 2nd Payment Balance When Updating Split Payment Settings
As a property manager, I want the auto 2nd payment balance to be rescheduled whenever I update the split payment settings on the property settings page. This ensures that payment handling for leads is automatically adjusted based on the updated settings, maintaining accuracy and reducing manual intervention.
Current Behavior: When the split payment settings are updated on the property’s main settings page, the payment handling for the associated lead is not rescheduled. However, updating the lead directly in the lead modal correctly triggers the rescheduling of the payment due handling.

I want to be able to send my guests a receipt and have it show the discount they received on it.
Right now the template that i can use to give a receipt using the statement variable does not have a line showing the discount. I want it to look like a legitimate statement/receipt.

Have the booking guest's age pull into the lead details!
You can require the booking guest's age on the pre-arrival form. However, that data does not populate anywhere. Without having to create a custom field for this, please make it so that the age will populate in the lead details. Otherwise, what is the point of having that field and making it required?

Enhance Zapier Integration to Automate Guest Review Triggers for Good Reviews
Requesting an enhancement to Hostfully's Zapier integration to automate the process of triggering review requests via Airbnb review. Specifically, they want to automatically trigger a "Zap" when a guest leaves a 5-star review on Airbnb. Currently, they have to manually extract 5-star reviews from Hostfully reservations and upload the data to Nice Jobs (additional tool used by customer), which is time-consuming.
Key Issues:
Hostfully does not have a trigger for Airbnb reviews, particularly 5-star reviews.
Existing "notes" triggers in Hostfully's Zapier integration are unclear regarding which note fields are actionable.

Hidde information to your owners
Ability to select which fields from the reservation you would like to hidde for example: phone, email
example: think about that you are haddling a reservation from schratch and in between since the owner has his telephone number he calls the guest to ask if we did our job well or even to pass him through to another property of his that we are not managing.....can you imagine what can cause this to us?

Have the import all property button in guidbebook Import page
On guidebook portal > the page Property Management Platform Imports
With the current flow to import from PMP, I will need to
- Click to the PMP Import page
- Click on import from PMP button
- Being redirected to the page adjust the guidebook > Save
- Then I must click the PMP Imports page again > re-allocate the property name > Click the import from PMP button to import the new one.

Edit the name of the generated report
When generating a report, I need to be able to change the name for instance, the property, the season/period, etc...
Also, in the owner report list, the date when the report was generated should be displayed. Currently, owners see a long list of all generated reports with all the same name. It's difficult to find information.2 votes -
Respect "Show property exact location" on direct booking site
I would like to avoid showing the location of certain properties with too much accuracy until the booking is confirmed. Until the /search page was added there was no way to see exactly where the property was, but now you can zoom in very close on the search page and see exactly where the properties are, even sometimes which part of a multi-unit building the unit is.
The map on the property details doesn't seem to have ever shown the exact location of the property, which seems like the right design if you're not going to make it configurable.

Enable Manual Adjustment of Commission Rates by Reservation Source
When managing reservations, it would be helpful to manually adjust the commission rates for each booking based on the source. For example, when a guest books through Booking.com, the commission rate differs from a direct booking rate. Currently, I'm unable to reflect the specific rates, like the 9% commission for agency bookings versus the 15% for direct reservations. Having a feature to set these rates accurately per reservation would streamline accounting and provide a clearer view of the actual revenue from each booking source.
