The situation occurs when a booking imported from Rental United does not have a source, such as Booking.com, Agoda, etc. This also happens when there are bookings from other offline sources such as travel agency, etc. We can add tags on the lead modal but cannot pull it into Enhanced Reporting.

    There are only two fields which are Guest tags and Tag (hasTag), none of them can pull the tag we add from the lead modal. It would be great if there is a field to support that so we can have more information in the report for further analysis.

  5. Reasoning is the cancellation policies are so limited with Airbnb that I really only want to extend the cancellation policy that Airbnb has only to those who discover us through Airbnb. With direct bookings I would prefer what we have listed in our current rentals agreements.

  8. On the property fees and policies tab, under property expectations, it shows the Airbnb and Hostfully icon. However, these expectations do not appear on the Hostfully direct booking website. This is an Airbnb feature only. Can we remove the Hostfully icon here so it is not confusing/misleading?

  11. When adding a new lead, the default is set to On Hold. This is a really item to miss. It would be better to NOT have a default here, and do not allow a lead to be saved until one of the options is selected. This will force people to make sure they are choosing the correct setting for each new lead.

  12. Yes i saw it just desapointed as I need this just for a certain amount of client not all of them. So now I will need to change the system for only one transaction here in there not very fonctional

    - tag A for property 1
    - tag B for property 2
    => When searching on calendar filter for tag A and B on the dropdown list.
    => Property 1, 2 should be presented on the result.

  19. I have many types of owner adjustments and I want to be able to categorize them: Utilities such as WIFI/Electric, etc. Maintenance Charges. Housekeeping Fees, etc. I don't want to use Owner Adjustment Notes.
